We are currently accepting pets interested in playing with other pets during the day while their humans are at work. Additionally we offer assistance to pets recovering from surgery or are otherwise in need of extra tender loving care due to circumstances beyond their control. Prenatal and Postnatal care is available for the expectant canine mommy needing monitoring for potential difficulties during pregnancy and after delivery. We can provide transportation to and from the vet for scheduled visits whether they are annual exams or surgical procedures.
Services
Dogs being dropped off between 5:30 am and 9:00 am must be scheduled beforehand. Training appointments are available outside of the posted hours of operation at the trainers discretion with the exception of the holidays listed below. Please note that the hours posted are hours we are available for our human clients for pick-up and drop-off and scheduled training and/or grooming appointments.
Here at Thunder Vallies Animal House, our lives have gone to the dogs and we couldn't be happier. After years of sharing our lives with various animals, we decided to open a facility focusing on our love for all animals and opened Thunder Vallies Animal House. Thunder Vallies Animal House is a multi-purpose Canine Facility.
One Dog is $16.00 per day or $70.00 for 5 visits. Each additional dog is $8.00 per day or $35.00 for 5 visits. Special Need Canines are $18.00 per day. Special needs are those animals requiring special care such as administering medication or behavior modification. One dog is $24.00 per overnight for a stay less than one week.
If you are looking for a new, furry family member, give us a call. We are currently fostering dogs for Owen County Friends of Animals and Friends of the Animals of Jessamine County. Occasionally we foster several dogs not affiliated with a rescue that are available through Thunder Vallies for adoption to approved homes.

I would never leave my pet where they are not comfortable showing me where she will be staying. Thunder Valley would not let me see where my dog would be kept and became upset when I refused to leave her if I couldn't see the accommodations. She told me I would not be able to find anywhere else to keep her on such short notice. I did.

Excellent place for your dog's care. They provide grooming, training, doggy daycare and boarding. I have used all services with 3 different dogs. This is a family run small business. They take great care of my dogs and I have never had any issues. They also have multiple dogs of their own. The dogs are healthy and well adjusted and friendly. I highly recommend this place for your dog care needs.

I love Thunder Vallies! After trying several local boarding facilities for our dogs, including one where I showed up early to find the owner mistreating one of them, we tried Thunder Vallies and have never needed to look anywhere else. Our dogs love going there and we can relax on vacation knowing that they will be well-cared for. During the heavy snowfall earlier this year, we were unable to get there and had to board the dogs for a few extra days but we knew that Denise and Tony would look after them. I only have to mention Tony's name and my dogs run to the door, excited that they will be seeing him.

I have been taking my dogs to Thunder Vallies Animal House for the past five years. They treat our dogs like family when we leave them in their care and I am never worried about my dogs while they are with Tony and Denise (the owners). It says a lot that my dogs get excited when they see we are at Thunder Vallies. They love going their and my wife and I are happy to have a good place to leave our pets when we are traveling.
