At first thought, sending a dog to doggy daycare may seem a little silly, but if you think about it, it really makes sense. If you're like many people, you're constantly on the go. It's often challenging enough to balance just your personal and family needs, let alone the needs of your dog. Your best friend will never be kept in a cramped metal cage all day long. Our salon has large XXXL Pet Mate crates used only for cage drying dogs who do not like the hand dryer. The cage dryers have no heating element that could cause your pet to overheat, and they produce very gentle mildly warm air.

I have been using Waggin Tails for the past two years for 1-2 night boarding and have always had a good experience. They do not seem to have a lot of turnover in employees and that is usually a good sign. They know my dogs and always seem on top of everything. They have all of their stuff in the lobby waiting on us when we pick them up. Never a hassle to check in or check out. The large dogs are kept separate from the smaller dogs and the facility always smells/looks clean. Our dogs seem to enjoy it.

Below is a clip of my email to the owner after pure negligence from the staff. According to them my BF's dog who has never been violent attacked my dog that ultimately led to his death. This incident happened at Waggin Tails under the care of two unqualified staff members. The way the business owner handled the entire situation was irresponsible & lacked morals.
She took no accountability for the incident and simply blamed myself, my BF and his dog for the entire thing. She's entitled and money hungry. After being in distress about what happened to my dog she still decided to charge me for "one night" he was there even though he spent the majority of time at the emergency vet. To me, it's not just the $60 stay she charged me but the principle.
No sort of empathy or morals. I wish I would have never taken my dogs there. This was a part of my response after she emailed me what happened. I asked her for the incident report but instead she emailed me word of mouth what was told to her about what happened. "The feeding situation is simply common sense. I don't appreciate your tone in this email or the way you spoke to Lucy's owner.
Your actions have been completely unprofessional, inconsistent & without empathy. My dogs have been going to your day care for over a year. I have invested my money in multiple services and have never experienced this degree of poor customer service and mismanagement of a terrible situation. Prior to this boarding your staff has always accommodated Lucas in a separate room without additional fees. I agreed for them to sleep in same room since you wanted to charge me extra"

I have never left a bad review in my life. It took the death of my best friend dog. This place is money hungry and only cares about your money. The owner does not care about your dog or the quality of care your dog receives. My best friends dog was bitten at this facility and the owner had no empathy or compassion for her dog. Instead, she judged and told her it was another dogs fault.
How do you call yourself a dog daycare but don't know how handle dogs. How do you blame an injury that occurred on your facility on another dog. It is obvious that the staff is poorly trained. To make matters worse after the incident my friend was charged for the nights stay when her dog spent most of the night in the emergency room. The owner is not taking accountability for her actions and her business.

Not my pet and glad it wasn't. But this happened to my friend. He brought his two dogs in for a stay while they were out of town. Received an email stating that his dog died while feeding. Since there was an emergency they had to use the emergency vet. So I guess they didn't stay at the daycare but still got charged for watching his dog die. Good luck if you want to take your pets here but if they die on their watch, you are still fully responsibility

I have nothing but good things to say about this place! We've boarded our two pups overnight here multiple times, and they both get extremely excited when we drop them off now. This was huge for me, because our labrador definitely has some separation anxiety. They know our pups and their personalities pretty well now and always take great care of them! And as a side note, let me tell you: the baths they give the pups are phenomenal. I had no idea they could come home smelling so nice.

When I rescued my first big dog, I needed a place to take her for boarding and daycare. She is high energy and loves to play. I toured over a dozen dog places and none of them were right. Either the staff was inattentive or they were overcrowded with too many dogs. When I found Waggin tails, I knew from the moment I walked in. The staff greeted us and were excited to show us around.
My baby girl LOVES going to play here. She has made many friends, dogs & humans! I purchase the daycare card & take her at least twice a week! She races to the entrance every time! After a day of playing, she sleeps hard the next day & can't wait to go back!

Waggin' Tails was a lifesaver! They accepted our dogs for doggy daycare on short notice as new clients, after our lodging arrangements fell through during the holidays. This allowed us to keep our daytime plans without worrying about our dogs. We knew they were comfortable and safe. Their staff were so friendly and willing to help, and our dogs returned to us happy and tired. Great experience, will definitely use again next time we're in the area! Next time our visit will be planned well in advance.;

Amazing place! Amazing staff! Didn't have to wait! Beats the big box stores for grooming services, and their staff was kind and friendly. They where genuine and enthusiastic about caring for my dog. I brought her for a bath; she got a bath, a nail trim, and an ear cleaning. All for $30 That beats the big box, corporate pricing. And their staff was so friendly.
I had just driven across from petco because of a 2hour wait and the lady there didn't seem like a person I'd leave my dog with. Stella's nails where trimmed well here! Petsmart staff made her bleed 3x in one sitting and traumatized her since. She walked out of Waggin Tails smelling fresh, with a pink bandana and a wagging tail. Thank you!

I've been taking my puppy here for 3 months and couldn't be happier! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and outgoing and it shows that they really want to be there, which makes me feel even more comfortable leaving him all day. The place is super clean, spacious with indoor/outdoor playrooms which are divided by personality/energy level. I recently boarded my puppy at Waggin Tails and wouldn't think twice about boarding him here again. All around, this place is fabulous!
