Groomer did a wonderful job with my elderly Pomeranian with anxiety, So thankful I came here for her Haircut - Thank you AAA pet services for a worry-free visit

We boarded our 4 month puppy there a few months ago and received pictures and the staff was very friendly. I paid a little extra for her to be groomed and she did it the day we picked her up so she was nice and clean! My pup is now 7 months and I took her back just for a grooming appointment and as soon as we walked to the front desk she was wagging her tail so hard and the staff remembered exactly who she was even though she was only boarded there once.

She seemed comfortable and her body language was showing it. She will be back to be boarded again in the winter and it's nice to know she will be taken care of properly! Not only do we use this place for boarding but the grooming is always done amazingly too!

Very caring and professional. Highly recommend. Took all of our fur babies here when they crossed over.

This place is the absolute best in Michigan! They are so caring, empathetic, and compassionate about the loss of your furry family member! I have had two of my childhood kitty cats pass away on two separate occasions and they treated me with respect and accommodated all my needs each of those times. I live an hour from this place and I will drive anytime I need their services there is no one like them. Thank you for all that you do!

We took our bulldog Monti whom had never stayed in a kennel before when we travelled to the Caribbean. Monti does not enjoy everyone's company but he came home looking like his usual healthy self. His care needs were met and we were super satisfied. The individual runs are a wonderful feature. And close to the airport is convenient. Thank you AAA pet care!

I'm writing this on the behalf of my mom, my Siberian husky was boarded here nearly two weeks ago when he came home he was acting strange and about a week later he had the runs and he was non stop sneezing. Now my German Shepherd caught it from him she's acting strange and she's sneezing now! My parents brought his own bowls and they believe they didn't use them!

I was very nervous about leaving my fur baby because of a past exp elsewhere and the negative reviews. I really liked how I was able to walk my dog to and from his kennel he was staying in. I was able to see how clean it was. No smells what's so ever. He seemed happy when I picked him up. I gave him a bath prior to boarding and he was not filthy or didn't stink like the other place.

So that also impressed me. The one woman who first checked (during our trial run) me in made me feel comfortable in my decision to board him. The other young girl could haven been a little energetic and shown some reassurance. But she was nice. I just wish they took more pictures outside instead of him in his kennel or offered walk times on Sundays and holidays. Other then those two concerns I would've given a 5* We will be back! He seemed happy. Thanks for keeping my baby safe

We boarded our dog for a few days and she escaped. They found her after a couple of hours later but still charged us the daily rate. We called to board her again for our annual trip. I recorded the call to be safe. I told them she escaped last time and I wanted to make sure they would still be willing to watch her. I was told it wasn't a problem and they grabbed her file and wrote in the dates.

I reminded them again that she escaped the broken dog run last time and asked if they were sure they were willing to watch her. I was told yes they would take her. After that call I booked our plane tickets. 2 hours later my wife received a call saying they were no longer willing to board the dog. Plane tickets aren't refundable. So moral of the story - dogs can escape. I'm also glad I confirmed twice they could watch her.

I was really pleased with AAA. I brought my rambunctious 1 year pitty mix in to get some extra help with commands. I decided to sign him up for the 2 week board in training. Sending your furry friend away isn't easy, but the facility is nice, Missy was pleasant and professional. After dropping him off I felt comfortable. Having heard good word of AAA from my mother and grandmother, both having had their dogs trained here as well.

I knew my dog was in great hands. After his 2 weeks of training, picking him up, I was excited. Missy showed me the training she worked on with my dog and he listened! He was doing so well! I am super pleased and it seemed like he had a great time while he was there as well! Clean, fun facility and the staff is polite and experienced! Will be returning!

My dog Buffy (Maltese) has been going to AAA for basically all of her 7yrs of life, until about 2-3 months back when i decided NOT to bring my dog back again. I had really good service prior to whomever took over grooming for the past 2-3 months. The last time i brought my baby (buffy) in to get groomed i specifically told them not to cut my dog's fur short and to leave her ears the same length.

I pick up my dog and it was the complete opposite of what i told them. I was extremely pissed off and they basically called me a liar and told me that i wanted my dog cut that way. I did not get compensated for anything or even an apology. My dog is my baby and i love her so much. She now barks at everything that she hears because her acoustic is now changed from her hair no longer being the same length.

I will never bring my dog back there again. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BRING THEIR DOGS TO THIS CRAPPY PLACE THAT THEY CALL "GOOD SERVICE" BEWARE! If i could post this without giving one star i would. This place definitely does not deserve it

This is definitely a pretty good place to board your doggie whenever you're planning a trip to be out of town. This is probably one of the best options you can take your pet to. It's affordable, it's clean, it has a friendly staff and it works. No gimmicks. Took my doggie Roxy here twice already and we haven't gotten any problems whatsoever.

They get their own space their own lane for relief and they get fed as many as you want them per day. When you come back from a trip, you tell them you're picking up your dog. You pay, they take you to their individual holding spot and you take them home. Like I said, no they're hot the poshest kennel in the block, but they do their job and it's definitely very effective.

No fuss, no drama, not a chance of a dog fighting your dog because their in their own individual holding lanes. They can play fence tag tho. That's a fun game for dogs right? Weeeeeeeeeee. Just Wanted to Leave a nice review for AAA Pet Services. I board my Cats and Dog here, I have Never had any problem with there service Always very nice My Animals love them all. Treats through the day walks (Play time in there Play yard.) Sometimes my animals are a little picking on eating, But they always made sure they ate there food or left down so when she wanted it she could eat.

Always fresh water, Always Clean Kennels and Toys when left for them. I Myself Give AAA Pet Services My AAA+++. Thank you for caring for my Animals with love like I do. Thank you Again. Sincerely. Karen.

I have only used AAA for grooming. My Charlie just loves Kelsey, I will only let her groom my dog. She has been grooming her for 3 years now. Char Char always looks beautiful, feels and smells great! Plus when I pick her up, she doesn't run to the door, like let's get out of here. She likes going there and I like the grooming!

Bark! Bark! Hooray! I have been bringing my pets to AAA Pet Services for many years. Missy in Grooming has always done a great job with my dogs and even my cat! Earlier today I called to make an appointment for my 6 year old Lola, a Yorkie Poo and her new little BIG brother Bernie. The receptionist asked when I would like to have their appointment, I told her anytime.

She then asked if I could bring them around 9am, I was so happy that they were able to get us in so quickly. I brought my dogs into the grooming area and Missy was her friendly self and she treats my fur babies like they are her own. When I picked them up they smelled and looked fantastic. I would highly recommend AA Pet Services for all of your pets needs.

Called aaa pet services several days before having to put my beloved cat down to make arrangements to have them pick up from my vets office. I asked if a paw print would be included, lady said yes. I called back that same day spoke to a different lady to pay for this service and again I asked if this would include a paw print.yes was the answer. They did not state that it would be extra, I would have paid if it would have been as that is what I wanted. Picked up my cats remains, came home and no paw print! Called them to see if maybe they forgot to put it in the box and they did not show me requesting it!

Obviously its too late now. Just want others to beware of this issue with aaa pet services. I did suggest they ask their customers and put a place on their order form so this does not happen to someone else and she said they don't mention it when people call in. So this would potentially mean this could happen to you, even if you request it. I did notice in another review that this happened to someone else besides me. As far as pricing for cremation they are reasonable but they really should ask if someone wants a paw print and WRITE IT DOWN when it is requested.

Picked my dog up and his feet are burnt. The poor thing cant sleep they hurt so bad. He will hold your hand when you sit next to him and now he wont let you touch them without flinching.

Unprofessional and heartless staff! Please do NOT take your pet here if you care for it's well being! I've spoken with several pet owners who've had NIGHTMARISH experiences here, including me. They have mishandled pet cremations, destroyed deceased pet paw prints, left pets unattended to fend for themselves etc. This place needs to be closed down!

Worst haircut I have ever seen on my poor dogs Wasted $120 on 3 haircuts I could have done a better job I think someone practiced on my dogs Needless to say never again I am furious Who ever performed this abortion of a haircut wasn't even around to get a piece of my mind.

When we put our dog to sleep we were out of town. The vet offered us a choice of 2 cremation services. AAA Pet services was much less expensive than the other service, so we chose AAA. When I called to make the arrangements with AAA I explained that I needed them to wait until I arrived home the following week to send my beloved dog to me (UPS requires an adult signature to leave the dogs remains).

The person I spoke to said, "absolutely, we will wait and call you next week before we ship". AAA did not follow through, when I arrived home UPS had made 2 attempts to deliver my dog. I phoned UPS and made arrangements to go collect my package from the service center myself. When I called Gina, said, "sorry sounds like there was a mistake, I don't work in that department." When I asked, "shouldn't someone find out how the mistake was made?" She cut me off, and put me on hold without telling me I was going on hold----when I heard music I understood she had cut me off.

Someone else got on the line and told me just to let UPS send the dog back to them and they would ship her to me again at no cost. I don't think so. AAA may make another mistake and I may lose my dog's remains completely! I will go to UPS and pick up pkg myself. Bottom line the price was cheap and I got cheap service. You get what you pay for. If you want to be sure to get your pets remains don't use AAA.

The manager treated me terrribly and my dog was covered in feces. Within a week she was diagnosed with Whipworm contracted from feces of an infected dog. Too bad our pets can't tell us what goes on when we trust them in someone elses hands unfortunately for AAA pet service we have the internet to hear other people opinions and experiences. Do your research before you board your dog read the reviews.

And most importantly TRUST ALL THE BAD AAA PET SERVICES REVIEWS. I feel for the pets whose owners haven't researched where they board and groom. This place should either be closed or under new management and staff.

This was my second time boarding my dog, Max, at AAA. My family has been coming here for several years now and all the family pets have stayed with them at one time or another. After this last stay for Max, all I can say is DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. I picked up Max and bought him home, only to find a giant clump of poop stuck on the fur all around his behind. He's a maltese breed and he has rather long fur so I understand the occasional mess, but this was beyond a small accident.

It was so bad it did not wash out, I had to cut it out. This leads me to believe it stayed matted on his backside not for hours, but days. I spoke with the kennel manager, who instead of trying to rectify the situation by giving me a refund or a free grooming, started defending her employees. Her explanation to the problem? I didn't pay extra to have my dog given private walks; therefore, no one looked after him at least once a day to make sure Max's basic health and sanitary living conditions were met.

Really guys? You don't thoroughly look after your client's pets to make sure they're ok unless extra money is paid? I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, not only because of the incident that occurred, but because of the way the manager chose to deal with it afterwards as well.

We recently boarded our dogs here and were very disappointed and disheartened by what happened. When I called to make the reservation I explained that my dog's feet get torn up on their gravel runs. The woman assured me that they had the solution and would cover up ALL the gravel with rubber mat. When I picked up my dog there was one small mat at the end of the run covering not even 1/4 of the gravel.

When I talked to the manager she brushed me off stating dogs were inside anyway because of the heat. Totally missing the point that I was lied to when I made the reservation. The gravel was NOT covered up as promised. She just stated, "Sorry we were busy and full. Didn't have enough mats. Your dogs feet are fine. We did not lie to you." When you do not provide service that was promised, it is a lie. She refused any compensation and had absolutely no compassion for the customer. She also had not seen my dogs feet, but assured me they were "fine".
