Did a good job grooming my saint but missed his paw pads and nails

Staff is great! My dogs seem to love it here. We we a little nervous bringing them anywhere after the pandemic because they were so used to being home with the family, but the staff at TLC was awesome and made the transition as accommodating for them as possible.

I brought my large lab for his first groom ever and I was very happy! You can tell the staff really cares for the dogs in their care. When we walked in, he was greeted with the happiest faces and excited hellos from the caregivers - and the 5 other dogs that came in after us, they knew the dogs and the owners by name.really reassuring when dropping your pet off for the day. When I picked him up he was happy, tuckered out, and smelled amazing! His nails were filed down nice and short with rounded edges. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Both our dogs love the environment and the staff. I recommend TLC Pet Haven to anyone who has a dog looking to get out some of it's energy or to board when you go on a vacation. Best place around. The only place I trust with my dogs.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! We brought our pup here for about a month and have already pulled him! My dog came home not once but TWICE bleeding from his nails with zero explanation. The first time it happened he came home with dry blood all over his paws. We thought oh maybe he broke his nail but shortly realized his nails were not broken but completely eroded.

The next time we picked him up he came out from the back room bleeding all over the floor. We asked what happened and they said "he was digging/scratching." my dogs nails were completely shaven down to his knuckles. We ended up bringing him to the vet because we were nervous about infection. I called TLC the next day to try to figure out what fully happened and the person who answered said she didn't work that day and she will ask someone who did.

She put me on hold and when she came back on the phone she said that the person (who was with him that day) said he was put in a room by himself and was jumping up on a fence (which was a different story than what we originally heard). She also told me that the manager would give me a call the next day and she never called me! Can you imagine this happening to your dog with zero explanation and zero sympathy? Atleast have the decency to call us back and tell us what happened. Moral of the story is this place has ZERO communication and the employees do not seem to pay any attention to the dogs.

My dog had a great time on his week's vacation there! The staff was very friendly, everything was nice and clean, all the dogs seemed to be very happy! Thank you!

I was misquoted the price of cat grooming on the phone, filled out the paperwork, and when I asked rates again as I was handing pets over, they named a much higher sum than we are used to paying twice a year. I had thought it would be convenient to have them groomed closer to home but it was a wasted trip to this practice with both cats. Wish they had been upfront on the phone.

Our 5th pup loves doggie daycare, playing with all her pals. And hanging with the staff - who honestly love our pups as much as we do! I've had a depressed pup, who refused to eat - TOC staff got him a burger to tempt him into eating something while he was boarded for a week. There are not enough ways to express how lovely they are!

My dogs love going here. When I pull in they get so excited. They do an awesome job with the grooming. They are very affordable and the staff is great!

Every experience has been wonderful. Everyone is so nice there and you can really tell they are all animal lovers. I take my long haired German Shepherd there for boarding. I know he is in good hands. He gets to join daycare and have one on one play time with someone. I never have to worry when I leave him.

We bring our very nervous little dog to TLC to get groomed and to go to daycare. He feels so comfortable with the staff there that he Has gotten much calmer. The incredible staff all have the ability to make him feel at ease. I cannot day enough good things about this place. I wouldn't take my little guy anywhere else. I'd given it ten stars if I could!

My dogs have been groomed by Brittany both at TLC and in the grooming van. I have gone to a lot of groomers and Brittany at TLC is by far my favorite! She is so talented and great with all animals and just does a fantastic dog with my two shih tzus who aren't the biggest fans of grooming. I'm so happy to have found a place and a groomer that I feel comfortable bringing my dogs to and letting come to my home. I would recommend them to any pet owners!

They groom my dog so badly, he always ends up looking like a crackhead dog! Also the 3 times that I've brought my dog here, poor guy shakes so crazy that he poops out his nerves! Also they charge so much for such a crap grooming. Do not come here.

T L C sent Brittney to my house to groom my Yorkie, she did an excellent job! My yorkie liked her and looks beautiful! I highly recommend T L C, it was the first time we met Brittney, we will certainly call her again!

Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. The owner pat is hands on and always around. The staff are so nice and accommodating. I have a business that is very busy and requires me to be away from my house several days during the week and weekends. They have never said I couldn't bring my dog and in fact they have stayed late and have come in early so that she can bored there. Every time we go my dog can't Waite to get out of the car and into her spot inside. I would highly recommend bringing your pet to TLC.

TLC has been a favorite destination for my rambunctious Am. Bulldog mix Sunny over the past few years since we rescued her. She gets super excited within a mile of arriving and reportedly spends her entire time playing. I pick her up in the late afternoons and find her completely exhausted and happy. She barely makes it out of their parking lot before she's asleep snoring. The staff have always been friendly in all my interactions with them and addressed my concerns the few times I had any questions. Gladly recommend their services!

TLC did a fantastic job on two Goldedoodles with long matted hair. Will definitely go back. Staff was extremely friendly & efficient. Jim T

Our dog Cosmo has had some problems with groomers and has actually been banned by one and given up on by another. He is not an aggressive dog but is terrified to be washed and groomed. Luckily we decided to give TLC a try on a recommendation from a friend. For reasons I do not understand we bring him there without any drama. Great find for us.

We left our 10 month old rescued dog for one night. We enrolled her in doggie day care. Also, we had her groomed. She seemed happy and tired when we picked her up and the groomers did a great job. I wasn't sure how she would react to being boarded since she has separation anxiety. She had no problem leaving us to go with the workers. They reported that she did great with the other dogs.

I have been using TLC for about 10 years now. I was quite disturbed about some on the recent reviews as my experience here has been nothing short of wonderful. Denise (owner) as had to make that hard phone call to me when we left our dog boarded at her location. She was able to notice that Belle was not acting quite right and suspected she had Lyme disease and suggested we have the Vet check her out.

While I hated getting the call while on vacation I was happy that she noticed so quickly. She drove Belle to our vet (30+ minuets away) and had her looked at. She was correct on the diagnosis and needed to receive medical treatment. Denise and her team were able to provide the treatment while we were gone and updated us regularly on our vacation. Belle also received obedience training at her facility (not done by TLC but used their space). Belle has no real issues of being boarded there as she was trained there so that is a nice addition as well.

Our dogs are boarded generally once or more per year there without any problems. They love social hour and daycare as well. Both of our dogs Belle and Diamond were again boarded in December 2015 (when everyone else on yelp was complaining about kennel cough). My dogs have received their shots for kennel cough and were fine for the 2 weeks while there. Maybe others should get the vaccines rather than complain that somehow it is TLC fault.

Love TLC, but not as much as my Boston Terrier does. He's young and very energetic and always placed in a group that matches his energy level. We get back a happy and exhausted pup. We like the convenience of being able to schedule grooming with boarding. Day care is reasonably priced, the staff are all friendly and clearly like their furry little charges. I noted some complaints about kennel cough and I will say this, kennel cough just happens sometimes. I've always had my dogs vaccinated against it. Voila, no problems!

The staff was very kind and accommodating from start to finish. I called for a last minute grooming appointment, and having never been there the woman I spoke with explained the difference in price with the different services. I booked an appointment for my dog a few days later. As I was filling out paperwork, people were bringing in their pups for daycare.

All the dogs were greeted by name and happy to be there. The man who groomed my dog was very warm and did an outstanding job. Finally, the girl at the desk when we picked up the dog offered to bring her to the car as I was also juggling my crazy toddler. Super nice! I highly recommend!

We've been using TLC for years-- every time we have to leave our dogs behind. I can't recall any complaint I have ever had with their service, and the puppies always come home tired & wanting to sleep.

We're brought our dog here for the last few years and they're very accommodating to the fact that he is very aggressive. However, the last time we brought our dog he contracted kennel cough and parasitic scabies. Won't be bringing him back anytime soon.

I always get nervous leaving my dog at a kennel, especially when I'm trying somewhere new, but I had a great first experience here. My dog is old and has extreme separation anxiety but I was assured that they would take good care of her and they definitely did. They made sure to put her in a play group with dogs who were older and more her speed.

She also had a bath on her last day of her stay and she's the softest I've ever felt and has continued to smell good for almost a week. Will definitely be coming back!

Have used this place several times to board my greyhound. She is pretty shy and a senior and they always handle her with care. I can call when I am away to check in her and they never act like I am bothering them. One time my dog became dirty and they bathed her and didn't charge me. Prices are very reasonable. Will always do business with them!

I've been going here for years, my favorite doggie place anywhere! They are so good with my american bulldog, she plays all day and is still clean when she comes home. She absolutely loves it there, the doggie day care workers are great! The front desk staff can occasionally be a bit rude/abrupt, but they all take really good care of my dog. Very reasonably priced!
