They did a great job grooming my little dog (Mahaska) and at a very reasonable price. Great in store selection of fresh/natural food also.

Super friendly and helpful staff! they got us everything we need to prepare to bring home two kittens! Definitely recommend and would drive the extra miles to come back again! Thank you guys!

Have been doing walk in nail trim with my dog for three years. Doesn't take five minutes. Always someone different. This time dude with scraggly beard and purple apron tells me I have to have an appointment. There was no one waiting, had several people working and one girl just went on vape break. I told him there had never been a problem before. Well since he had taken over things were different.

I left and complained to the girl outside vaping. He comes out and says he checked with someone and it was ok, they could do it. The girl took my dog and by the time he ran my card was done. If I go back hope he isn't there.

Very disappointed had a grooming appointment for our dog this week. we made the appointment 8 or more weeks ago And he calls me today to tell me that we need to reschedule and it would be the end of June or first part ofJuly before they could get him in. He did not even try to work with me. The gentleman was not very friendly. We will be taking him elsewhere where we got him right away.

I normally LOVE petsakes, I've never had a bad experience there, I've been taking my dog to the groomers for a couple years now and I feel they do a great job but the new guy who does appointments and phones has made me look into other places. When I was picking my dog up last time, the guy smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and seemed all over the place.

I scheduled my next appointment then. I have their number saved and ALWAYS get a reminder call the day before. Well his appointment was apparently Tuesday at 12 but I never received a call or message about it. I called today asking when it would be and he told me he called Monday and couldn't leave a message. well I do not have a missed call and my voicemail is not full so there shouldn't have been an issue.

It makes me sad that I have to look into other places but with how far they guys book out I have no choice. My dog can't go 12 weeks without a haircut. Like I said I have never had an issue with Petsakes until this new guy started. Hopefully they can get it figured out.

Love getting treats for my dogs there, and my parents get their dogs hair cut there ever couple of months for the past 4 years.

Great place for dogs and cats, wonderful grooming/nailcare (Kara is amazing) they have a self-service pet washing area that's very convenient and very friendly staff, one stop pet shop!

They struggle to keep and retain good groomers. On my way to take pups up early and was called because they had to cancel because of groomer called in sick. Scheduling and knowledge of pricing seems confusing to employees. Thanks to Tammy for taking care of ys last time

I went in for a collar and right away A gal welcomed me and asked if she could help. An older lady said she got me. She was rude and made me feel like she thought I was going to steal something. I found a collar for 11. 25 and spent 40 more dollars. Got home and she overcharged me. Went back and she acted like I lied about price told her there was others the same price. Needless to say she was rude and I will never go back.
