There's a reason cats are an internet sensation. Their quirky behavior, funny antics, and demure personalities make them into the perfect internet mascots. However, there is a lot more to your cat's behavior than immediately meets the eye. Cats are masters at hiding illness, so how do you know when they're sick?

This hospital and team deserve 10/5 stars! I can not recommend Hanover Veterinary Hospital highly enough. The entire staff is wonderful. You can tell that their number one priority is the care and wellbeing of their patients. They have truly made me and my dogs feel like family. I appreciate the care and concern they show for every pet they see and LOVE their fear free approach.

Today my dogs had their first scheduled home visit with Hanover Animal Hospital. April, who was very friendly, made the process enjoyable. I thought Dr Emily and Vet Tech Kelly we're AMAZING, but more importantly, my rescued Greyhounds Goose and Doug, loved them! They were thorough and explained everything. They took the time to answer all of my questions and discuss a few of the animal studies that I've researched. Let me repeat this - my boys LOVED Dr Emily and Kelly!

Worse experience ever not only did they give us wrong dose of meds but forgot to take care of our pets needs while we were there and we ended up having to go to another vet.will never go there again.

My experience with Hanover Vet was amazing. This was my first visit, and the front desk person was really nice, her name was April. This was during the time when we could not go into the lobby. So, the person who came out to get my dog was so helpful and pleasant, Jocelyn. Then on my second visit we where able to go into the lobby, Covid restrictions had lessened.

When you talk about "Fear Free" clinic. They actually lived up to the name. My dog Prince has very high anxiety around strangers. They made him very comfortable, so yes, I will continue to use this Vet. I have used other vets in this area and have always been extremely disappointed. The medications are kind of high, you do have other options. But, for the most and my dog was comfortable, so it is worth it.

Not impressed. People were nice, but this place is definitely one of the more expensive places I have been to. We brought in our new kitten for a check up and shots and came in thinking it was a girl cat and they confirmed. Went to have our kitten fixed at another facility and come to find out it was actually a boy. I feel like they should have known the difference. Between that and the high prices, we won't be back.

We had to put down our beloved Freddy of over 16 years. They were able to take us in on short notice that same day. The staff was amazing, caring, and made the whole process bearable. Now Freddy is no longer suffering and sleeping in peace. Thank You!

My girlfriend made a appointment to put her 16 yr old sick dog down they said they cleared the spot for 5 p.m., we arrived checked in at 4:55p.m. Sat until 5:25 p.m. my girlfriend agonized with the crying dog all that time. We called several times no answer, after we left we called two more times finally answered and my girlfriend told them she couldn't handle the wait they simply said ok she would make the dr aware, I do understand it's a business but they should treat people in this situation with a little empathy at least! It seems they don't care!

2 years ago Dr. Bieszczak said our girl had mast cell and wouldn't make it 3 months unless we took her to Purdue and paid thousands of dollars in chemotherapy. We changed her allergy medication (apoquel) he prescribed and she became a different dog overnight. Last week Dr. Bieszczak told us we needed to take her in for an emergency blood transfusion for an autoimmune disease that's causing anemia or put her to sleep because she wouldn't make it 48 hours.

She seems better than she has in weeks and we are looking for a new vet. The rest of the staff is very nice and professional but it definitely feels like we're getting upselled every time we go in for shots. Update: she's put on weight and doing great. Again, the Vet advised that we take her to Purdue for emergency transfusion or put her to sleep.

Had xrays done on my dog then later called to have them sent to another Dr and Hanover said that their computer went down and they lost them. $265 for 2 x-rays now I have to get them redone. They told me that even though I paid for them that they are not my property that the x-rays belong to them. You would think that they would have records backed up on cloud so this doesn't happen.

For what vets charge they should be much more careful storing pets records. Very Disappointed that they did not offer to take another x-ray to replace the ones they lost. Will take my business elsewhere.
