We have been taking our 23 month old dog to Montvale since we first brought her home at 8 weeks. When we really needed Montvale, and called for an emergency appointment, we were told that they were booked for the day and were unable to fit us in any place. When we explained the situation that it appeared she was vomiting blood, we were told go someplace else as they had no time to see her.
So if you are looking for a compassionate, caring vet who will treat your pet as family, don't go to Montvale. What a horrible way to treat an existing patient. Shame on you!

I am a new customer and my experience at Montvale Animal Hospital was outstanding. When no other Vet would see me because they had no appt's available and or weren't taking on new clients I made one call to Montvale Animal Hospital and they took me in right away. I have a 15 day old baby kitten and I was scared as I thought she was having trouble breathing.
The staff was Amazing they took my baby and treated her with so much warmth and love. The doctor was excellent she took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in detail. I left there feeling so good that my baby is in good hands now and going to be OK. Overall it was the Best experience and I am so happy now that I am going to be a part of the Montvale Animal Hospitals family. Thank you again to all the staff and doctors at Montvale Animal Hospital My Bella is a very lucky little kitten.

I was completely blown away by the Montvale animal hospital. Today I had my very first scare with my rabbit and not only did they take excellent care of her and ensure she would get back to normal but they were so kind and so professional. I will absolutely be returning and I'm so glad I know there are good people out there to take care of my baby. Thank you again!

I brought my dog in for a grooming. They told me I needed to bring in a fecal sample, so i brought one in and I go to pick up my dog and they charged me $141 and I questioned them why so much and they told me the fecal sample was $75 and no one told me this when they told me i needed to bring one in. So I asked to speak to the manager and she was so rude to me and I told her i'm not paying for that since no one told me ahead of time because I wouldn't of brought her there in the first place. They wouldn't let me have my dog until i paid for the bill. Such a scam. I will never bring my dog back there. Do better montvale animal hospital.

They literally killed my family's cat. She was in there 4 to 6 times a year for like three years after some health issues, when she was clearly very sick. They did tests blood test x-rays your name it and we payed a fortune. When she got really bad, we took her to the vet in Emerson. Within two seconds of touching her, he said she had a massive tumour on her liver. What the hell kind of competent vet can't find cancer when they are doing regular exams, bloodwork, and x-rays?

Everyone at Montvale Animal Hospital is so sincere and always shows respect, integrity, and professionalism. Dr. Pang and Dr. Sasha are extremely knowledgeable and treat my dog as if he were their own. We had an opportunity to see Dr. Andrews as well and he is also wonderful. All of them are very caring and thorough. We love them and all of the techs, front desk personnel, groomers and boarding staff.
We have used every service offered at Montvale Animal Hospital! When you walk in, the space and the people are warm and inviting. I trust them completely with my dog's routine well care and his non-well care that we have unfortunately faced. They are all kind, understanding, and extremely caring. If you are searching for veterinary care for your pet, look no further. This is the place! I look forward to continuing my dog's care at Montvale Animal Hospital.

Recently we had to put down my childhood cat. I was a complete mess but everyone from the receptionist to the vet and assistant were incredibly compassionate and genuine through the entire process. They were very patient during our goodbyes and walked us through the steps of what would happen so we understood. Thank you ladies for handling her with such gentle care. I have been using Montvale Animal Hospital for over 15 years. The staff is amazing, friendly.like family. They take wonderful care of my dog, and they have been supportive and professional when I have had issues with my dog. David and Robin have been grooming my pets for years and they make him look beautiful and smell divine. I cant imagine going any where else for the care of my dog. I always know hes in good hands when he is there.
