Absolutely pathetic. Firstly, the office staff have zero competence and mistreat the customers. The customers, May I remind you, are keeping you in business. My account was flagged and marked and I had a disciplinary action taken against my account because I allegedly knocked on the groomers window and they have a strict no knocking policy. I don't recall knocking on any window as I'm not a disruptive type of a person.
Nevertheless this facility will never see a dime from my two Portuguese water dogs again. Shame on them, and before you give them your business read the reviews on other sites. They are lousy

We were looking for a clean and caring place to bring our dogs for grooming. We bring our dogs to your Merrillville location and so happy with your place. We were recommended by Jackie to bring our 2 dogs. She also suggested to ask for Emily Johnson as she is an expert cutting Shih Tzu's hair. I will post their pictures to you next time so you can see how wonderful job your team is doing. We also buy food per Jackie's recommendation. Thank you!

They have been grooming our 3 dogs and we are very happy. They keep your pet in a playpen right next to them as they work so your pet is not stuck in some cage awaiting their turn. We coordinate to bring them in right on time eliminating wasted time waiting and the staff are great. Our girls love their groomers.
