Canine Capers Dog Day Care

Fast and friendly service. I will definitely be coming back here from this day forth.

We recently moved to the area and took our dog here for grooming. The place is extremely unprofessional. The worst part of the experience was the groomer cut my dog's paw, the webbing between the toes. When I got him home I had to put his foot in cornstarch to make it stop bleeding. The cost of grooming was double what I paid in Pittsburgh. In addition, I was told when he would be ready.

I went to pick him up at that time and was told that the staff had fallen behind because they lost the phone that takes payments and everyone had to stop what they were doing to look for the phone. The phone system did not work well either. Calls dropped and were hard to hear. When I called to complain that my dog was bleeding I was told the groomer would have to call me back. Avoid this place at all costs.

THIS PLACE IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Megan and team were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE and all of the other pups looked SOOOOO GOOD! Megan's also a trainer and it shows she took my little baxt from a socially anxious mess to warm and playful with the other pups during his grooming. JUST INCREDIBLE! 12/10 we WILL be back for further grooming services and a couple of days of doggy daycare to help him get more acclimated to more people and other dogs!

Great service! My dog looked beautiful. They followed my instructions to the tee. Kept her ears long and tail. Shaved the rest of her short. She looks so cute.peep/pom/poo mix.

I took my dog here for about a year and had no issues. However, the last time I picked him up one of his nails was cut so short it was bleeding and he had a scrape under his neck. Will not return.

Cassie is great and always fits me in when I come in with my reactive dog Bob! She does a Great job! He trusts her and he doesn't trust anyone!

My wife picked up my dog yesterday from doggy daycare and the groomer told her that she held my dog's mouth shut when he was barking until he stopped. Mind blowing that an employee would openly discuss that like it's acceptable behavior. Completely unacceptable and blatantly abusive behavior that should not be tolerated. Makes you wonder what else happens when you have your dog in someone else's care. Will not be taking my dog back.

Very disappointed - dogs were not groomed, rather shaved down with little effort to save coats. They also both seem traumatized from the experience. They have never behaved like this but our golden doodle has been in a ball shaking for 24 hours since being there.

Staff is super friendly and easygoing. My dog gets so excited to come here and she doesn't smell awful when I pick her up (like when I do at most other day area)! The staff is flexible and will work with you if you need something special. Tim even came over to help me train my girl when we first got her!

Canine Capers is awesome. My dogs Nigel and Luna love going there for daycare and grooming. Cassie is wonderful with them and very passionate about her job. I would highly recommend Canine Capers for grooming and daycare. The staff is wonderful and they love all the dogs very much. Great place!
