Shampooches

Worst experience ever! My dogs came back home with bloody paws & the groomer denied to even have any communication. Management is horrible, they don't care for dogs. They don't pick up phone even after leaving multiple voicemails they don't return your call and they keep your dogs for over 6 hrs with no communication what so ever. We are never sending our dogs back because of how they mishandle pets.

We were so happy with the way they did the grooming for our pup. It was almost like they transformed our little dog. We don't think we need to go anywhere else great place for grooming and reasonable price.

This is my third time at Shampooches. The first two times were great, which is why I went back. However, this visit was terrible. The cut my dog received was horrible. He has different lengths of hair. His back leg hair is longer than the rest of his body. The hair around his face is uneven, where the right is shorter than the left. It looks like they clipped him too much on one side. The work seemed sloppy, rushed, and I definitely do not feel the customer service was great this time. I do not recommend Shampooches. And it is way overpriced.

Love the cut! Our dog was given a bath, nail trimming, and a grooming. The grooming turned out fantastic. My wife thinks our pup is super cute and we'll definitely be back. We have mini aussie and it can be hard to find a place that does really well with their coat but this place was perfect. That all being said, I dropped a star because the communication difficulties.

I called for an appointment but no answer so I left a voice mail and it took two or three days for a call back. Then when I arrived, there was a sign on the door to not come in but call them to let them know you were there. They answered and the check-in went smoothly. They said our dog would be ready between 12:30pm-1pm and that they would call me.

I didn't hear anything so I called at 1:40pm. I called 3 times over the course of 20 minutes and no answer. So I showed up in person. They had someone at the door and I asked them about my dog. They said she was ready and brought her right out. Kinda frustrating that I had to show up to find out. Anyways, I still really like the place and will be back.

Wonderful place to get your dog groomed! The ladies are so nice and took such great care of our dog. I called and they got me in within a few days. Thank you

"Walk in" (we actually had to sit in our car cause Covid) to get our cats nails trimmed. The girl came out to get our little guy, and it only took her about ten minutes. His nails were trimmed nicely, and the girl was very nice. Will visit again.

Excellent service at a fair price :) Highly recommend going here. They do a great job and are always on time. Also, they are very attentive and took excellent care of my dog (putting supplied eye gel in eyes) while giving him a haircut/shower when I told them he recently had eye surgery. My dog looks so much younger and cuter when I pick him up after a haircut and bath from here

This people are extremely professional. I came in and they had all the information they need about my dog. They have their very own system and they personalized the visit to every single customer. The BEST PART: my dog seems to be really excited about her new grooming.
