Emergency Animal Clinic

We received excellent care! A much more critical patient came in who needed immediate care so we had to wait maybe 5 minutes. The tech talked to me and then took a Brody back and we were out within an hour. The doctor took quick action and saved Brody from potentially needing another surgery. He is home a resting today! Can not recommend them enough for emergency vet care!

Staff is very professional and caring over the phone and in person. They were every attentive and quick to get my sick kitten back to see the vet. They explained all procedures and prices before hand as well as described the need and urgency for tests/procedures. The staff was very helpful by explaining medicine regimens and diet plans with instructions for my kitten.

Their compassion for our pets and their health was visibly clear. I would definitely bring my pets here again if their was an emergency. Thank for you helping my kitten get back to being healthy and playful!

We were greeted on the phone and in person by a warm, caring person. The vet tech was also kind and caring. They immediately took our dog back for necessary evaluation. In a matter of minutes, we got a diagnosis along with a complete plan of action. Everyone was professional and efficient. Dr. Murry operated on our dog who was considered critical.

She saved his life. The discharge plan and referral information for our personal vet was sent almost immediately and was unbelievably thorough. We are grateful to Dr. Murry and the outstanding staff at the Collin county animal emergency clinic!

This animal ER is very well run. The staff are professional and polite. The doctors are well qualified and seem passionate about their job. If your animal has a life threatening condition, they will be admitted immediately. If their condition is serious but not critical, you may have to wait a few hours to be seen. Dr. Yager saw my dog Percy, who had a sudden onset of fever-like symptoms.

I would like to express my utmost praise and gratitude for Dr. Yager. Her ability to explain medical concepts to an untrained person like me evinces her expertise as a doctor, and her owner interaction skills were excellent. She validated my concerns, made me feel like a priority, explained blood panel results clearly and simply, and, of course, provided a clear treatment plan.

I can't use enough words to praise the doctors, assistants, and receptionists. Their hard work and dedication turned a bad day into a good day, and I can't thank them enough.

It was 4:30am and we knew something was very wrong with George. I called to let them know we were on our way and they were ready to get him in for X-rays as soon as we arrived. He was treated with love and everyone was concerned for him. He was given meds and kisses and I'm happy to say he's doing great. This animal hospital is dependable, open 24/7 and fairly priced. Thanks for taking great care of our boy.

My 5lb Yorkie was throwing up blood. They got her right in, staff at the front was nice, (someone grabbed her and took her back after attentively asking me a few questions) to see a doc asap then I went back with them all. So happy they were open and so accommodating! The nurse, the vet, all of them

I brought my kitten in and first, their online check in was great. I was able to bring him in within 10 minutes. The front desk staff was nice and I was taken to a room while they checked him out. They treated him quickly and I brought him home. Within 12 hours, my cat was doing so much better. They didn't try to force me into doing unnecessary tests or anything. So thankful for such a caring and fast visit. Highly recommend!

My cat had a sudden emergency on a Saturday evening. I had not been here before. The front desk staff is very well trained and had him taken back immediately even though there were several people in the lobby. They were so kind to me and the Dr saw me within 10 minutes of being arriving. Everyone i encountered was very compassionate. I was really upset and they were very kind and patient with me. Highly recommend if you have an emergency.

We had to take our 9 year old goldendoodle in for some bleeding of unknown origin. The staff was so nice and ran things very efficiently. They were so busy, the waiting room would fill up multiple times and empty out quickly, you could tell they were doing everything to get everyone taken care of. They treated my dog so well and did amazing with her. Very pleased.

There aren't enough words to say how wonderful my experiences with this ER Pet Hospital have been. My lab got into a an entire bag of dental treats and was in serious distress. We had a super-efficient check-in, friendly, patient and compassionate staff and veterinarians provided incredible levels of care for my fur baby. Because they worked so quickly, they were able to get them out without requiring surgery, which was the best news ever. Very fair and upfront pricing, and surprisingly, we were in and out in less than 2 hours despite 5 other patients arriving within minutes of each other. Two thumb WAY up!
