Florida Academy-Pet Grooming

Our rescue dog is very nervous with people and many groomers in the past have struggled to have the patience to put him at ease. Every I've met here however has been wonderful! They always take their time to help him feel safe and is the first place where our dog is happy to walk into! Couldn't be happier!

I had recently got a Bichon Maltese and he desperately needed grooming he came to me very matted and scruffy looking but the girls here took great care of him and made him look amazing! Also incredibly white! Since he was groomed so many people have stopped me and my dog teddy and commented on his cut and how great he looks I've mentioned this place to many dog owners now and told them the price I paid and they were all shocked as they have paid a lot more and not had a great experience with their groomers The girls here really were lovely and so helpful and also very polite they are great at what they do and they listened to what I wanted and now I'm looking forward to getting teddy groomed again very soon! Flo had a puppy intro last week and the service was brilliant. All staff are happy to answer any questions and Flo seemed to really enjoy herself. Was also surprised how much stuff they had in the shop!

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability I booked in for a full dog groom with a staff member and on arrival they could not locate my booking. There was zero attempt to re-book although they were at fault. Absolutely dreadful service.

Took our English Bulldog there. Extremely friendly and open on the phone and at the centre. Would definitely recommend to new dog owners.

The best hair cut my dog had in years. It wasn't an easy job but they exceeded my expectations. It was emotional seeing my dog looking that good again. Everyone there is friendly. We will definitely go again.

I took my fur baby Elmo for a groom today. It was our first time at The Pet Grooming School and I couldn't thank them enough! Elmo was very nervous and hesitant to go inside, they assisted me and guided him in with treats. The girls were so reassuring and caring I felt so at ease to leave Elmo in their hands. When I picked him up he smelt unreal and was so soft, they said how well behaved he was and he seemed overall happy. 1000% recommend what an amazing service, you can really tell they are animal people. Elmo now has a groomers for life!

Took my cocker spaniel Buddy here as his usual hairdresser was unavailable. All I can say is that all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Buddy came out looking very handsome. Everything about this place and the people that work here is top notch. This may even become buddy's regular hairdresser!
