What a joke this place is. I called to hire them to train my little 1 year old Havanese pup for some basic training needs that are all listed on their website as easily trainable. They said they could rectify all these things in a 3 hour training session for $495 (which I was skeptical of in the first place). I mentioned that a couple of times my dog has gotten a bit snippy when we tried to take something out of her mouth.
They actually turned me down! She said they can't have their name associated with a dog like this, it's too much of a liability! My dog is 10 pounds and looks like a little teddy bear and is very sweet and friendly almost all of the time! You would think that if they were such a great training facility like their website suggests that they would actually meet the dog and see from that. What a sham!
