The Universal Kennel Club is still up and running! I was able to get a hold of them and Nancy was extremely kind and efficient. My puppy registration was processed immediately. Just be patient with them and they will get back to you! Thank you to the Club once again! Ya'll are the best.

Got my puppy December 2020 and the breeder gave me the paperwork to register through them and after several emails, calls and leaving messages no one has yet to give me a callback.

I am a small breeder of chihuahua's. I have registration papers with Universal Kennel Club International. They are always friendly and accomodating with paperwork.

I have already been calling non-stop and have left so many voicemails in regards to getting my paperwork done for my new addition pup. Never again getting a UKC puppy, the "oh so busy" excuse is beyond rediculous. They need to hire more people, a pandemic should not affect a company this bad. Especially when there's already great alternatives of working from home. The one time I did speak with the lady, she seemed very sweet and caring, it's just a shame there is no response time whatsoever.

I have for over a year tried getting mating information from them which I paid for when I registered my dog. My initial contact with them was not helpful at all as she stated she was so busy. None of the information she gave me panned out. I have since been trying to reach them it was impossible from March of 2020 Until now, I was understanding that they may have been affected by the pandemic however It's now been over a year and I finally get in touch with someone again actually the same lady that answered me and was so busy the first time.

My experience today was just as rude and rushed as the first. She was again so busy and could only give me a couple of names and numbers even though one of them would not be able to breed for at least a year. I would not recommend this company at all as they apparently only have the one woman that answers all the calls and is always to busy to help.

When I do get in contact with someone, after days of trying, they have been nice on the phone. They need to hire more people because their turnaround time and communication is terrible. Wish I never purchased my dog with UKC. Unfortunately, she came this way and I've been trying to get my paper for weeks. On top of that, i paid for 3 day delivery and im going on day 9. Waiting to hear back so I could get my money back. Good luck hearing back.

Trying to register my golden retriever puppy through this company because the breeder we got her from used this company. Have tried to call multiple times and email them as well with no response. Called them today and was treated horribly by their office assistant who claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak with one. She told me "they didn't need business from people like me" and then hung up on me. Not sure how this place is even open considering it's not the actual UKC or AKC for dogs. Avoid dealing with them at all costs.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Never responsive or helpful. Payed extra for expedited and still no word a month later.
