Incredibly pleased with the care and attention to my dog. The staff asked lots of questions to make sure they understood what his needs are. So much better than a large 'corporate' chain store. His fur is well trimmed and coat is sleek and stylish. Plus he smells great!

Cancelled our appointment tomorrow (they had a spare opening) after reading reviews and hearing our neighbor's experience. Pawvillion really does have poor customer service. Pawvillion laughed, asked "so you're calling it?", and hung up on me. Simple and as quickly as that. All over the phone. Very rude. Glad I didn't bring my dogs here. We support local businesses, unless they prove otherwise, like this. I'm expecting a rebuttal from the owners here to try and discredit my claim or say this is falsified. Lol

Where we take our cockapoo to get groomed. She always comes back looking great and on a good mood. Staff are nice and skilled. Plus it's a local business. Highly recommended.

Pawvillion is fantastic. My dog comes back to me with the exact haircut I asked for. I have a Mini Schnauzer and I am satisfied every time. Jim and Elizabeth are so nice and really care about every pet that they care for.
