This practice is my go to place for my dogs. They're prompt and recently saved my favorite girl. We were able to get in quickly and treated before it turned into a fatality. They're pragmatic and deliver excellent quality of care. I'm looking forward to continue this working relationship. From the receptionist to the owner, the staff is great and really understands the needs of the patient.

Took my dog for the 1st time yesterday to be seen after his ears got infected from an ear crop surgery, done by another vet(that's another story), and for sure found the vet to take care of my Ryder. They took such good care of him. They cut stitches, cleaned his ears and am currently working on him getting better to try and make his ears stand like intended the 1st time. Staff was really friendly & professional. Would recommend you to take your pet here if you are looking for a place where they treat your pet with the care that it deserve.

My bunny was spayed on April 25th at Luv-N-Care. The month prior to the surgery I was definitely stressing about any complications happening, but as the surgery came closer I became more confident in it. I dropped my bunny off & 6-7 hours later she was ready to come home. So thankful she came out of surgery with no problems. This is Penny after surgery.

The staff, techs and doctor were all fabulous. They recognized the emergency immediately and got her in fast. I was an emotional wreck and they were able to talk me through everything that needed to be done. They gave us great after care instructions and medicine. They have saved my puppy's life and we can't wait to visit once she's recovered fully.

I rushed my dog to this animal hospital because it said online that they were an emergency vet clinic. My dog had been given some poison and was very ill. They did get me in quickly to see someone. However, after examining him for a few minutes, the vet had this young girl (maybe a vet tech or assistant) come in with a bill of over $1,000 and she just held it in front of me and said this is what the vet recommends.

Some things were extreme like 4 xrays when he only needed one. The charges were ridiculous and the last thing you want to do when you think your fur baby is suffering and may not make it is to have someone just try to get as much money as possible out of you. I know that things cost money. I guess I have just been blessed with very good and experienced vets in the past who do not need to do a bunch of tests to tell you what is wrong with your pet and what will really help him.

I was so upset and I had to take him out on a bed/stretcher since he couldn't walk and take him to his regular vet. It cost me about $400 less at his regular vet than what they were going to charge me at Luv-n-Care. I think I can do without that kind of love and care. I do not recommend them if your looking for a place that really cares about your pet.

Dr. Vales was great with my Aria. They got my dog in quick and with a Saturday appointment. The Dr. squeezed my dog in on her next surgery day as well. They took good care of her while she was there for a week recovering. I could not have taken care of Aria myself as I had to work but they board and give meds etc. Also, had a concern on Sunday the next week after taking my dog home and they got her back in that day for a re-check. My dog liked them all as well. I could tell right away she like Dr. Vales. I will use them again if needed as long as this Dr. is there. She's great.

All of our questions were answered indept and our bunnies received a through exam. Great staff! We also had the opportunity to rescue another bunny while we were there. Thank you all for such great service.

Unfortunately I couldn't give them a 0. Not sure where to start but seems this place has gone down hill lately. To start, I called to have my pet looked at since i suspected my dog may have swallowed something and may have had a foreign object caught in his stomach. I was told they can see him but it will be extra charge since it is a emergency.

I took my pet to the vet office the following day and after consultation, they tell me it will cost about $830 for the X-rays, blood test, medicines ect. I say ok since they stated I will get the results of the X-rays in a few hours. Not sure why blood tests and medications were part of the deal since nothing was determined with the X-rays during my visit.

I never got a call on X-rays as instructed so I called the following day. I was them told that they take longer because they have to be sent off for review. Well after day three, I called Dr Singh and he was not available. All I wanted was a copy of the X-rays to give to another veterinarian. This place is all about $ and could care less about your pet.

Still have not gotten results of various tests. It's been three weeks now and the end result is my pet is fine. I have a new veterinarian for my two pets. By the way, I was a long time customer of this place To only find that the emergency was centered around collecting the money and not the health of my pet.

Critical: Reliability Not good with exotic animals. I took my bunny here to get neutered and they put too much anesthesia on him that caused him to die and they had to bring him back to life. He now has brain damage and suffers from it. He had to learn how to walk and eat again. my bunny will never be the same. I'm heart broken.

Don't take your hamster here my hamster i had for 2 had allergies from his hay hut the vet who was Hispanic can't remember her name but her assistant handled my hamster before the Exam the girl who put me into the room woke him up and was touching him by the time he was examined he bit the assistant so he threw my hamster down he landed on his hideout the assistant left to put these long gloves on he picked him up again my hamster started to bite again the guy threw him down a 2nd time all the while I'm thinking why doesn't the vet take over she listened to his lungs the guy put him back she says we gotta weigh him at this point I said I'll do it I wish I didn't agree to it because he knocked his head on the glass bowl they put him in I will never take him there again he was so afraid after that he when he saw me he started to shake I had to figure out what was making him sick the vet only asked me 1 question plus I had to pay $69 I told them secretary immediately after she said that the manager was going to call but never did animal's should be handled by professionals if I'm going to pay for the visit I want my animals not to be thrown around like a toy

We boarded our Boarder Collie mix for 3 nights. We were very nervous since we have never left him anywhere and he is 11 years. Our Jack isn't the friendliest and does not get along at all with other dogs. The staff was very responsive and professional and ensured us that they would not let him interact with other dogs at the clinic. I called every morning to check up on him and they picked up right away and gave me a report on how he was doing. Definitely recommend Luv N Care animal hospital.

Brought my dog to get her stiches out. She was nervous and the staff was great and gentle with her. She's never been so comfortable to lay down and eat some treats from the vet. The vet tech and receptionist staff are so kind and caring, you can tell they are definitely pet people and lovers. I drive 35+ minutes to go here because of how attentive the staff is. Wish they had more locations!

Staff here are super friendly and attentive. Great with details. They offer a wide range of services as well. They also offer laser surgery, I drive my pup an hour and a half just to take him here.

Dr. O'Malley & everyone at Luv-N-Care are amazing. Puppy G injured his foot & needed X-rays. Check-In was smooth & quick. Facility was clean. LNC staff was attentive and thorough. They explained everything to me about Gino's diagnosis as well as providing detailed care information. Highly recommend!

I came here after my regular vet said my dog was probably going to die and that she needed an ultrasound ASAP. Luv N Care got me right in to have that ultrasound done. Dr Hobson and the staff were so compassionate and kind. They saved my dogs life! Dr Hobson even called me several times to check on my sweet Molly.

Dr. Singh butchered my dog's ear cropping and refused to admit his mistake. See photos. Please don't let this happen to your dog! I took my miniature schnauzer in to get her ears cropped. I provided a physical picture of what I wanted (the dog with the white ball in front of her). Dr. Singh looked at the picture and said that the ears were too wide and shouldn't be that way.

I told him that's how I wanted my dogs ear to look. After surgery and my dog's recovery, I was shocked at how thin he cut my dog's ears. Dr. Singh also called me twice and arrogantly bullied me by saying that the ears were correct when the photos clearly show that to be incorrect. I don't want anyone else to spend a lot of money to get the results I did.

Every time I take my pets they get the best treatment. The staff is always amazing and such hard workers. It amazes me how they manage all the patients and the phones! The vets are always great with my pups. Whenever I need a copy of something they email it quickly. Great care and service!

Epic level care! Had a scheduled C section for late in week. Dog went into labor Sunday afternoon. Not only were they open, they made accommodations to get her in to surgery as soon as we could get there. They stayed late and delivered two beautiful puppies and and very happy mama back to us.

It's a shame because the majority of the nurses were actually quite sweet and gentle with our 14 year old kitty. She was in because she swallowed a piece of plastic string and we were hoping they could help it pass. But for some reason, the doctors there don't understand that you wont see plastic on an x-ray and decided to charge us an extra $300-$400 to look for the plastic toy.

Which is especially ridiculous considering the fact that they knew it was a plastic toy and even took a photo of it prior to the x-ray. So our bill totaled out to a whopping $600+ because we "needed" an x-ray, they determined. And when we tried to say the x-ray truly wasn't needed, Dr. OMalley said it was since they think our cat has CANCER? And we would need to give thousands more to this practice to help her recover?!

So we took her to a different vet. The string passed through and she doesn't have cancer. She's just old (Go figure!) Any medical practice willing to scare their clients by crying cancer is ABOMINABLE, on top of the already-scam it was by the surprise x-ray! In case you're wondering - no. We never got a refund. They gave us a $50 credit to use on our next appointment with them after a month of requesting to speak with the person in charge.

Real garbage behavior, especially during a pandemic when everyone's down on their luck. And again, it's unfortunate because some of the nurses truly were sweet. I wish I remembered her name, but a kind nurse explained how she was gonna deposit fluids to help the string pass easier and the do's and dont's of it all, what to expect, etc.

She also gave our girl a nutrition tube to help her gain more weight with her meals, and was all around very kind and explained everything. But O'Malley comes in and suddenly does an x-ray without telling us how much it's gonna be until AFTER it's done?! Then blames it on CANCER?! Horrible, horrible, horrible! Especially when she isn't even the one handing us the bill at the end.

Please don't go here no matter what. They do not have your pets best interest at heart and are clearly only interested in money! And FYI, O'Malley? My "cancer-ridden" 14 year old cat is happily in great health and wishes she had a middle finger to show you.

Dr Singh is so wonderful. Very caring and compassionate. I brought my two pit bull puppies here for their ear croppings. I am very satisfied with the level of care they received and the ears are perfection. Thank you Dr Singh!. Wonderful team here. I also love the candles they sell!

In a terrible moment when I had to take a deccition of going through a strong surgery of putting my precious 4 pound Yorkie not to suffer anymore, we found the pristine expertise of Dr. Iris Vales to help us. She is from PR and could talk to us in the Ay Bendito language and treated my little Doni with love and respect for life and suffering. I guarantee that your 4 leg child will be in the best of the best hands as I will thank her the rest of my life for her proffesional care.

THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! Do not bring your pet here. One day Dr. Singh took me to the back with him to show me an x-ray they took on my fur baby. As I'm leaving the back room I hear someone yelling at a pup who's waking up from surgery ( confused & whimpering) to shut up multiple times. I was uncomfortable by that but didn't say anything.

I left my baby to board there a couple weeks earlier and when I got him back it was almost as if he was scared of me. As soon as we stepped outside he rushed to pee and seemed like he hasn't been out in hours! As well as when we got home he ate his whole bowl of food within 10 seconds! ( something that never happens ) these people are about money! Not the well being of your animal. I should've known that though since dr. Singh is one of the only dr's in the area who does ear crops.

I have taken my cat Milo here for years and it is always a lovely experience! All employees are professional, friendly, and thorough at explaining the needs of your pet. This past visit, we also got him on the wellness plans they offer because he is getting older and wanted to take the extra step to make sure he is healthy. It made everything he needed done very easy and affordable. Definitely recommend them to anyone with a pet in the area. Thank you for being awesome!

I am sad that I have to write this because as much as I love Dr. Sing and Dr. Knight, they have continuously tried to squeeze money out of me. I have been coming here with my cats since 2010. Their office manager was awful and has lied to me. My cat has renal failure and I had to board both of my cats due to traveling on vacation for 8 days. When I called to PREPAY days in advance I spoke with the office manager and I explained to her the days I would be gone Friday October 23 through November 1, 2020.

She told me the exact amount for their visit with medications which totaled $348.40. She told me I was receiving a 10% discount because they were staying over a week (8 days) and notated her name next to the price as she was the manager so no one would question it. Then while I was gone on vacation I received a message that suddenly my cat needed a physical exam/check up. what?!

I only boarded them. My cats both just had check up and one is seen by Dr. Knight regularly due to renal failure. Also, then on November 1, 2020 I received a phone call as my plane was taking off telling me that their calculator was wrong and I now owed for 9 nights instead of 8. Even is this was the case and your office made an error, you should not be calling the customer/owner/consumer to pony up more money that you made the mistake on.

This is unprofessional and everytime my cats come here, they constantly try to squeeze more money out of me. Do not come here. I can tell you from personal experience that they will take you to the bank and play you like they did to me for 10 years. I have had ENOUGH. I have always paid every bill and I have never had an outstanding bill. If you care about honesty, integrity and your finances, do not come here.

There are other vets in the area and I the right to chose as a consumer. and I have spent thousands of dollars over the years between ultrasounds, medications, prescription food, x-rays, check ups, vaccines, and surgeries my cats have had to include tooth extraction, and burst anal glands twice. I am warning you now DO NOT COME HERE. They will tell you one thing when you leave and then call you back and suddenly you need more or you owe more.

This is not okay. Don't get taken advantage of because you love your animals. Also, I recommend Spay-N-Save which is a non-profit for your dog or cat vaccines, the same ones but 1/3 the cost. I hope they like losing a customer of 10 years and they eat their words.

My dog, Angus, Was attacked by a bear at 4:15 Friday afternoon. He has been a patient at two different local vet offices and one other emergency clinic. While he was bleeding to death on our back patio I was trying to find a place to take him. None of his established clinics would take him. Lake Emma animal Hospital, Petsmart, and Dr Newman Emergency Animal Clinic in Deltona.

We will NEVER go to any of these places.he was their established patient - they denied to help save his life. Friends and family began calling every place in town. Nobody cares to help (Too late on a Friday afternoon). I finally called Luv N Care.they were amazing.without hesitation they told us to bring him in. They were awesome.thanks to all the staff there our fur baby lives. They even followed up the next day to make sure he was ok.

We took our dog Stewart to Luv N Care on a Sunday because there wasn't much else open. We couldn't of been luckier to bring our dog to Dr. Hobson and her staff. They acted quickly and efficiently. They showed us and our pup who they didn't even know like their family. We will never be able to repay them for how hard they worked on our dog. Thank you for everything.

At a time when people are losing their jobs over the corona virus, this veterinarian is price gouging the general public. My seventeen year old dropped our dachshund there because she thought she had swallowed a bone and ran up a $923.28 bill without consulting the person who would pay the bill. What was that $923 for? An X-Ray, Blood work, IV and talking with a radiologists!

After complaining about the exorbitant pricing, the office offered to take providing me with the results of the x-ray off of the bill. It still came up to just short of $700. If you want to contribute to the high life of an overpaid veterinarian, this one's for you. I'm filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General for price gouging and the Veterinary Medical Board for unethical practices. I've never felt so violated by a veterinarian's office in my life.

They took really great care of my kitty. Prices aren't hidden, they itemized every charge for me before we proceeded with any further treatment. I loved that there was a separate dog and cat entrance. When I needed help administrating medicine to my cat, they let me bring her in and showed me how to give her the medication. Caring for her has been a breeze since then. Thank you so much and I'll definitely be bringing my other cats here.

This clinic is owned by Dr. Singh who diagnosed my dog with "one of the most aggressive cancerous tumors" he'd ever seen. Then then told me that if I didn't want to treat my dog the way he suggested I do that I should give him up to a rescue that Dr. Singh himself works with so they can pay him for all the things he suggested. He then made sure to tell me that IF my senior dog survives that he'll adopt him back out but not to me because I didn't pay for what Dr. Singh wanted to do. I've never met a Vet with a "God Complex" before as usually I thought that was only medical Dr's who treat humans but Dr. Singh broke the mold. He should stick to running a business and stop pretending he cares about animals.

After 2 bad experiences experiences at this facility, the manager seemed to smooth things over each time, she was nice. I thought I would give a 3rd try. I had brought my dog in a few months prior (the 2nd not so good experience) so I called to see how much a rabies shot would cost. They told me i had to do an exam, it was the law even though I had explained they saw him a few months ago.

I called another Vet in Lake Mary who I had taken care of my prior pup to in the past. They gave him the shot, and trimmed his nails. NO EXAM cost. I would not recommend this office for your pet. Manager was pleasant, but Vet and back staff not so much. Front desk girl was helpful. I didn't feel the need to disclose the bad experiences I had.as a pet lover trust me, not worth rambling on about it.

My dogs' annual checkup felt extremely centered on getting me to enroll in the monthly payment plan, and less on actually informing me of how my dogs are doing. I was originally not told anything about the routine results, like how their teeth, weight, eyes, and ears are doing until I actually asked about these things near the end of the visit.

I also never received a phone call regarding the results of my dogs' heartworm and fecal tests, but instead only received a call about setting up a recheck for one of my dogs for his allergies. I had to call back and inquire the results of the tests. My vet was very concerned about one of my dog's allergies which was a plus, but at the cost of neglecting to tell me any of the basic health findings that I originally went there to find out for both dogs. Overall, I would probably not recommend this vet to anyone looking for a basic check up since I felt in the dark about All of the positive findings, but very much aware of all of the findings that would cost a lot of money. Update: I'm down grading my review to 1 star because this company does not approve Petmeds or other outside pharmacy requests.

The vet tech lied to me, not only saying that they work with 1800petmeds, but that they even "sometimes price-match with online stores". When I called back a week later after my online order was declined, another employee said they never do price-matching and that they don't work with 3rd party suppliers. This company will definitely waste your time.

I set up the appointment online, I'd gotten a complimentary first exam when I registered my dog with the AKC. I mentioned it in the request, their first correspondence was about not having any specials and send them the coupon. My appt was set, I showed up, I was asked for the coupon not one time but twice by two different people. The front desk and the vet assistant.

Then she tried to sell me their different plans and packages for the year, foor upcoming appointments, before my dog even got weighed. I already have pet insurance through akc, no thanks. The vet finally came in, but pup had two rounds of shots already, we were there for 3rd round and to establish, they made a big deal about not having anything with a drs signature.

I brought a passport book with the stamp of the vet, stickers from the vaccine bottle, whaaaatt? If the legitimacy is in question, call the vet the number is right there! They ignored me and said they were going to start over with the shots, um, no. She's had shots, there's no need to start over. She's had her poo tested, no need for that either, and I don't want trifexis, or any flea pill.

Just her 3rd round of shots and heartguard. They ended up quoting over $100, with 1st round of shots, a fleapill and poo test. All the things I said no to. So I left. Called another vet, got right in and they had no issues with the records, as they knew the vet. She got her shot, and we were good, for about $80 cheaper. This place seemed a little too obsessed with the money part of it. They did get me back right away, so there's that.

Was not impressed to say the least. Came here as I could not make it to my regular vet in time. Was charged a $39 "examination fee" if you can even call it an examination. Two days after I leave the vet my puppy gets an ear infection. I bring him back, (reluctantly) as my vet is still not open. They charge me $40 to "examine" him and tell me he has an ear infection. you didn't need a degree to know my puppy had an ear infection, his ear was bleeding.

Left with another hefty bill. To put in perspective the 3 medications they provided me with were less than all the "examination" & "cleaning" fees. Seems to me that all they care about is making money and don't actually care about your animals. Both the vet and techs rush you out of the door as quickly as possible. Another thing that really ticked me off is they take your dog to the back, away from you to do all these "examinations", being a "new patient" I would like to see what is being done to my puppy. You wouldn't let the doctor take your child to the back without knowing what's going on, would you?

My wife and I are first time dog owners and this place is awesome. Day one they made us feels very welcome and answered all of our questions without making us feel dumb for asking. They have even done kennel services for us while we were on vacation. From the photos and video they messaged my wife our dog seemed like he was loving every moment of being with their team. Thanks guys and keep up the awesome Customer service.

Our cat was in pain and barely able to move. After a $600 exam and treatment, we went home. Cat died 4 hours later. What a racket. Don't go here.

Im so upset about it. Yesterday a took my Morkey for a haircut.my dog have really long hair super cute dog, after the haircut he look like a chihuahua, his hair was so short.nothing of compare of what I ask for.talk to the manager and she just argue back to me ( i cant do nothing with the hair.hair will grow back).and the groomer ( i think her name is Jeana) did the same thing.the groomer told me she did what I ask for.not close of what i want and one of the girls that work in the front she agree with me. Ask for my money back and manager told me.sorry we can't.now they loss a client and i will never recommend this place.picture show the before and after.

A most professional practice!. From the most coveted human values, to great personnel & equipment, all under one roof. Thanks for your patience dealing with me. After consulting 5 veterinarians my 6 lb Pap was put under Dr. SINGH ' s scalpel. The results are fabulous. The management of the case and time and information were never scarce. The medical equipment impressive.

Far above the basics and much more than average. Pharmaceutical products of superb quality need to be remarked. This people are not leaving details on the hands of fate and luck. They strive to achieve superior outcome and will adjust certain things to fit your budget. But if you want a quick fix this is not the clinic for you. Seldom have to wait, but this is my kids health.

You don't go for quality health care on a restricted schedule. Thanks for your patience with my medical/technical questions. Dr. Singh ' s huge hands made a miracle on Nano's femur. Hardly any inflamation, hardly could find any black and blues and most clean stitching. Your quality work shows in every aspect. The surgeon technician, manager, and all have our gratitude forever.
