Country Club Pet World Grooming & Boarding Kennel

Our family has been using Country Club Pet World since 2017. Our dogs love Country Club Pet World and the staff. The staff is friendly and make sure that our pets are taken care of. Specifically January, every time our dogs hear her name they get excited!

We've boarded our pup several times over the years and have always been pleased with Country Club Pet World. " Rampage " always comes back to us happy and clean and sometimes he doesn't want to leave the kennel. January and the staff are courteous and caring. It's a relief to have somewhere to board your pup knowing they are well cared for, loved and safe. Thank you!

We have used Country Club Pet World twice now and they are excellent! January is incredible and our dog is always excited to be there. I feel safe and comfortable with him in their care. A fantastic place to board/kennel your pets! We have been taking our dogs and cat there for over 10 years. We have total peace of mind when our animals are in their care. We have a female Chow Chow Sasha who can be a handful at times, but she does great when there. The facilities are clean and neat, and a super friendly staff. We highly recommend them, they are exceptional.

We brought our little Pauly here a few times and each time we get our baby back he's so clean and bathed and happy! The staff here really make sure to take care of your dogs. We worried about separation anxiety with us being gone but when we came to pick up Pauly, he seemed happy as can be. The next time we dropped him off he seemed more excited to leave me than I was to leave him! He surely made a few pals over there and I'm just happy we found a spot that worked for all of us! Love this place!

Dog came home sick with kennel cough. Was not kept in the spot I reserved. Upgraded my dog without telling me first. Then charged me for the upgrade for the whole stay. I didn't know when the dog was moved. Never mentioned my dog would not eat. Never again.

Love this place! Very affordable, the staff is very kind and caring towards our fur-baby. My wife and I bring our baby, Pauly-D here. We left town for a week and when we came back our little Pauly was so well taken care of, even got a bath and his nails trimmed! The next time we dropped him off for a visit, our Pauly was running back to the door, he couldn't wait to go see his new friends. The staff is very kind, everything was a quick and easy process. The dogs are given top-notch care. Definitely will be taking Pauly back for a 3rd time.

County Club Pet world has been a home away from home for my Bo. This is the second weekend I've used their services and I can gladly say that Bo really enjoys his stay. Bo, was calm and showed no signs of anxiety. This service is close to my home and will definitely be a staple in Bo's life for my future travel endeavors.

My wife and I have two Senegal parrots, a boxer and a German Shepherd. We have been taking all of our pets here for some time. Our German Shepherd can be a handful for others due to his protective behavior. January has no trouble handling our big baby and shares with us how she plays and works/trains him. I appreciate the extra care with our pets. Therefore, I would recommend Country Club Pet World if you are looking for a place where your pet will be well taken care of.

They have been taking care of the grooming for our dogs for several years now. They always do what is asked and our dogs might not like going to be groomed, but they don't hate it. They care about the animals there and I have always been pleased with the end result.

The first time we were looking for a place to board our our three Aussies, we asked our vet and they lead us to Country Club Pet World Kennel. They have a caring staff and always willing to accommodate on a moments notice. My husband and I are able to travel with ease knowing our dogs are safe and sound! First time in using this kennel for boarding. My dog was absolutely relaxed and was giving the staff kisses. This is unusual for him trust me. He came home happy and they gave me a great report I will definitely be using them more often.

This place is absolutely amazing! They are caring, reliable, affordable & very pleasant. We bring our dog Leo here twice a week for daycare. When we pull up at the front he is excited & drags us towards the door to be dropped off. It feels good to drop him off & know he is going to be cared for properly.

These ladies are so nice. They certainly care for your doggies. My mother left her dogs here nearly four months ago and they remembered Maxie and Gracie's accommodations (that Max and Grace told them XD) to the T. My moms dogs are precious and silly. I'm glad they were understanding and loving towards her pups

***** 5 ***** STAR ***** CARE ***** Wagging tails and smiles on the faces of people with their pets. That is what I saw & experienced while I was there. My princess usually travels with me, so rarely is she boarded. I had to spend the day at Orlando Health South Seminole, not appropriate for her to accompany me and I didn't want to leave her home alone all day.

I found Country Club Pet World, visited the website and decided to call. I spoke to Jocelyn. She was friendly and did an excellent job of answering my questions. I love the transparency of the employees and the website. Most places aren't that upfront and honest. Makes me feel very confident that I made the right choice for my little princess. I came a couple days ahead of her boarding date to check out the facility.

I felt even more confident that I made the right choice. January is the epitome of the saying 'if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life.' It's obvious that she loves the dogs and cats in her care. She enjoys being there and interacting with people and their pets. She was telling me about a family that had to board their pets here for several months because of an issue they had with their home.

I experienced a similar situation when a family member was in a hospital out-of-state. I had to be with them, so I had to board mine for several months too. Her dedication requires a different level of care and I found that care level here. January was so pleasant and reassuring when I called to see how my princess was. When I came to pick her up, she was happy and content. I understood why I saw all those wagging tails and smiles. We joined the Country Club Pet World pack. We won't hesitate to come back.
