They offered to order me the food that I needed and they continue to order it for me when ever I need it. Great Customer Service! Great little store that has harder to find dog food!

What a wonderful experience my pup and I had here! The staff are beyond friendly (I wanted to stay and chat all day) and so helpful with tips on local dog-friendly spots and products. The store has wonderful home made dog cookies, toys and products - though even if they didn't I would probably just go back because of how friendly the staff is! My pup and I can't wait to go back.

I don't usually leave reviews but I was disappointed. This place does not have very many options in regards to leashes or collars or even toys. I was not greeted by a single person working. The dog came up to me before any person did. I was stared at in the face by one of the men and then ignored. Was not asked if I needed help or had questions.

They shut me out and talked to other customers so much to the point where I felt I couldn't even talk to them. So I left, they don't need my business. If you like a store where you're ignored and just get stared at, go here!

My fur baby Ranger loved this store on our trip to Destin. He really enjoyed the table of different dog treats! Will come back here next year when we visit again.

Super cute store that's a must stop for all doggy lovers! A wide selection of treats and other dog accessories. Workers were super friendly and helped me decide on bandana sizes.

I really like having a specialty store to buy the food I prefer to feed my dogs. I just wish there was a little more variety of the premium brands. They are super friendly and remember their clients. I find that remarkable and get customer service. You can tell they love all their furry friends. They even post photos. They are really unique. I just wish covid hadn't caused them to change their hours.

The hours are not always convenient for us and I have had to find alternative methods for premium food for my furbabies. I changed one of my appointments to a later time to make it easier for us to be able to shop there but it doesn't always work out. That is the only reason I don't give a 5-star rating.

The lady who owns the store works behind the counter, which I found very wholesome. She's a lovely lady and the dog treats are quite adorable.

So glad I found this place. It's a lovely shop with a ton of pet supplies. I ordered a birthday cake for my pup and it came out amazing!

We love stopping in while on vacation to bring my pup back a "souvenir". Haha. The owner is SO friendly & helpful. And seeing Aubie is always wonderful!

We love this local small business! Carol and the Doggy Bag are so nice and remember us when we come in every time and go out of their way to talk with us. They always come through with delicious treats for our pups including great gift ideas for their birthdays.

Absolutely love this store. Carol goes out of her way to help her customers. She acquired a special food for my older dog who has major dietary restrictions and bakes the loveliest birthday cakes for my fur babies.

The owner, Carol, is among the Best! As a new dog mom, I struggled with finding the right food that my fur baby liked. Carol gave me countless numbers of samples to try. In addition, her freshly baked treats are healthy & my cavalier loves them! We love this little shop & make sure it's a weekly stop

This store has the best selection of dog foods and treats I have seen. Extremely helpful in helping me to find something my picky havanese will eat. Definitely would recommend for all of your dog food needs

Love this mom and pop shop! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and I can always trust that they'll have the brands that are best for my dogs, as a lot of the commercial stores only have the name-brand products that are not the best/healthiest options. I love the birthday cakes they make to order for my pups' birthdays as well! The only place I shop for my beloved fur babies.

Wonderful Shop! I occasionally drop by the store to grab some of the famous "duck feet", actual duck feet for my pups, which they LOVE! Excellent treat for the dogs each month. Mrs. Carol, the store owner is always entirely friendly and very welcoming. I love the fact, that if you need a Zignature Brand dog food, they will order the item for you! It is great to have local dog store shops in the area.

They have any item you need, from dog collars, to a dog harness, to car decals, to actual dog baked goods! Their shampoo and conditioner selection is nice. The canned food items is great as well. Right off the bat I saw cute artwork of dog h cat mermaids which I LOVE. They had souvenir bandanas & collars which is 1 of the main things I was after today. Going to go back to get the mom heart leash that I stupidly didn't buy when I was there.

This is a cute place to go browse around for your pet. However, the prices can be very steep. My husband and I like to get marrow bones for our shepherds and knew that The Doggy Bag carries them. We came here to get two, one for each of our dogs, and the lady said she sells 6 for $18. I knew this was a steep price because you can get them at a grocery store for less than $3 per bone if they are in stock.

Instead of buying 6, we opted to buy only 2 thinking the price would be adjusted appropriately. The lady charged us $8.50 per bone. So we were charged $17.00 for two bones when you can buy 6 for $18. We bought dog food as well, so we didn't notice the up-charge until we got home and I checked the receipt. That was my fault for not doing the math in store. We felt ripped off. We will not return to this store.

Traveling with our puppy so why wouldn't we stop in to visit the Doggy Bag? Cute little shop in an easy to access shopping center. Owners were super nice and spent time to visit with us and our furbaby. We purchased a variety of their homemade pet treats which our puppy has enjoyed.

Great shop! I buy all of my dog/cat food here. If you want quality food this is where you get it not Petsmart, Publix, Walmart etc. The owners are a mother and daughter team who make you feel like family. They also have a bakery where they whip up some homemade healthy doggy treats. Pets are welcome :

I can't believe this shop doesn't have any reviews. If you need special dog or cat food this is the place to go. She also has lots of cute items if you want to take a something home for the pet from your vacation in Destin, FL.Tons of homemade treats. the owner is great. The best service!
