Jaxie stayed over one night. She seemed calm at drop off and pick up. The staff was very kind.

Picked up my English bulldogs. They were over heated. Supposed to have been in a temp controlled area. The dog was in the car panting and wheezing at the same time. Wrapped the dog in cool compresses and gave iced water when we got home. I Called the resort. They told me the dog must just be excitable that they're very careful. There is no way they would be over dried after there bath. I took video but does not let me post on here

They took good care of my Cat while I was away. Thank you. Loti

I've been using Starwood to board my dogs for years and would never go elsewhere. Tom and his staff are the best!

I have been bringing my dogs and cats to this kennel for over 20 years now. This place is really nice and cares for your animals. I never feel too bad when going on vacation and have to board my pets there are I know that they are being well card for and loved while I am away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, affordable place to board your pets while away. They staff is always super nice, friendly and helpful with any questions that might be had.

We needed a place to put our dogs while traveling. This business keeps good hours - many kennels are too limited, especially on weekends. This one is not. The people took our dogs in and checked them out were very nice.

Unfortunately I would never leave our dog there again. First when we checked in I asked our dog be groomed when we picked him up in a week. When we returned to pick Carl up he was never never groomed when I questioned it I was told oh we must have missed that. We took Carl home only to discover he had a horrible case of kennel cough. Yes he had his bordela shot.

Obviously they are very lax in cleaning. Not to mention the general look of the place was let's say less than appealing. If we weren't leaving that same day I would have searched for something else. Never again.

Duke jumps out of the car, eager to get in. We are new customers, (3 months). but very pleased with the service we have received.

I brought my dog there for boarding. Staff there where really great and answer all my questions. Rates are decent and they did a wonderful job with the bath before he returned home. Also they posted pics of max playing with other dogs on there website, which I was happy to know i left him in good hands. I definitely will be returning max back to them when I book my next trip.

Our dog has been going to Starwood for almost a year now for doggy daycare and the occasional board. We're so happy with the care she receives. She comes home tuckered out from playing all day. Tom and his staff treat her like she's one of their own.

Great with pets. I have been taking my dogs here for years. They can be trusted to take great care of your pet. They even offer extras like washing your dog or extra play time and luxury accommodations. Well worth the money.

I am usually too lazy to write a review. But this place is too awful that I have to write this to remind other people NEVER send their pets to there. I sent my dog twice to this place and got sick every time. They didn't even tell me that my dog was sick when I picked it up. Manager ( Owner-Tom) of this place is unbelievably unresponsible! It may be a little cheaper than other pet boarding places around Boston, but I'd rather send my pet to a better place. This place is just a nightmare.

My two dogs spent the last four days at the Starwood Pet Resort. This is the third time I have used them to board my dogs. My dogs love it there. When I picked them up they where happy, looked rested and saw no signs of weight loss. I bring the proper amount of food plus a little more for each dog in their own container. Each time I get the container back with the little extra food I put in just in case.

One of my dogs need's medication nightly. The amount of pills used was accurate. As I requested, both dogs received grooming before I picked them up at a additional cost. They looked and smelled clean. I brought a blanket they use when they kennel at home. This reduces stress. The blanket came back clean and folded. The staff has always been professional, pleasant and attentive to my concerns and requests.

They even accommodated my request to post/send me pictures of my two dogs on Christmas! Above and beyond. My two dogs where not the only two there but they made me think that they where by the care they received. Very satisfied.

I've used this Kennel for the past three summer vacations. The first year was great. The last two years my dog came home skinny with about half of her food still not eaten. This past year I addressed the problem before I left and included canned food to maybe help her appetite. They assured me they would take the time to make sure she ate. I was very clear that I was concerned and to please call if she wasn't eating or showed signs of stress.

They didn't and when I called assured me she was well. I also feel like the value is very low in comparison to what other much better kennels in the area charge. In the basic cost no playtime is included. All playtime is extra and the exit Bath is not discounted for long term guests like their competitors are. If you add play time they are much more expensive than their competitors. I've giving them two stars because I believe they are genuinely nice people, they are just over priced for what you get and under staffed. I will not be using them again.

It cost me over $300 to bored my dog here and he came back with kennel cough. After speaking to the owner I was told that someone would get back to me Tom. He called my answering machine and that was all we heard from him. I would not recommend this kennel for anything my dog is still sick.

Starwood is the only place for my fur babies! The staff is kind & attentive. Our specific requests are always met. Although, it is stressful for both my babies and myself, I know they are just a phone call away! The first time I boarded my dogs, I called every day to check on them. Everyone was supportive and understanding of my anxiety. Starwood is the only place I trust!

We've been going to Starwood for a few years now. They really care about our dogs. Last year, we went away for almost a month. Our dog was bitten by a tick and unfortunately the tick collar did not work (we learned our lesson on cheap collars!). She got really sick and almost died! They tried calling us but we were out of the country. Our dog was taken right away to the vet, and they gave her the medicine and explained everything to us in detail when we returned. We would have been devastated had anything happened to her. We trust them with our dogs' lives!

This facility is affordable, accountable, and accessible. I've brought my dog here maybe 3 or 4 times for extended stays. No problem at all. Like the above comment mentioned, our dog did not eat all of his food. Perhaps, though, that had a lot to do with change of environment. Whatever the case might have been, we've returned to Starwood, and will continue to do so.

I have two dogs and we have used this facility several times and have been very happy the people who work here a very nice and are dogs like it here I love that you can add on extra services for the dogs they are always so tired when they finally get home the only this I wasn't super happy with was the grooming services however I do have a husky so it is a lot of work to groom him

My husband and I were so hoping this pet care facility would be a good one. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. We left our dogs for a long weekend. When we picked them up, half of their food was still left, their nails had not been clipped, and my one dog had diarrhea for two days straight. Even though we picked them up at 8 am, we were still charged for the full day. We will not be leaving our dogs here again.
