This is a wonderful locally owned pet store. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Amazing place. After being turned away from woofys I called to ask if my girl Daisy could get her nails done right away and though I could tell it was busy, Cindy told me to bring her on in. When I got there I browsed a bit and they have such cool stuff there that u can't find anywhere else. She did amazing on Daisy's nails I was completely satisfied and though long over due she did perfect, I was so happy!

Price was fair and Daisy is a happy girl. My mom gets all our other dogs food here that you can't find at your regular Walmarts/grocery stores because he needs a bland diet and they are always stocked and customer service is on point with total professionalism. They adore all the dogs that come in and even leave filtered waterfall like water for the dogs that come in on a hot day.

I thought that was so sweet. Super knowledgeable workers that know what they are talking about. I found my new place to bring my dogs for their nails! Thanks Cindy it was so worth it and I look forward to coming back!

Liz groomed both our coonhounds yesterday. She did an outstanding job. She was absolutely amazing with them despite my Huck being exceptionally stubborn and wanting all her attention. Both boys came home clean and smelling nice and their nails trimmed perfectly and that I am sure was the hardest part for her. I would also like to say that I absolutely LOVE their neck ties. They both look extra handsome. Thank you Liz from all of us

Brought my two kittens in for ear cleaning and nail trim. Nicole did absolutely amazing with them. Never felt more welcome anywhere else. Great service and great supply. 10/10 recommend.

Went in with some questions and came out with answers. My dogs loved there treats. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Good store for supplies but I really think they should add more varieties to their dog food including science diet and other dog foods like Petco carries instead of small variety to get more customers

This is the BEST place for your dog's needs! They are all really knowledgeable, friendly and kind! I needed a special food for my dogs that included grains. Yolanda knew just how to help me and already had the food in stock. They carry dog treats, toys, bedding etc. They also carry cat food and supplies as well as things for other pets. If you need help or information on pet needs or supplies, this is the place for you!

The most friendly employees we have ever encountered! We recently purchased 2 long haired guinea pigs & we needed to get them completely set up & they were so helpful! We got EVERYTHING we needed for our 2 long haired Guinea Pig's & it was all under $100! We Purchased Food, Hay, Bedding, Water Bottles, Treats, Brushes for their Hair, Sleeping Enclosure's, & More.

The prices in here were also amazing! Everything was extremely reasonably priced! They literally have everything in here for every type of animal! They have food/bedding/accessories for just about every animal you can think of, such as: Dogs/Cats, Guinea pig's, Hamster's, Ferret's, chinchilla's, Rabbit's, Bird's & Much More! They also offer pet grooming, nail trimming and other service's. We are planning on taking our guinea pigs here for nail trimming.

I stopped in on the recommendation of a friend. I have a new puppy and following the footsteps of my previous pup, she is a fussy eater. I found the staff to be very helpful and attentive. I found a food the likes, and top shelf treats, raw, frozen and other wholistic foods for your furry family members! I have been a customer since( heading there today in fact for goats milk and her favorite frozen chicken necks)! she loves them! There is a very large selection of food, in all forms, and she can special order in items too! Her prices are good, selection is great! Definitely check it out.

Cute little pet shop that has a lot of variety. They also trim nails. We brought my moms dog there who is very skiddish when people touch her paws. They made her comfortable with them instead of just holding her and trimming the nails. She left a very happy dog and has loved going back :.

I stopped in today for my first time and would love to give a better review as I prefer independent pet stores VS the big chains. Unfortunately this isn't the place for me. The two young women in the store didn't great us until we were just about ready to cash out. Although they were only cleaning and right near us the whole time. I mainly went in to look for small animal food, treats & toys and was disappointed in the tiny area it was located in. Walmart has more choices than this pet store which should be named a dog & cat store than pet supply. I will say if you need cat or dog choices this was well stocked with quality foods and treats. The store was also well maintained and orderly

This is my favorite pet shop! They are always so friendly and helpful! Went in today to get a new harness they helped to make sure the fit was right and I knew how to put it on correctly!

No reason to go anywhere else. Truly fantastic staff. Great prices, products, and service. Even better.it's a small privately owned business and not a retain chain with inexperienced or less knowledgeable staff.

I just love this P T Pet Supply. I have 2 cats, that require near zero maintenance as they are indoor only cats. I got my first drink well from P T Pet Supply, and subsequent water filters ever since. The friendly staff make it a joy to go in anytime. Yolanda and staff are terrific every time I have ever had questions about my cats. Thank You P T Pet Supply! I highly recommend you!

I first went in to PT for some shampoo and a nice brush for my old English bulldog. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly woman and noticed the awesome dog treats next to the counter. She gave me really great product suggestions and recommended a shampoo that made my dogs coat shine and smell terrific. I was on a budget that day and my guy needed some tlc after rolling around outside a little too carelessly.

The store seems small at first but has such a nice selection of just about anything one could need. I had to go back and take a better look at the cute dog treats. I bought two (added the pictures) and brought them home eagerly awaiting the perked ears and slobber from a certain lucky dog - neither of us were disappointed. Can't wait to go back and get more!

I just moved to the area (Dudley MA) and now have 3 dogs one being a 6 month old puppy. I usually take them to Petsmart to have their nails cut. It also usually takes 3 groomers to cut the front nails because they like to pull their legs and do not like them touched, so someone has to distract them by petting them and "hugging" them. It's usually chaos.

We packed them up in the car today and was on our way to Petsmart to have them done when I decided to detour and try P T Pet Supply instead since it's closer to where we live. It was so much easier and less stressful and my dogs were so behaved it took 1 groomer about 2 minutes to do each dog. They were different dogs here then they are at Petsmart. I LOVE this place. We will only go to P T Pet Supply from now on. I am so relieved to have found this place. :)

I have been a PT customer since before they moved into their webster location. Yolanda and her crew have always treated me great even though I usually am just a big-bag-of-dog-food type of customer. a great price on a good healthy food for my dog is what i want and what i get. I originally went to them because my previous older dog had developed an allergy and required special diet which she helped me with.

That dog has since passed but I still use that same food for my current dog. Yolanda and her staff are always friendly and willing to help with a recommendation. I would recommend them to anyone!

The ONLY place I go for my dog supplies. I have two little ones and they love it here. They sell the best Holistic and grain free brands and don't jack up the prices like other pet stores. I used to have to travel an hour to RI to get good products, and I love being able to now support local business. The ladies are always knowledgeable and don't push you into buying anything. Instead, they make the best recommendations regardless of the price (I.E. some pet stores I've been to tried to sell me something less effective because it had a higher price tag.) Every issue I've had with my pet get's resolved by something natural and healthy in the store. You can bring you dog in and have them fawned over by the wonderful staff, and they'll even fit the dog for a harness, no matter how big or small.

PT Pet Supply is by far the best pet store I have ever shopped at. They have a great selection of holistic and grain free dog foods and treats. Each staff member is extremely knowledgable and VERY friendly. Plus, it is dog friendly : so bring them with you!

I have been shopping here for years, I can't say enough about Yolanda. Everytime I have a health issue with my dog she knows what I should feed him. My dog was diagnosed with Colitis and was given a strict diet. The diet didn't work and he continued with symptoms. I brought him to the store and Yolanda spent some time with him and put him on a diet of dry kibble and some freeze dried raw.

He has been symptom free for a year. Her knowledge and customer service is the best around. The prices for a small shop are the same or better then the larger box stores. Great pet store.

PT's Pet is great shop with friendly staff and a large selection of food, toys, etc for all animals. I'm glad to see their expanding and will be providing dog training classes as well! It's just a nice, well-run small business.

Great local place to get higher end dog food, toys, vitamins, etc. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Dogs are also welcome in the store! Highly recommend.
