I was very happy with the service we received. What stood out for me was that on our first visit, the owners were more than happy to call up our vet to make sure my dog's vaccinations were up to date, which saved me the hassle of bringing his papers around.

BATH : This includes a quality shampoo, with optional oatmeal and allergy available for dogs with special skin/hair needs. We use hypoallergenic as well as tearless products to ensure your pet has a truly enjoyable bathing experience. BRUSH AND DRYING : Here your pet is dried using professional grade dryers which can dry a large long hair dog in only minutes. After your pet is fully dried we then brush out their coat to a beatufil soft look, and use our deshedding tools on any dogs that require it.

Omg. I can give zero star on this place if theres zero star. The Lady who talk to customers was so rude that even my dog is afraid on her tone of voice. So we ended up leaving and go somewhere else for grooming. We are willing to pay for grooming service but the feeling that your begging for the lady to talk to you in a calm manner is not there. Stay away from this grooming place guys and spend your money to more polite custumer service oriented business.

I really wanted to like this place as they always have appointments available. My dog seemed extremely nervous when I dropped him off for second time and was forcing himself out the door which he never does. I come back to pick up my dog and they tell me he peed all over with nail filing. I wish that if they saw my dog didn't like it and over reacted they would of stopped and just let me know. I also noticed that Teddy had so many spots in his fur kinda like if I was to cut at home. I won't be back.

I am writing this because I've been a customer for the past year. I'd had a wonderful experience with this company on a number of occasions, until recently. The first instance was when I noticed my dog was sensitive to the touch in one particular area. I didn't complain until I returned, as I wanted to ensure the "groomer" that cut her didn't touch her this time.
I was informed she was let go. This brings us to today. I took her in for a cut. She is a pom mix and looks like a mini chow. When I dropped her off, we went back and forth about the length I wanted and ultimately asked that they follow the last cut listed in the system for her. I picked her up and was DISMAYED by what I saw. Her cut was choppy and her tail was bobbed cut.
I requested that I receive a call from the manager and was told I would. However, I did not. So, I called back and was basically told that I'd complained on another employee's work and was told I could go somewhere else. Additionally, she would NOT refund me my money but would refund the $5 tip. I don't know about yall, but it's the disrespect that brought me here.
I'll have have to post photos so you can see the typical cut vs what I got today. I'm certainly not happy and will continue to spread the word. At the end of the day, customer service is everything. You can't treat people like trash because you think "they" don't matter. Go there and meet the "partner" and you will understand exactly what I mean.

This writing is based on my puppies experience. They love it! Every time we go, tails are wagging and they can't wait. Their haircuts always look great and we are treated with friendly smiles. We have been there for over a year and seen different changes and always had a good experience. Thank you for having such a great place to take my dogs for their haircuts and grooming.

We have taken our cavapoo here several times and always ask for them to NOT cut his nose. Each time they cut his nose even after many many explanations of exactly what we want. We took our dog in for just a wash and they cut his nose without our permission. We like him a certain way and they have zero regard for what Customer actually wants

I would run away from this place. We brought our baby here about a year ago and we were completely happy. This time is was not anything like that. The first time they charged us $45 dollars and our dog came out happy as can be, staff was super friendly and she looked great. This time they charged us $70 (she is still the exact same size / weight and coat was exactly the same as the first time).
When i went to pick her up, she was soo stressed out. She couldn't have got out of that building fast enough. She had feces on her still. Her cut around her head was absolutely terrible, uneven, very ugly. When i walked in they were not friendly at all. Also one lady was grooming a dog and was yelling at it the entire time stressing that poor dog out way more than it already was.
I would not recommend this place even a little, there is a reason they are never busy and always have openings, its because their work is terrible and they don't care about the dogs.

Before & after pics I loveeeeeee this groomer; i will never go anywhere else! They make my Poochon look sooo cute every time! She comes out with a new attitude and they use this tool that makes her bows stay for weeks! My old groomer used to cut my baby's hair in a way that left her looking mad/angrier around the face, but Classy does the poodle cuts PERFECT!
They have such a large professional staff that they can typically take your pup same day or on short notice, I LOVE THAT; and it's in a prime location and the staff is so nice and they really take care and pay attn to your pooch's details. I'm a client for life!

Update Feb 2022, I miss Jason who used to groom my dogs. He left a while back. I have gone a couple times since and the work has not been as good as when Jason was there. My doodle now comes home uneven cuts and they never follow instructions. The communication is lacking. Last time I asked them to "take 1/2 the length off the tail". See attached pic. lol. Looking for a new place Previous review before Jason left: Bring my big Doodle and medium terrier here. Good attention to detail and they care about ur dogs. They treat them like my kids instead of like my dogs.which they should :-. Will continue to go here for my boys.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming here for 6+ years to get my dogs groomed. I make an appointment every single time. The last two times I've came here it's taken over 4 hours to get them groomed. This time I go in for my appointment and they say it will be over 4 hours and the lady gave me attitude. So I got upset and told them they should state that when making the appointment.
Usually I wouldn't care but I drive 45 mins each way to get here. So I left. I made arrangements for my fiance to pick them up after work so I wouldn't have to wait in my car for four hours. Then I take them back in and talk to the man at the front desk. He then gives me a lecture on the time it takes on weekends. I just said i get it I'm going to find something closer for the future.
The last time they increased the price by $5 for my male dog. This time he says he's going to increase another $5. So I said why does it go up every time I come now. So then he proceeded to call me a liar then proceeded to shew me away with his hands and said he doesn't need my business. Well obviously I'll never be coming her again by my choice and apparently his.
On top of that my dogs are extremely frightened coming here the last 3 times and have never been like that with any other groomer. Stay away from this place if you can! Horrible experience. I've never been so disrespected in my life.

Please do not bring your dog here. I brought my dog here twice, the first time he had such an amazing experience that I requested the exact same grammar and the exact same haircut next time. When I brought him in for his second grooming I showed them photographs of the first time that he had been there and showed them saying this is exactly what I want.
The groomer I later found out it was not the same one even though I requested it was assured that it was going to be, it turns out the groomer who did his haircut is in fact the owner. I watched her cut my end other dogs hair, there is no precision they are not meticulous they are speeding through attempting to get to the next dog as quickly as possible.
The cut she gave my dog was uneven, not good looking, and resulted in him having many cuts and scrapes. I have a golden doodle, and they assure you that this is pretty much their specialty breed that they are well trained in working with. That is absolutely not true at all. My dog looked atrocious when I picked him up, she shaved off his entire tail saying that it was matted and it was for the best.
Although this was not true because I examined him before taking him in. it's very expensive and the stuff is extremely rude, one of their groomers lives in the same apartment complex as me and shared with me that the dogs are treated less than human after being dropped off. She said that they are all created and capped in the back in small crates in dark rooms and when they are being bathed they get jerked around and yelled at. I simply cannot ever bring my dog back here

Not sure if they are under new management. I have not seen the Asian gentleman in quite some time, and Jason the groomer is also gone as well. Paying an extra $10 for express service is worth it IF they hold up their end of the bargain and finish within the hour. This has not been the case our last two visits. I always ask 'how long should i expect' And it seems the express has moved from 45 minutes to an hour and now they told me an hour and 15 minutes. I'm frustrated only because they tried to blame my 37 pound puppy, saying 'he didn't want them to blow dry him.'

I have been going to this business for a few years now. I was happy that I had found a place that groomed my goldendoodle like a doodle and not like a poodle. However the last two visits have not been great. My dog came back two visits ago with a couple of razor burns on her belly area and this past visit last week, she had a 3 inch patch on her leg that was much much shorter than the area around it.
My moms dog came back on the same visit with two razor burns on her neck. Both dogs were groomed by different people, so I feel they are no longer being careful with their cuts, either that or there is a bunch of new groomers there that don't really know what they are doing. Unfortunately after going here for several years, I think I will be finding a new place for my future dog grooming.

Friendly staff, fast and quality service, 2 huskies bath, brush and dry in 1 hour. Edit: went there for the second time, afterwards found a spot on my dog's leg that's missing a piece of hair, and I saw some blood coming through it. I called them and they told me to bring the dog over. I thought they were gonna assess the problem and solve the issue for me, all they did was telling me it looks like allergy and to go to a vet.
The only time my dog had similar thing happen to her was after we went there for grooming the first time. But I didn't associate the issue with the grooming. We went to the vet that time and had to get on antibiotics and steroids. Now I know for a fact that she got it from her grooming and she had NEVER had allergic reactions to anything.

We are new to the area. And called ahead to ensure they could do our 1 year old Great Dane. I made an appointment at 10:30. We got there they said she'd be done at 3pm. Then they took her back and brought her back saying she won't go in the kennel. And they would do an express for an extra $10. She is perfectly kennel trained. They tried again came back to say she went inside ok.
I should've taken my fur baby and walked out right then. Neither receptionist spoke English well but I made clear I needed her nails trimmed and filed down. She said. Sure $8. Ok no problem. When I picked her up, the nails we cracked/split and some were bleeding. And she told me I paid $8 for teeth cleaning! What?!?! I never even mentioned teeth.
She also was limping on her front left leg. I have no idea how my baby was treated but I would say they are simply not equipped to handle larger dogs. The owner did give me $8 back but that's not enough. Horrible.

I am so happy with my standard poodles summer cut! I was a little nervous with how he would do (I just adopted him) but Jason did such a great job with him! We will definitely be going back.and asking for Jason:) His haircut was exactly what I asked for! Tucker was so excited when I came to get him, which was a huge relief to know he wasn't stressed out the whole time.

Please do not take your pet there I had terrible experience I took my pet there and when I picked him up he could not walk. rushed to the vet they said he has compressed disc. I m not sure what they did or how they handled it all I know when I went there he was fine and when I picked him he was not able to walk
