Professional people work here. From the receptionist to the vet techs to the vet, they were all on top of things. They made my two appointments smooth and quick. They were thorough in answering any questions I had and had great communication throughout, even after the visit when I had to come back and pick up therapy dog health paperwork for my two dogs.I've lived in MI, CA, SC and down near Perdido area but Milton Animal Hospital is definitely one of the more pleasant vets I've been to. We have just moved here and after the devastating attack of my kitty, she was brought to this vet. Not only we're they able to find us as her owners through her chip but we're so professional and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process with her. From injuries to where we could take her to about what that would cost. We were so impressed we decided to bring our little Frenchie to be seen as well.
I love that they love their furry patients so much. Although we just needed our monthly preventative it was an amazing visit! I highly recommend this office for your furry friend needs and services.

Short wait for visit with technician, all my questions were answered about my pet and and explained thoroughly. Vet examined my pet, and future vaccinations, and other needs were addressed. Vet answered all my questions. Future needed appointments were scheduled and I was given an appointment schedule printout before I left the office. Staff very kind, thorough and informative!

We got puppies for Xmas and took them here for first shots and checkup. Very happy with everyone there. First time I've seen a vet use peanut butter on a tongue depressor to keep dogs interested while giving shots. They even called the next day to check on the boys after their first Dr visit. Pleased enough to transfer records of our other dog from vet in P'cola.

10/10! Dr L was great! I called around on a Friday afternoon because my dog had bloody stools and they were able to take me in within 40 minutes. I was forever grateful! This is very rare to find a clinic willing to take a new patient dog on a Friday before closing. Just goes to show they truly care! Staff is frequently and keeps you updated!

The staff has been great about transferring all of the records for our pets from our previous vet in Pensacola. They also worked with us to get the vaccines needed and still get our dog in to be spayed at the earliest date possible. They always follow up with a phone call to check on the animal and have a friendly and caring interaction with the pet each time we visit. My dog Joey has done great with her recent spay surgery.

Today is a very sad day for our family. We took our 6 month old cat in for what we expected to be a routine procedure and lost our pet forever. While it was explained that complications can arise, we in no way expected it to be last time we ever got to enjoy our pet. We were told our pet was aggressive and given gas sedation to calm him and then injected with procedural sedation and that was it, he was gone. We are sorry to be reporting we will no longer be using this vet moving forward as we just cant. Our pet showed up alive and well and left in a box.

I honestly forget the vets name I'm very bad with names but when I came in I was kinda iffy about if they were good with animals other than cats or dogs. But talking to the doctor completely changed my mind, they are very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. Definitely coming back for future visits.
