Great place! We have been going there for years with our dog Jax who tends to be hyper-excited and in the past gave us so much consternation because he seemed to always bite the groomer (our fault, not the groomer), but he is so calm with the team there. Very attentive staff who you know takes care of the dogs! Highly recommend and we plan to board him this Summer when we are on vacation. Thanks to the team there for taking care of Jax.

Our dog is very comfortable with the staff. I use the grooming services and have been very pleased. Emily does a great job. Appointments are very flexible. Staff is friendly and accommodating. It's worth the half hour drive. I highly recommend Musbro. I haven't used the boarding services or day care yet, so I can't comment on that.

People are GREAT. Well designed. Several services avail. Competitively priced. My dog loves the place.

Picked up my dog today after being boarded for 9 days. He was happy and well taken care of. Being that this is our first time boarding him, we were nervous but seeing how he was happy made us very happy! Thank you so much!

Amazing place. My puppy LOLA goes there often. She gets excited as soon as we pull up. I def recommend bringing your pup here. They take care of the dogs.

The team at musbro have been amazing the few times we have been there! Our puppy has been taken care of so well! Grooming! You can pick up your pup clean with clipped nails! Highly recommend them and plan to be a loyal customer.

I have an 11 year old wheaten terrier with a few health conditions. At first, trying to find a groomer who was gentle with older dogs and was able to bath her properly was difficult, until I found Musbro. Brianna from Musbro has been grooming my dog for a while now and she always does an awesome job with her. Since they do such a great job grooming my dog, I decided to board her there for a week.

I just picked her up and my dog couldn't be HAPPIER. I was originally a bit nervous about leaving her since she has to be medicated twice a day and has strict feeding instructions. When I dropped her off Greg reassured me that they would take really good care of her and they really did. My family and I couldn't be more pleased with Musbro. This place truly loves animals. Kudos to you Musbro.

Made appointment to have doggo boarded felt rushed off the phone and guy was speaking so fast like he had one too many red bulls. Not being a vet I thought they only needed standards vaccines. Turns out that was not the case as I heard from my vet place who called in their stead to inform me of the clarification. I had to call Musbro again to see if there was a workaround and was informed they are so busy blah blah blah.

A bit caustic and snobby still speaking like had too many energy drinks. Needless to say I canceled the reservation. I groomed there before the shampoo they used was so pungent it was nauseating and the kerchief was way too tight. The young man who brought doggo out was nice although had to request his sweater back. Odd. Also his nails were cracked.

It takes too much energy to deal with people who are not clear about what is needed by a new client and could care less about good business practices. **Also mask was not on when I first entered the place.

They are the best. They have cared for and still care for my childhood dogs and now my own dog. They have a groomer and the cut is always perfect and the dogs come home smelling so clean. They are the only people I would use to watch my pups for anything.

We live in Manhattan, had an emergency and needed to fine a kennel immediately. We Googled kennels in Rockland County and Musbro looked the best. We knew after speaking w Gregg on the phone that Musbro Kennel would be most wonderful place to leave our sweet giant Rottweiler, Luger. We adore Gregg and his staff because they adored our baby! Luger was allowed to lay down at the front desk, where he was loved and cared for. We cannot give enough positive feedback. Feel free to contact us through Gregg!

Great doggy daycare spot. My puppy loves every day he gets to spend at Musbro, and the whole staff is incredibly friendly and kind. I can tell my pup is being well taken care of, and getting all sorts of playtime and love. Clean, no-frills establishment. Well priced. Have also had good grooming and boarding experiences, but mostly visit them for daycare.

Amazing experience using Musbro Kennels Ranch House for my puppies haircut! They did a phenomenal job both times I've bought my pup there. I was searching for a new place to bring my puppy for his grooming for months, when I came upon Musbro I was extremely happy with how well they cut his hair & decided they were going to be my puppies new groomer indefinitely going forward.

Their pricing is exceptional, compared to what I've seen & paid in the past to groom my puppy & what made it even better, is that they did such a wonderful job for the low cost too. I will give this place a 3 star only because my dog smells really good but it's strange cause we found a tick on her after she took a bath, so obviously not that great of service and also when she came home she took a vary long pee and poop it was like she never went outside but she did smell vary good and definitely a decent place to drop ur dog off when on vacation or something but I doubt I'm ever coming back here

I had a similar experience as another poster. Took my dog in on Saturday for what was supposed to be just an overnight I was told that the owner would be away for pick up on Sunday so I couldn't get my dog until Monday but I wouldn't be charged for the extra day. I have used Musbro before and have been pleased but usually for a longer stay. Don't kennel my dog very often so it had been awhile.

We had gone back and forth about which shots my dog needed but I told them that I had an appointment with the vet and would get all shots necessary which I did. I thought it was perfectly clear that I had made a reservation. When I showed up the girl at the desk very rudely told me that I hadn't made a reservation. When I said I thought I had she "informed" me of my mistake.

Either your going to take the dog or not. If I'd had a choice I would have just left but I didn't. I said yes to the bath. They also informed me when I was there that I still had to pay for the Sunday even though I didn't want to leave her there all day. They said that's the way they always do it. Even if I was picking up on Sunday.

They should explain that on the phone. The bath they gave her was just a bath. She's a 30 lb short hair dog that I don't get groomed and giving her a bath takes 5 mins. I should have done it myself. They did trim her nails but again I do that myself all the time so I didn't need it done. Overall my bill was $137 for what was supposed to be an overnight stay.

I called the owner to say that I honestly couldn't believe how much it turned out to be and to inform him that the girl was extremely rude and he really didn't care he said that I should have known about the Sunday charge and how much the bath was because I'd boarded her before 2 YEARS ago. My daughter picked her up so I didn't realize that they also took off her Ceresto collar which is only a month old and didn't put it back. I don't even want to deal with them again so I guess I've lost the $70 for the Ceresto collar.

We have used Musbro Kennels to care for our dogs and cats since 2003. We have always been pleased with the excellent care our animals have received. The staff cares about our pets and their particular needs which I have always appreciated. Our pets have been in the care of Musbro for short and long stays over the course of many years and we have consistently felt that their treatment was kind and of a high standard.

I can not express how much my dog and I LOVE Musbro! He gets very excited as we pull up and basically leaps out of the car to the front door. The staff is really wonderful and accommodating and you can tell they care about the animals in their care. I went away for a week last winter and had our dog boarded and he was very happy and tired when we picked him up.

I also recommend their grooming services- my dog has never had an issue despite being a little immature and mouthy. Greg who runs the facility is a no nonsense ( not to mention very kind) person who takes his job seriously. I KNOW my dog is in good and capable hands with Greg and the staff. My vet boards her pups here as well- which is a wonderful endorsement!

With three days of family obligations in the area, and a reservation to stay once again at the Residence Inn on 303, imagine our surprise to find this kennel just across the road. We entrusted our fussy, difficult Jack Russell to this family-run business for two days running and we're extremely pleased with getting the non-socialised care we had asked for: private enclosure, constant access to private dog run, caring and enthusiastic atmosphere, a most happy dog, who can ask for more? When we return to the area for additional family functions, these will be our go-to-guys. Nothing short of ideal!

We found this spot kind of last minute the day before heading out of town. They were very accommodating! We love the play opportunities and the large space - our pooch looked great after her bath. Bonus that they offer a limited Sunday pickup. Would love some information on how our dog did over the stay - there were no notes (assuming notes are negative), but we'd love to hear anything about how she did. Pretty good chance we will stay again if it worked out logistically.

I cannot speak more highly of Musbro Kennels or the employees.everyone is super nice. Our dog has been coming here since she was 14 weeks old, and loves the place. When we tell her we are taking her to "Puppy Camp" she starts wagging her tail a mile a minute and stands by the door and barks as if to say, come on let's go! They keep the kennels clean and they are VERY roomy. Your pet is not in a cage- but a room with a private run. Thank god for Greg and the staff at Musbro. It's nice to know when we go away, that Peace is well taken care of!

Excellent Service and Excellent Care! We brought our 5 year old Golden Retriever to Musbro for a 4 night stay and were very pleased. Our Golden is not a typical Golden. He has some difficult behaviors but Greg and his staff were great with our dog. He was even groomed which is a miracle in itself! Our dog looked and smelled great when we picked him up.

We would recommend Musbro in a second flat. They are great people, very professional and were very loving towards our dog. He was well taken care of and we will always go back to Musbro.

Musbro is a great place to leave your dog for the day or overnight. I just picked up our dog, Wiley, and he has an ear to ear smile on his face! We have a pitbull mix whom Musbro treats fantastically and lets him play with similar dogs to burn off his high energy! I would recommend Musbro to anyone with dog sitting needs. Mr. Musbro and staff are very knowledgable and patient and professional all of the times we have taken Wiley to be boarded etc.

My wife and I left our difficult German shepherd with Greg at Musbro kennel. Despite his standoffish ways, Greg and his group took great care of our guy and made sure we were able to enjoy our wedding weekend. I can't thank them enough and they will be our go to doggy vacation spot. -Phil

I went here to pick up my friends dog from being groomed. The groomer (Lisa) came out holding Max and hugging him. She introduced herself and said how much she loves him. I got the feeling that she genuinely does love the dogs. Sadly I called last week to schedule an appointment for my dogs but I was told that Lisa doesn't work there anymore.

The staff tried to have me schedule with the new groomer but I am very particular when it comes to my babies. I will keep them with their current groomer and one day maybe I'll try Musbro again.

Simply put - we wouldn't leave our dogs with anyone one else. The staff is friendly and they go out of there way to make sure our dogs are well taken care of. One is a bit picky so they boiled some potatoes for her. They feed and bathe 'em and they're soooo tired when they get home. They must've had fun!

First time at Doggy Day Care for preparation for a 2 week stay. Our little 50+pound Lab / Hound mix was accepted in. Shawn's caring attitude on the phone had me feeling like I was leaving my 11 month old puppy in good hands. When we came back to get her, the owner Craig gushed about how she interacted with the other dogs and he grew attached to her. Craig seemed mostly business when we first met him-but the love spilt out of him. That's how I became sold on Musbro. The place is meticulously maintained. The other dogs in the yard looked very relaxed. Although I hate ever leaving my dog, she is in great hands and hearts at Musbro Kennel.
