Playmate Kennels & Stables

I have boarded my cats and dog here several times. I do not have to worry that they are well taken care of. Special care is given as one of my cats has to have eye drops administered daily. I highly recommend Playmate Kennels.

I rescue Belgian Malinois and Dutch Shepherds, which can be challenging dogs. Playmate Kennels is my "go to" whenever I need to board a rescue dog. The dogs always come back happy, without any problems like hot spots or other issues. I trust Playmate Kennels completely -- so much that I recommended them to my daughter, who boards her own dog there.

Our 2 dogs were at Playmate for 7 days. They were well taken care of and their happy life loving selves when we picked them up. Very good experience

I've taken my dogs here for several years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Gina has always had availability and I know my four legged friends will be well take care of.

We sent our 14 year-old gelding to Playmate Stables for a 30 day refresher this spring. Paige worked with our horse and took great care of him. We were welcomed to come visit and ride as often as we wanted. He had a great time, made friends and was in great shape when he came home!

Met with the owner Gina and we looked at a few beautiful dogs she breeds. Very nice kennel and grooming area plus very impressive dog training facility. If you love German Shepherd Dogs, this place is amazing!

Gina is always so great with both of our dogs! She's easy to work with and scheduling appointments is always easy. 100% recommend for any of the services she provides!

We know our dog is very well cared for when she boards at Playmate Kennels. She doesn't exhibit any signs of stress from being away from home. We are so happy to have a wonderful place she feels is her home away from home!

Very compassionate about the fur kids that stay here. Clean and comfortable environment. Large fenced play area to run off that energetic family friend.

I emailed Gina the owner in regards to purchasing a puppy nearly a month ago. She emailed me back with a time line of the next litter and when she would be taking deposits. After waiting the designated period I called her again to confirm pregnancy and arrange a deposit. I was then told she had taken all the deposits already for this litter. Frustrated, I asked what I could have done differently to secure a puppy given the previous communication we shared about time lines and when she would start taking deposits.

She then informed that she was actually lying to me, that she did not have any deposits yet and I could send one of I like, but that she wouldn't guarantee I could have puppy from the next litter because she needed to wait and see if they were show quality before selling one to me. While I understand her position on the puppy, I cannot condone miss leading a customer, then lying to them, then admitting to lying to them, and finally begins backtracking with a bunch of previously undisclosed obstacles that make doing business with her impractical and unadvised.

Great place to have your dog stay. I feel totally confident when I'm gone on vacation with my dog at playmate kennels and stables. The owner has a lot of experience with training animals and with her kennel. I would not trust my dog with anyone else!

I purchased a German Shepherd from Gina at Playmate Kennels and Stables. She was wonderful to work with and was very helpful in any and all questions I had for her. In fact, even months after I purchased the dog I would contact her and she would always take the time to answer any questions I had. I get stopped all the time from people commenting on how good looking my dog is, but even more important then that is that my dog is a very loving and loyal dog and loves his family and is always there for us. His looks are only surpassed by his temperament. Wouldn't go anywhere else period. Gina is the real deal.

This place is great. I was working in the area for a temporary job and the owner helped me with everything I needed for my dog stormy. When I'd pick him up he was always in good spirits and was happy to see the owner upon drop off. Had her give stormy a bath and he was super soft as a gsd can be. What made me feel good about the kennel is the amount of awards on the wall for her gsd breeding and show placements. Very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions etc. Do recommend

I board my horse at Playmate Kennels and Stables and love it. I also see how Gina runs her pet boarding facility and if we ever go on vacation, our dog would definitely stay here as well. Gina cares deeply about your pets and always goes the extra mile to be certain they are happy and well-cared for.

Absolutely love Playmate Kennel. Always board my two GSD when we travel. Great care for my fur babies. So nice to have piece of mind that they are safe and happy while we are away. Gina is fantastic! She loves our dogs and makes sure they have the very best care. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I have used Playmate Kennel to care for my two small poodles many times over the past several years. Their stay with Gina has been as short as four days and as long as fifteen days. Always my dogs have been well tended. They are always in clean cages, well fed (their own special food), and cared for as family. I especially like that the kennel is next to the house, so someone can always check on my dogs' well being.

I also appreciate that they are exercised with walks while staying there. I highly recommend Playmate Kennel as a friendly, safe, and caring place to house your pets when you cannot take them with you on a trip.
