I can't say enough good about the staff and vetenarians here. I was a new emergency client and staff was great in working me in. Dr Halaly kept me informed as well as did the staff getting my precious fur baby on a good treatment plan. It meant a lot that they called following days to check on progress. She is all better now! Thanks to all at Sanlando Springs!

Took our dogs here for the first time and it was a great experience. All the staff was genuinely friendly and you can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. The vet and her assistant were very sweet to my dogs even though they were acting a bit stubborn. I asked a bunch of questions and got all my answers and never felt like the vet was in a rush. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sanlando Springs to any Dog or Cat owner. Your pet will be well taken care of and the staff will treat them like their own.

Dr. Martinez and the techs are wonderful! They are very skilled and take the time to answer your questions with no judgement. The clinic is a little expensive but the experience kind of makes up for it. We were able to get an appointment soon even with short notice as we were concerned about our kitty. Would recommend!

Since 2005 I have been bringing my pets to this Animal Hospital. Every encounter has been positive and pleasant. The staff and veterinarians are very concerned and caring not just with your animals but with you. The doctors are extremely well educated in the latest Veterinary medical practices. The staff is professional and kind. I highly recommend this Veterinary practice. Even though I have moved out of the immediate area I still bring my animals here. I could not imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Donald was absolutely amazing! Another vet I won't name had told us our dog needed a lot of things that she didn't actually need and seemed to be all about the money. Dr. Donald thoroughly checked out our rescue mutt and put my mind right at ease. And I couldn't believe how affordable it was. He's the best!

Doctor Donald is hands down the most phenomenal vet we've found since our last vet retired! He is so thorough in his approach and thoughtful in his bedside manner & communication (especially when our pug was very sick and we weren't sure which way it was going to go). He's so gentle & kind which makes us feel at ease and our dog (who used to hate coming for visits) is completely comfortable in his care. Our family has the utmost trust in his clinical judgment and we can't recommend him enough!

Last night we could tell our girl (dog) was getting a UTI. She was so uncomfortable and had to go out every 30 minutes. This morning in a frantic search to find a vet that could see us today (her usual vet could not, and to be honest we wanted to switch vets bc we didn't feel she was getting the care she needed for her allergies and ear issues) after reading reviews I called Sanlando and was able to get an appointment (same day) at 11am.
The lady who answered the phone was very kind and went over the Covid procedures they follow with me. When I arrived they followed those procedures and we were met with timeliness and a great and caring staff. Our girl normally shrinks down and wont leave my side when we go to the vet and surprisingly she was all about going with the very nice vet techs and the Vet Dr. Adams.
Not only was she information pre diagnosis and post, but she even helped me understand my dogs allergies better and covered other treatment options and even referrals to a dog dermatologist. All I got in the past from our old vet was a steroid shot (which you can only do so much for safety reasons) and pills, never any other options and her allergies have been a thing for years.
I was not expecting such a pleasant experience. The office is clean and well maintained. Thanks for taking care of our girl. We will be moving all of our pets (two dogs and one cat) care here!
