Dr. Michalk has been taking care of our pets for over 10 years. She is caring, patient, and knows her stuff! She takes the time to explain things and answer any questions or concerns. She caters to our pets needs (like our cat who can go into fight or flight mode around strangers). I don't know what all goes into her magic with him. She is truly carrying out her mission to go out of her way to make her patients comfortable. Chad gets a special shout-out from me and my dogs, too - he is great! All the techs are caring and communicative.

I referred my neighbor when she got her cat and a friend when she got her new puppy and she was treated welcomely. It was my friend first time having a pet and they treated her with care. Best Vet practice in town. Calm, caring and accommodating. Always put my very anxious dog's needs first. She always leaves with confidence and we leave with peace of mind!

The staff here is always excellent. Chad, in particular, does a great job as he is warm with my puppies and clear with communicating details. Usually I schedule in advance- but this time had a discovery late at night. They were waiting for us upon opening the next morning, and managed to help get my companion care and comfort. They also have boarding services.

They are always so nice and quick with their service! They take Little Man (my dog) in and I wait in the car. They are super easy to schedule and send reminders so we don't forget our little guy! Thanks for the great service!

I wrote a review just the other day about how great of an experience it's been for us and our elderly dog at Coit Hedgcoxe, but I wanted to write a fully updated version in light of our sad news. We had to say goodbye to our 14 year old yorkie poo yesterday and I just want to say I am very grateful for how smoothly it went. Dr. Michalk and the whole team have been so great during Winnie's final few years I just wish I had found them sooner!

In my other review I mentioned I never felt like I was being overcharged and could always tell that Winnie was getting the best care and attention. I've only had positive interactions with the staff, they were always so helpful and prompt. I also appreciate them taking good precautions against covid. After just having to make the hardest decision we as pet owners ever have to make, I am so relieved that Dr. Michalk and staff handled everything so expertly. It was so peaceful and respectful, I am so happy that we found this vet and obviously I highly recommend. Whenever we are ready to get another dog we will be back :

All of the staff members were professional, timely and friendly and took good care of my pup! The vet answered all of my questions and didn't try to rush me out the door. Also, I appreciate that she didn't try to sell me a bunch of meds, treatments, etc. that my dog really doesn't need. Did I mention that my first introductory visit was $1?! I'll be back!

This is the absolute best animal hospital around! Through the years I have had several dogs treated by the Doctors and technicians and always with such care and compassion. From the moment you arrive you know you have your pet in a loving environment and among the best and knowledgeable Doctors and technicians.

Took My doggo to this vet And she was well taken care of. She got checked out and is now up to date with her shots. When she got home and ate her meal. She celebrated with happiness! Thank you for taking care of Trixie.
