I'm pretty NEW to the area and was really trying to find a good reputable groomer for my beautiful little Shih Tzu named Milo. I went online and checked on Google and read this grooming establishments google reviews. I also went in person today and met with the owner named Christine who is absolutely magnificent. I did not want to just take my little pup anywhere and wanted to make sure he was in good hands as he gets nervous sometimes when he goes to different groomers.
The owner Christine was outstanding and was so very kind and helpful. I could not believe she was able to give me an appointment right away today in the afternoon. The groomer named Ashley did a really beautiful job on my little Mr. Milo. He looks so clean cut and adorable after you groomed him today. Thank you very much "fluffy pups grooming" for making me feel so comfortable and taking such great care of my puppy Milo.

Barkley has been coming here for about 5-6 yrs, he's a strange SCWT, but feels very comfortable with them all, Especially Shana and Chris! Upon our request they have given our dog his signature Mohawk that looks awesome every time! The latest they have done for us was dye it Hawaiian Blue, with a dye I brought to them! We love it! You guys rock! Jason, Megan and your bud Barkley! I couldn't recommend a better group to groom your four legged children!

I've used this place for previous pets including 2 Golden Retrievers one of which was large (~90 lbs.). However when inquiring about getting our 60 lbs. English Bulldog groomed, I'm told he's too big. I'm guessing it comes down to his breed. They obviously discriminate on breed, which is their business choice, but at least be up front about it. Maybe post a list of breeds that you won't groom on your website (which needs to be updated, it's not mobile friendly one bit).

Fluffy Pups is that one place that has brought ease to my mind when I bring my two little fur babies to get their hair done. My Pomeranian Maya definitely gets stressed out whenever she has to go anywhere for anything and the ladies here have made this process so much easier for her to deal with. My Yorkie Baxter is happy as can be when he sees where he is going. I would recommend Fluffy Pups hands down. I took my other Yorkie Gizmo there for years.

The staff here are super nice and accommodating. They love dogs and treat them like their own. My dog recently got skunked and there was no other groomers that would be willing to bath her at their facilities. Fluffy Pups were not only willing to help, but they got her in same day. Thank you for helping this naive pet owner!

Our dog just came back from her grooming appointment today. She looks beautiful and clean. The girls here do an amazing job. We always love how our pup leaves with a seasonal bandana! There is no crating and you can see exactly where your dog is getting groomed. There are no back rooms or closed windows. We feel our dog is in good hands when we drop her off.
The staff is always friendly and professional. We've been going here for almost 2 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you Fluffy Pups!

I've been a customer of this establishment now for almost two years. Today when trying to schedule the next appointment for my dog to get groomed I was told they would not have him back. Why? Well apparently they don't want to groom him because he doesn't like his paws touched. Is he aggressive? No. Has he tried to bite anyone? No. He just tries to move his paw away when someone touches it. Ok?!?!?
Never once has the owner made a complaint to me about my dog not liking his paws touched. Never once has she said it was an issue. Yes my dog doesn't like his paws touched, and this has never been an issue with other groomers. Before moving to NY my dog had the same groomer in CA for approx three years. This was never an issue for her & I asked on many occasions.
The owner certainly has a right to decide who she will take as customers & who she will turn away. And I also have a right to my opinion about it. It would seem as though loyal customers, who arrive early or on time for drop off, pick their dog up on time, are willing to pay the expensive charges & who are willing to drive 30 mins to her establishment every 6-8 weeks are not important to her or her bottom line.
I can't imagine my dog is the ONLY dog she grooms that doesn't like his paws touched. But perhaps that's the case. To potential customers, decide for yourself however be cautious & weary. At any moment, you & your dog could be turned away for no good reason. The owner must be making a real killing in this business if she's willing to turn away consistent money. Well good luck to her in her endeavors. I'm off to greener pastures.and better groomers. :

We've been a customer of this establishment for well over a year. In general, they've done a good job with grooming our dogs. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time the quoted time that the dogs will be done is off at least 30 minutes and we wind up having to reschedule our day around the pickup time due to them running behind schedule.
I can understand this so I've never made it an issue. However, last week when my husband was running a few minutes late for our appointment we were told to not bring them in because they couldn't accommodate if we were late. Then a few days later we get a letter in the mail stating that if we want to reschedule we'll have to pre-pay a $50 fee for canceling!
Keep in mind, that the last time we had to cancel an appointment was 8 months prior and we use them every 2-3 months for our dog grooming. They stated this was the 4th time in a year, but that wasn't true since they were counting one instance that was 14 months ago and they're also counting cancelations that were made the day prior. We've never been a "no show" or canceled the day of the service with them.
We usually pay around $200 and a tip for both dogs which is a pretty penny to pay every couple of months. I found the type of treatment we received here to be completely unacceptable. They obviously don't appreciate their customers and have made that clear. It's ok for them to be constantly behind schedule, but if you're running late, they cancel on you and then charge a $50 fee? That type of mindset is unbelievable to me as a service provider.

I've been taking my dog here since I got him as a pup, then I left because I thought I could have the cuts done for less. I did get cuts for less but my poor dog dragged his ass on the rug for a few hours and the laid in his bed for a few more. I have friends that are groomers and they're not happy I brought him back to fluffy pups. He's been to 4 local groomers and I wouldn't bring him anywhere else.
The girls at fluffy pups I couldn't say enough about. I want to give them all hugs because of the way they treat my dog. That you can't put a price on and the cuts are great and he doesn't pull the ass drag.

The absolute best groomer I have ever went to. I live on Long Island and only schedule appointments for my dog when I'm up in the area. I refuse to waste $ on groomers on Long Island becasue I have never found one as good as Flufffy Pups. Always accomodating with my appointment times because the staff knows I travel 2 hours to get my dog groomed. I highly recommend.

I decided to try Fluffy Pups based on their "no crate" philosophy. I asked them to keep my dog's coat as long as possible while removing his winter mats. I can't tell you how GORGEOUS he looked when he came out! I've never seen his coat so shiny, with the white colors so bright! He wasn't stressed at all and looked stunning. Fluffy Pups was a great experience delivering beautiful results! I highly recommend Shayna who took care of my "baby!"
