Our dog Natasha has been there twice now. She's still a puppy so she's a quite shy but made a friend and had a great time at doggy camp. She was very well taken care both times. We will be taking her for boarding when we are on vacation. We are very comfortable leaving her at Pet Suites while we're away. She's definitely in good hands and will be loved!

Our doodle Lewis loves Pet Suites & their staff. We've boarded him here several times and take him to day camp weekly. The staff know him by name and take great care of him. They have a great selection of treats and toys for purchase as well. We truly appreciate the staff here and highly recommend giving them a try.

I have an extremely particular cat and as difficult and grumpy as he was they took exceptionally good care of him and even provided a photo so I could see how he was doing. The staff here genuinely cares and it makes all the difference. Only place I trust to leave my animals.

I've only had my puppy there a couple times but she is sure tired when she comes home so I'm very pleased with them. They asked if I wanted them to send me pictures of her and play camp and they did which was very nice to see what she's up to. She wasn't doing much because it's her first two times but I'm hoping she interacts with all the other dogs at some point which I'm sure she will. Thank for taking care of my girl.

Always accommodating, , sincerely nice kids that work with my kitty Minka she never is in a bad mood when she gets home and they brush and play with her, ,, best place ever! Btw really good prices too

My maltipoo is always nervous going to boarding or a groomer or the vet, etc. but he was well taken care of at Pet Suites and I could tell he had a wonderful time for his week long stay and tiny tots with the other dogs. The staff was very accommodating and took good care of him.

Great service and love for our rabbit RARRI. I would highly recommend Pet Suites to care for your pets while you are on vacation.

This is legit the only place I would leave my dog. Only because I know what goes on with the back staff. This is the place where you can leave your dog and you'll know the STAFF ACTUALLY CARES. It's not just a 9-5 for these workers. It's an everyday life. I can speak on it because I used to work here. I left due to travel time but I drove from Oceanside Carlsbad area everyday to work with these amazing people.

The assistant managers and managers did a great job at this place. Sadly I have to pay to leave my dog there now, because I no longer work there but I left her recently and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! And yes i drove 50 mins just to leave her these are some pics of my pup when I used to work there! They keep the dogs on a steady routine everyday and make sure every dog is happy healthy and having fun while there.

So technically I'm leaving a good review and it counts because I don't work there anymore;) but my review should definitely speak on how great this location is and how amazing the staff is. ALSO A TIP EVERY PET OWNER SHOULD KNOW. -DONT BRING PERSONAL DOG TOYS OR BLANKETS OR ITEMS. Having worked there the facility has their own toys, TONS of warm blankets and beds (they wash the toys and blankets and beds very well). It's hard for back staff to keep track and don't be a cry baby about it.

Because i promise you, your dog will not play with the toys you bring. And dogs aren't going to be thinking about their toys when you leave. They're live in the moment animals. They're thinking about their surroundings and what's going on around them if you want to feel better about it ask for pictures of your dogs or even just a call to check in on ur babies as it can get super busy.

Also another tip if your dog is struggling to leave you, you need to leave. Do not walk ur dog to the door as they take them, it's enabling them to the situation and ur making the situation worse. As soon as your out of sight they will forget about it. And your dog will have a better experience and that separation anxiety will be better. But i promise your dog will have a BLASTTTT

Been going here for more than 2 years and couldn't be happier. They go above and beyond.never had one concern or problem. They know my dog to a tee and me and always accommodate me even when I'm last minute. My dog loves coming every single time. The staff are all great people who care for the dogs. Professional and posses common sense.

I cannot say enough good things about Pet Suites. They are truly the best. I don't know what we would do without them. Everyone there is always so welcoming, warm, and caring. Just moved to area. Needed to board over the holidays, found this place and am very happy with our choice. The staff worked with us and our dog's recent health issue (which is stressful enough as a dog owner). They don't have medical staff or anything, but can administer medication, etc. We did not participate in doggie day care or group play packages.

We did standard boarding plus lone ranger package, so not exactly cheap but well worth the price point. Dog came back clean and just as healthy and happy as when we dropped her off. No issues. Will likely board there again.

This company has addressed the issues we have had in the past and I appreciate that. Most businesses don't do anything it was refreshing to see a company attempt to make things right.

I am disgusted with the way Pet Suited treated my dogs! 0 stars My dogs were in the care of Pet Suites for one full week. When they were dropped off we asked the front desk to make sure they bathed both of my dogs as a part of their stay. Our expectations were very clear in this process when checking them in. When we picked up my dogs they were in the most dreadful and pitiful condition!

Both of my dogs had a disgusting pungent oder that was so revolting I could smell it from a distance under my face covering. How did anyone allow this to "slip" by?! (Which was the excuse they gave us when we raised concern at check out) I immediately took them home to bathe because the stench was so unbearable. As soon as I began to bathe my Yorkie I had to pick out chunks of dried poop that was matted into the hair of my yorkies butt and legs!

It was so crusted into her hair I can't begin to imagine how long she was like this. My chihuahua was also hungry and malnourished when we brought home he was standing over his food dish for 20 minutes eating frantically which is unusual to his behavior. This is a completely inexcusable way to treat someone's pet. Especially when we put them in a place that is supposed to care for them and give them a good experience.

I am sure the people working there have pets and would have been just as upset to receive their companions in this state. What it seems to me is that they were lazy and did the bare minimum for this to have just "slipped by". All the staff is responsible and so are the people who train their employees.

I take our little guy there once a week. He loves it so much now. He sleeps for 8 hours straight after a half day of camp. He's also lost 5 lbs in a month after going weekly. He's also pretty standoffish with people and is very slow to warm, but he seems to get along with the staff very well. Zoey seems to be his best friend over there. He's over the moon when he sees her. It's nice to know that our dogs is in good hands when we're not around to take care of him. Thank you Pet Suites!

I take my 18 month old Cockapoo Sir Harley Davidson to Doggie Day Care at Pet Suites and he loves being there! I decided to start having him bathed at Pet Suites and I have been thrilled with Alicia bathing Harley. Alicia is so caring and does a fabulous job bathing and brushing out Harley. His hair is silky, he smells great and is super happy when I pick him up. Kuddos to Alicia and the team at Pet Suites!

Left my retriever here 4 days. When I got him he was dehydrated and malnourished. Granted - retrievers are social animals and prone to separation anxiety. But, we called the third day and asked how the dog was doing and they said "he is happy chewing on his toy". They told us he ate "mediocre". For a dog to get where his ears are hard and the fur is all messed up, it means there was no eating and no water.

How can you not see that an animal is miserable and not eating? At least call us and we would've had someone pick him up and take care of him. Ever since we got him back he has been crying because of his hip hurts. He never had a problem. He is 1 year old. Needless to say, he is never going back to that place. When we picked him up he was not happy he was just looking at the door - like "get me out of here" It took him a week to get back to his usual good spirits and weight.

Two weeks after he is still complaining about his hip. Not sure how his hip got messed up while staying there?! Never before he had a problem! Upset is an understatement. Do your dog a favor and take him elsewhere where they can see when a dog is not doing well.

Pets Suites in Aliso Viejo is our pooch's home away from home. Our Old English Sheepdog, Mollie, has been spending weekdays at Pet Suites, having a blast while we work, since she was a puppy. The staff truly cares about her well-being, evident by their caring comments when Mollie has not felt well at camp or was out for several days. We appreciate all of the staff and can't say enough about the cheerful attitudes of the Management staff: Alysa, Taleaha and Michelle. Vicky is the best groomer in town - She has our Old English looking fabulous! Thank you, Pet Suites!

Great team. It's not often that we leave our pets someplace when going out of town, so it is a stressful process and we worry. The team at Pet Suites went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the situation. Bailey even sent pics to me via text. Five stars is an easy decision.

Pet Suites is a wonderful place with a terrific staff! I was hesitant at first and then very pleasantly surprised. Our dog LOVES camp! He eagerly jumps in the car to go and runs in wagging his tail! Everyone is kind and professional and makes us feel welcome and special. I'm happy knowing he is well cared for! He has formed a special bond with Jonathan!

Brekky B-Rex LOVES Pet Suites and all of the wonderful staff that take care of her there. She has been going to Pet Suites for over a year now for doggy day camp and boarding when we travel. Brekky always gets excited on the way to see her doggy friends. We trust that Brekky is well taken care of because of her wiggly excitement when she is greeted by the staff members at Pet Suites. Michelle is a great manager and very nice to talk with when you want to understand their daily care options. We've also had the trainers work with Brekky a couple times this past year and it was great!

We absolutely love pet suites! We have never had an issue with boarding our pets and they always enjoy their stay. I never worry about them since they are always available to give updates. I always include a grooming right before I pick them up and they do an amazing job! I travel near and far to always bring them to pet suites because they are beyond trustworthy. We have been using pet suites for many years. Its nice being able to trust someone with our little guys and have a peace of mind that they will be ok. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly.

My Toy Goldendoodle has been going to Pet Suites for tiny tots and boarding since he was 4 months old. The staff is incredibly kind and love my puppy like their own. My dog has gained confidence and social skills while in their care. He perks up and his tail wags a mile a minute whenever we arrive to Pet Suites. I cannot recommend this location enough! I completely trust this location and the staff with my fur baby!

Love this place! I've been taking my puppy Jordan here since he was 12 weeks. I started with 4 weeks of puppy training with Mackenzie. This place is the best, everyone is so loving and caring. I take him to dog day care and he loves it so much! They have all the services there from training, dog day play, boarding and grooming. It's a doggy haven and one stop shop for sure.

Love! Love! Love! We have been using their doggy day camp for small dogs for ten months since we got out pup. Benny loves his camp and buddies. We feel very comfortable leaving our precious pup in their care. The staff is wonderful, caring and careful. Thank you!

I've never been more disappointed in a place than I was with Pet Suites. I left my puppy at Pet Suites for 5 days while I flew out of town and met a trainer who agreed to train him during his stay. First, no training happened throughout the stay and they acted as though I never asked for it even though they had the documents I submitted regarding the puppy's training.

On top of that, my puppy contracted pneumonia and came back filthy, shaking, and terrified. They don't take care of the dogs that stay with them. Seems to me like this place is a torture chamber - never again.

Best place ever! Every day the take care of my dog! From her at 3 months now at 14 months! They baby her and they love dogs! They miss her and love her when I show up with her! The employees pass her around and kiss her before they put her in the room with the other small dogs! Amazing care! Good folks and I trust them! I am picky and they more than meet my expectations!

We just moved to the area and took our dog to Pet Suites a few times to play with the other small dogs for day care sessions. That has worked out well. however today we were super disappointed bc we hired them to bath him and do some light grooming. The groomer unfortunately cut his underbelly near his private parts and was bleeding when we picked him up.

My wife is especially upset bc when she picked him up, they didn't mention the cut. This is unacceptable. We do not trust them to groom our dog anymore. We normally groom him at home and have never had issues, let alone injury him. We won't be taking him back to groom there. (picture attached, it was tough bc he was wiggly to get a good shot and we washed it).
