Bluegrass Pet Chalet

We've put our cat Thomas in for boarding on a couple of occasions. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Thomas comes back happy and well looked after.

Best place for our dog when we go on holidays. He is always happy to go here and always happy when we pick him up.

We board cats here. Amazing, can't speak highly enough. Always a positive experience. No request is too much at the Pet Chalet. They take time to treat your pet individually and cater to special needs. We have boarded cats with Pet Chalet on and off for over a year now, it's worth the drive to Brookfield for us as we can go away and completely relax knowing our pets are professionally and expertly cared for and loved.

The Pet Chalet continues to impress us with how well our cats are looked after including if they have eaten, toileted, and they will substitute food until they find something the cats are happy with if they don't think our cats have eaten and more. Consider yourself lucky if you board your pet here. You can go away and relax knowing your pet is 100% loved and cared for like you'd do it yourself.

Great service, had to organise for our little dog to stay here. We were in Tasmania at the time. Everything done by phone, they even picked her up from home.

Such a loving and nurturing kennel. Our dogs have always loved their stays here. The staff sincerely care for your pets and the property is so welcoming and warm. Our 5 month old puppy just stayed for a week and was happy and healthy when we returned. We love this kennel.

There are no words to describe Stacey and her team. They are all so dedicated to their animals and are incredible at what they do. I will be using them for all my animals going forward. I could not feel more comfortable and satisfied that my babies are in great hands.

I cannot speak highly enough of The Pet Chalet! We have been taking our beagles here for the last 3 years - they are always happy & healthy when they return home! The staff are friendly & more than willing to provide updates when required. Daisy & Duke are always more excited to be dropped off there than when we pick them up to go home, which goes to show that they really trust the people who are looking after them & thoroughly enjoy their time there! I've been bringing my dogs here for many years. They always are as excited to arrive and be dropped off as they are when I collect them. They are well cared for during their stay and I never have to worry about them while I'm away, which is such a relief. Good to know my fur babies are in good hands and enjoying their holiday as much as I am.
