They did a killer job trimming up our medium-haired cat with a hairball issue. Everyone was accepting and gentle with our dude, Charlemagne. Was even able to go grocery shopping across the street while I waited. Forget five stars. Rating for a solid price and outstanding service is 11/10. Couldn't be happier with the result.

I brought my 2 beloved pups here for a simple nail trim and it was the worst experience my dogs have ever had. My pups were both brought to the back for their nail trims where I was not able to see what they were doing but I could hear the loud and consistent crying and whining that took place while they were back there. The person that trimmed their nails was noticeably irritated with my dogs when they returned from the back and even made a snide comment to his colleague about the crying/whining in my presence.
Yet the worst part of this experience was noticing that one of my dogs had a nasty cut on their neck when we got back home. The cut was fresh and was not there prior to the nail trim at Gibson's which led to a $300 vet appointment. Whatever happened to my dog when they took her to the back for a "nail trim" has completely traumatized her and I will never ever give this place my business again.
Especially not after doing my research and finding out that another family's 2 pups were mauled and killed while they were under Gibson's care and supervision (Google to see for yourself). I wish I would have done more research on this place and regret bringing my pups here to be mistreated and hurt. Attached photo of my dog after the nail trim.

I keep trying to give this local company my business but unfortunately they don't carry my brand dog food or treats. Recently went in for bird supplies for a newly rescued parakeet and not a big selection so didn't purchase anything. I realize it is small so they can't carry everything I just feel bad I can't support a local company. Off st parking is nice though.

It was great and my cat looks so cute.and finally comfortable. I will be bringing her back soon. We need to keep her hair short, otherwise, if she gets wet, she looks like Bob Marley. She's supposed to be my cat but daddy was a wreck leaving her. The girl at the register said all the right things, and once we were given the choice of bows or a bandana, we both said bows.until we got to the car and daddy runs back in and changed his mind to a bandana. Thank you Gibson's, you helped me A LOT to get daddy to let go for a little while. Thank God!
