Jackson's Place Dog Daycare

We took our 9 month-old puppy here for daycare and she had the best time. The staff is friendly and dedicated and provide amazing amenities for the pups and the parents. One perk was the camera on the website that allowed us to periodically check in and see how our dog was playing. The daycare day was structured and supervised well, with lots of activities in addition to free play, so there was good mental and physical stimulation for her. Our dog had the best time, and we can't wait to take her back.

We were in from out of town and needed daycare. Jackson's Place was fantastic about facilitating an eval visit on short notice, and our pups LOVED IT. They had an awesome time! The ability to see the video feeds gave us significant peace of mind, and the activities and play available clearly made the visits incredible for our dogs. The second and third days they were there they literally dragged us through the door to get to play time!

Our little girl is generally shy around new people, but took to every team member she met basically instantly - they definitely hire people who love dogs, and it shows. 100% would use again, highly recommended!

Mr. Willie D is the business! This is the first time I've had a groomer come out to greet me and my puppy. Plus he only stays the 2 hours for service, not all day! My dog looks his best. Thank you!

Nala is my little love. She's the puppy that I called myself rescuing, but she rescued me. But, I do have to work and she can't be trusted to avoid chewing furniture and wood railings while I am on conference calls. And is she is with me, I want to play with her. So, I needed a daycare solution. I tried a few doggy daycares in the area, but Nala loves Jackson's Place.

The staff at Jackson's Place loves Nala. So, of course, I love Jackson's Place. She gets very excited the closer we get to the daycare. She loves the staff members and I can tell they truly love her. It isn't just a job for them, they truly enjoy your pets. You can tell from the daily report cards, photos and write-ups you get. So funny. So cute. Nala has been going to Jackson's 3 to 4 days a week since October 2021.

She boards sometimes too. On average twice a month or so. She really loves to board. It's just a big slumber party because they all sleep on pallets on the floor. There's no caging at Jackson's. Jackson's also teaches basic obedience commands. I had done a bit of training with her, but the reinforcement at Jackson's has been really great. She truly grasped the concept of "wait" from the staff at Jackson's.

Then there's the grooming and bakery services. Nala hates getting groomed. Petco, PetSmart and a few other chains did a fine enough job, but she was not feeling it. But now she is groomed at Jackson's. And don't get me wrong, she is still not a big fan, but she is in an environment that is really safe to her. Anyway, I could go on and on. In fact, I have waited for the 6 month mark before I did a review so that you the reader could have perspective from someone who has regularly sent their pup to Jackson's. You really can't go wrong here.

Jackson's Place has taken great care of my puppy. They are so personable, have explained how they work and checked in with me about my pup while my puppy had her first sleep over. I could not recommend them enough. They provide individualized care with cameras and no scary boarding procedures. They know me and my puppy by face. Any skeptical dogs or owners of daycares will feel at ease here.

My puppy Remi is usually super anxious and unsure about a lot of people or places, and so i was expecting her first visit to be less than great. However, the staff immediately made her feel comfortable and she was able to let her guard down. I was so surprised at how fast she let loose! The way in which this facility is ran as well as how patient, loving, and knowledgeable the staff are, creates a safe yet fun environment. Remi will only be going to Jackson's from here on out. This place is top tier.

The greatest grooming place in houston! I've taken my little pup to countless groomers around houston, but when I found Jackson's Place, they were the clear winner! Willie is the BEST, always comforts my pup and ensures she's okay through the process. Also, he does the perfect Schnauzer puppy cut on Elsa every time! They are timely and don't hang onto my pup longer than needed.

The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Management is doing a wonderful job, and they always keep the place festive and fun as well! Definitely would recommend taking your pup here! They have daycare and grooming services.

Jackson's place! Woohoo! I'm so grateful that I found this place. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The teachers are amazing and were extremely patient with my baby who was very timid on her first day. I couldn't ask for more. Second day she was a new dog and doing doggy things(I'm sure we all know)! Lol I also really love that I can see what my puppy is doing at anytime during the day with their live cams! Just Amazing!

When we first adopted our dog we tried several day care/boarding facilities, but Jackson's was the only one he would get excited about returning to. He still gets excited for every visit. The staff are amazing and it has become his "home away from home".

Willie worked magic with my puppy who had a rough start to grooming elsewhere. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Easy to book appointments and respond quickly. The cage free approach is great for socialization and ease. Definitely recommend!
