Services
What are the OPets hours of operation? We do not have regular hours. We ONLY provide OFF-Site private parties and educational shows at your home, school, or a venue of your choice. The rest of our time is spent cleaning and working with the animals. If you would like to book a program with us, please call 845-352-4477 Monday through Friday between 12 Noon and 5 PM.
John Tarrant, an animal lover from childhood, has been an experienced and successful breeder, exhibitor and herpetoculturist for over 20+ years. With John's extensive knowledge, passion for all things related to exotic animals, and his long-term vision - Outragehisss Pets, Inc. was formed. He recognized the opportunity to share his knowledge of wildlife through educational and entertaining presentations that both delight and inform.
Nicole has a life-long love of animals and expertly shares her knowledge during all of her OPets presentations. She brings her vitality, experience, and passion for her work to every program. With her 15+ years experience, she continually learns and shares this with her audiences in educational and party settings.
There is nothing like the look of wonder in a child's eyes as he or she experiences an up close and personal connection with strange and wonderful creatures from around the world. OPets programs are designed to entertain, as well as educate, using live exotic animals. OPets can provide a wide variety of units for new learning opportunities.
OPets offers only off-site interactive, entertaining, and educational live animal programs. This event is extra-special as it stars your choice of the animals that Outragehisss Pets, Inc. offers. It is perfect for any age group! OPets programs can be held at your home or a venue of your choice. We chose the $300 package. It was a chinchilla, Macaw, pig, tortoise, sugar glider, and a lion rabbit. Nicole showed up on time and have a great show. She was very informative and interacted with with the children both the 3yr olds and my older daughters who were eager participators. Everyone got a turn petting the animals and feeding the pig. Based on my children, would be good for ages 2 - 9. 50 minute program. No complaints.

We decided to treat our twin granddaughters to a visit from Outragehisss Pets for their birthday. What a wonderful enjoyable time we all had! We got to choose 8 critters from a wide selection of animals and reptiles. We had the chinchilla, blue and gold macaw, tortoises, baby bunnies, hedgehog, sugar glider, artic fox, and a large boa constrictor! Nicole was the presenter and she did a fabulous job!
She kept the children interested and fascinated the whole hour. She is very knowledgeable and makes the time a real blast! Everyone was commenting on what a great idea for the party! I can see I'll be doing this for all the other grandchildren in the future!.
