For K-9s & Felines

My dog received her first haircut today with Nichol and am very, very happy! My little Shichon not only looked great, but a bath and haircut only took a little over an hour. I love that she only does one dog at a time, so no dog is in a kennel after a bath and waiting for their turn to get their haircut. Leah was so relaxed when I picked her up and instead of rushing to the door to get out, she was strolling around, so comfortable and stress-free. And her price is very reasonable! I'm very happy with K-9 & Felines, knowing Leah will always be in good hands and home quickly!

We've been taking our dog Julia here for years. Always does a great job and is very gentle and kind to the animals.

Both of my Labradoodles left Nicholl's shop looking fantastic and feeling very chill. My 14 year old has needed to be sedated for the last five years for grooming but not with Nicholl! He got some special attention and handling and he was happy throughout. Needless to say, Nicholl's special touch and warm and personal service has made me a returning customer.

Nicholl is wonderful! My Shih-Poo has fear aggression, etc., and is not the easiest dog, but she has groomed him regularly for eight years and does a wonderful job every single time. Nicholl is absolutely the best!

I don't live in the area anymore, but when I did, this is where I went for my friends.

Quiet atmosphere. Perfect for my anxious Chihuahua. He was nervously shaking when we walked in and was walking around the place like he owned it, on our way out!

Terrible, my wife and I were in the middle of a long awaited. Move into our new home. It was a stress full time and if that wasn't enough a quick snow storm dropped on us. My wife called the day before our appointment when we knew we weren't going to be able to get our cats to the appointment. ( it was after hours. ) We have been using this place for a couple of years and alwayys paiid the hourly rate x2 because we had 2 cats done.

We were always charged for 2 hours for only 1 hours worth of work. Tipped $20 on top of that every time! We missed but called our appointment and she charged us a cancel fee. That was sent in the mail to our old address and then to collections. Are you kidding me? This shop was never busy and I'm sure she is not doing a great business and times are tough for her. Don't go to the shop if you want a small town feel. You can get the same poor customer service at Petco. She should remember all of the tips on top of her gouging rate.

Great place to go I had such a hard time getting my car into the carrier but when I got there they had no problem calming her and maker her feel relaxed and got the job done fast. You can tell that have a way with animals and most don't. I highly recommend them for all your cat or dog needs.

Nicoll lost a customer today! My dog was scared and urinated 2 times because he was scared to get groomed, and even though I have cronic pain at my over 70 age frame I cleaned one of them as she cleaned the other only to come back to pick up my Benji and hear her talking up a storm about me, my Dog and about how she should charge me extra for his accident never mentioning how apoligetic I was or that I helped cleaned it up.

This isn't about her work but more about her character! I referred her to my daughter for her 2 dogs and several other people and I will be making sure they all know how she talks about her customers when she thinks they aren't there, I am happy I overheard what she thinks of me, I will take my dog somewhere else from now on. Might not seem like a big deal but I am in tears about it, call me over sensitive but sitting there listening to her talk about me to other people really hurt. Take it for what it worth. Oh and she tried to charge me $75 instead of $55 like my last 3 visits, so she cut me a deal at $60.

Nicolle at K-9 and Felines gave our Zoe a great clip with loving care, Zoe had lots of hair and matting. Great job, highly recommend.

Nicole is one of the most caring groomers I've ever met! Nicole attended The Cat Grooming Symposium, which is a weekend long, immersive grooming seminar. I have taught many classes at TCGS as I'm a co-founder of the Holistic Cat Groomers Alliance. Nicole impressed me with her quick grasp of the material & insightful questions. I have no doubt she would put a cat's safety & welfare first, instead of risking the life of a cat for secondary aesthetic preferences. Nicole is also an active participant in my Holistic Cat Grooming forum and her input shows her compassionate dedication to the welfare & comfort of the cats in her care, in addition to a keen understanding of the compassionate, holistic method. I would highly encourage you to entrust Nicole with the grooming of your precious cat.

Went today to have my cat groomed and Nicole was great. She was very friendly, gental and did a great job. I will definitely be bringing my furbabies there again. They also offer a full selection of food, toys and accessories for cats and dogs.
