Prices are great for the most part. Some of the workers are awesome and very pleasant! Others act like the would rather be somewhere else and doesn't make for a great experience. But overall a very nice place. Shopped here for many years. Wish they would back the rewards program.

Love, love, love this store. We come from Alden N.Y. and it was well worth the ride. Friendly people, great service. The place is huge and has everything for all your pet needs. We will be back.

Are you looking and needing your pet supplies? If so, go in and check them out. Great prices and friendly and helpful staff. Looking for unique pet gifts then you will be surprised at the variety. And if you don't find your needs just ask. So, need a fish or snake or something you must have then go on in browse and you will find their prices are better if not the same and you will be shopping locally!

Woman with tattoos helped us set up our lizards new tank, he loves it. Fish guy helped my grand daughter pick out her new beta, very knowledgeable/kind staff. Love coming here. Always a good time

Every time I make my way down here, it feels like they've done something substantial to improve the place. They are constantly changing the store and adding new things. They recently added an entire clothing, decor, and garden items room in the back. There is usually a nice selection of community tank fish here and a decent selection of cichlids as well.

They usually have at least a few reptiles for sale as well. They have a shop parrot, giant sulcata tortoise, tegu, and 3 black cats all roaming around the store. I love to come here just to pet the kitties and visit the tortoise. There is a nice selection of birds for sale as well. The selection of animal toys and treats is vast and well priced. I usually pick up a dog toy or treat while I'm here because its not insanely overpriced like the box stores.

I don't know if he was having an off day, but Gary was downright rude to us. I brought my son in to buy tropical fish for a new tank. We had been there a week and a half prior for him to select the fish he wanted. A staff had recommended Neons as good starter fish and he really thought out his selection. We had the tank running for the past week as we read you should, in order to cycle the tank.

Today we were ready for fish and plants. We told Gary what we wanted and he said that's great if you want them to be dead by the end of the day. Okay--we definitely don't and I asked what he recommended we should do. He got extremely confrontational saying. "No let's give him (my son) what he wants." And proceeded to scoop up Neons.

I understood his point that fish start the bacteria cycle so asked AGAIN what he thought was the best way to go about it. We left with a pregnant Molly, her beau and a female beta because I didn't want my son to be disappointed. The beta was the only fish he wanted. He's was extremely excited about his Christmas present. I'll be going elsewhere to get the Neons he really wanted--and a nursery. I don't know a lot about tropical tanks--but I do know live bearers often eat their young. It felt like we were set up.

This is one of my favorite pet stores. The lady who owns it, is super nice. She is always very helpful with questions. The cages and tanks are always super clean. My favorite fish there is Bruce he is amazing. And I love the gaint turtles. You can really tell this lady loves her animals. I love this place. She is doing a great job.

Great place to discover and super friendly staff who will make sure your pets are happy pets. Their fish tanks are immaculate and the variety is bar to none the best! I will only do business with this place for my pets. So long other pet stores and wallyworld

After almost getting slammed in the face with the door by an employee he yelled "jeez thanks" at me Infront of the other customers.

Really like this shoppe. It's a family-owned business that's been open since the 90s. There really aren't many pet stores out there if you don't want corporate. Looks like a tiny store front, but when you get inside it just keeps going and going. They sell fish, small animals, reptiles, and birds. If you're looking for a certain type of animal that they don't have that day (ferret, chin, rabbit, etc.) they'll take your name and number and call you if one comes in, which is nice of them.

The kids like to visit the "resident" creatures who live in the store- a giant tortoise, parrots, a few cats, a huge catfish, a tegu. I love the huge selection of Nylabones and other dog toys and treats for my pup. They have habitats, accessories, and food for every pet you can think of.

My favorite pet store. Miss seeing the goats and tortoises outside though. Adopted my Anole Hermes 2 years ago because the anole tank was over crowded and I saw he had some broken ribs from being picked on by the bigger anoles. He is fat and happy and super long now. Upon a recent visit to Just Pets, noticed that the Anole tank isn't overdlowing with animals and all animals are being properly cared for. Very knowledgeable staff, and friendly store cats that help you find just what you need!. Still miss the goats though, they were so cute

Worth the drive! Best selection of avian products in the WNY area! Great staff! Friendly and helpful! Every square inch of the shop is packed with goodies! Birds, wild birds, reptiles, turtles, rodents, fish, ferrets, cats or dogs, whatever your bag is, they have what you need! AND if they don't, ASK! They can often order for you! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have enjoyed shopping at Just Pets for over 15 years. The prices are great on pet food and treats for your pets. They have a great selection of toys and even home baked and decorated dog cookies for special occasions. Visiting the store's "mascot" tortoise is a favorite for children and adults alike. The staff is very knowledgeable with the products they stock and will answer any questions you have, if an answer isn't quickly available they will find it for you.

We have found their prices on bulk items to be cheaper than Amazon or big box stores. The customer service you receive and the prices make it a smart choice to shop small businesses locally. Thanks, Just Pets.

The staff is always so informative and helpful. I also really appreciate the kindness they always show to my 11 year old autistic step son that's a huge animal fan, & 15 year old step daughter that is raising a zoo in her room. Jk So far it's only a lizard and hermit crabs.

I can buy my cats food here CHEAPER than I can buy it from the actual distributer. So thumbs up for that! I have to admit I also like coming here to see the tortoise. :

I have finally decided to move this rating up a star and make it a solid 4 stars. Though I cannot always count on the friendliness of the owners - the staff here make up for that and then some - you won't find friendlier and more knowledgeable staff. The selection is better here with a lot of pet snacks made in USA - the price is extremely reasonable - as comparable to on line shopping and in most cases cheaper once you add in the shipping costs.

Let me go again on selection - from a large assortment of fish and supplies to reptiles and more reptiles and birds and sometimes even cats, dogs, rabbits, ferrets, guinea pig, mice, rats - you name it they probably have it OR will get it for you! Talk to Brian about everything - he is the best they have! They also have plenty of specials, bird food and feeders, pond supplies - really - just check them out - the store is much larger then it looks and you will be amazed at all that they have and again - price means a lot, but so too does made in the USA! I've even changed my mind on the rating - removing the owners from the mix - this place is a 5 star - weak as it may be!

I love how caring the employees are toward their animals. The staff is very helpful. they carry everything that i need for my hamster and the prices are lower than other pet stores. The animals there look healthy.
