Cats-Luv-Us Boarding Hotel

I was stressed out and worried about having to board my three cats, especially since one is 18 years old and skittish and another has special needs including a (non-contagious) health issue he'd just recently been diagnosed with, but I am pleased to say my cats were very well cared for. The two older ones seemed pretty comfortable and the youngest clearly had fun there. (The staff sent us photos and videos while we were away.) I would definitely board my cats there again if I ever need to.

My kitten was in such lovely care. Very trust worthy, great facility. They even sent me picture updates.

Not sure what to say here. We had our cat boarded here for one week while our house was fumigated. At first meeting things looked well managed, and the two ladies operating that day were obviously cat people. I was impressed. One said that our cat might be able to use the playroom one day during the stay depending on how crowded things were. I was also told that she would take a pic of our cat and send it to us during the stay.

No pic, no contact during the week. When I returned to pick up the cat, there was an overwhelming odor of cat urine, and things appeared in disarray generally. I never like boarding animals, and absent a compelling reason will not do it again. I am still wondering just how well they attend to the cats, and I am uncomfortable.

Great establishments to board your cats for a short time. The employees are knowledgeable and very compassionate and they truly love cats

Our beloved Ragdoll, Toby, is just home from his very first visit to a groomer. I was so nervous taking him, but as soon as I met the Cats-Luv-Us team and saw the happy cats, I felt comfortable leaving him in their care. He has come home beautifully groomed and very calm. A very positive experience for both of us. I've never taken him before as I thought he'd be stressed, but he seems to have enjoyed the experience, and he looks lovely. We'll definitely be back!

Came here for my young cat's nails trimming. During COVID, had to hand her off in her pet carrier just outside their storefront. I was early about 10 minutes for the appointment but I called and a tech came out to retrieve her right away! Thank you! The techs were great with her and they mention that she didn't even squirm! All in all, it took just about 5 minutes. Will come here again

This place is fantastic! Our cat loves it. In fact, she is actually reluctant to leave when we go to pick her up. They keep the cats stimulated, with regular access to a large playroom, as well as roomy hutches. Rates are very reasonable. Staff are fantastic and friendly. And Spike & Tigger rule.

I boarded my cat here for a 3 week vacation and am so happy I did! My cat has had a lot of issues in the past at other places so I was nervous leaving her for so long. Speaking to the staff when I was booking her appointment put me at ease because they have seriously seen it all and already have a solution. When I came to get my cat from Cats-Luv-Us i was shocked to find her sitting in her crate, right in the open and not hiding like she normally does! She, of course, pulled some crazy stunts (chasing the poor girl who was cleaning her crate) but they took it in stride and told me how they had a solution. You really can tell that the staff just really loves cats and my kitty and I both left happy!

We have taken our two cats here about 3 times. This past time they were there about 12 nights and we couldn't be happier to leave our cats with them. Our two cats are shy and they seem to be very happy when we bring them home. no stress issues at all. they bring them out each day to a large enclosed play area to look at the bird. It is a great piece of mind to have them look after our cats. I give them the highest recommendation
