Sylvia is WONDERFUL! We are able to travel with peace of mind knowing that Sylvia is providing loving and great care for our two dogs. Finding Sylvia has definitely been a blessing to our family! She is knowledgeable, kind, and reliable; and you can tell that she genuinely loves animals! She is very loving to the dogs and genuinely cares about their best interest.

Plus she even watches our tortoise as well : She sends pictures regularly, spoils them with healthy treats, takes them for walks, and cares for their overall wellbeing. Plus, she's a very nice, warm, and honest person! Sylvia is gifted at what she does, and we are so thankful for her!

We are so glad we found Sylvia. After a bad experience at a pet resort we were desperate to find an option for boarding our little Izzy. Izzy had the best time with Sylvia who always sent us plenty of updates of pictures and videos. We honestly weren't sure if Izzy would ever want to leave! So happy that we have a safe and reliable option for Izzy

We are so thankful for finding OC Pet Nurse! We moved to the area recently, and were looking for someone to take care of our fur baby with love when we go out of town. Sylvia and her lovely family welcomed our pug into their home and he LOVED staying with them. (I'm not sure he wanted to come home!) Her updates, photos and videos throughout our trip reassured us that he was being well taken care of (and a little spoiled :) Thank you!

I am SOO lucky I found Sylvia! I was taking a week long trip and was nervous to leave my dog at a regular boarding (I've had bad experiences before). But Sylvia's place was AMAZING! Her family is incredibly welcoming and they are all so sweet to their pet guests. I received multiple pictures and videos of my dog every day to let me know how he was doing.

Above all else, Sylvia looked out for my pet's health. She made sure that the other dogs were friendly with my dog and if one was ever aggressive, she would make accommodations to avoid any incidents. After the full week, my dog is in perfect health and had so much fun playing with the other doggies and her kids! Sylvia is a hidden gem! The absolute best!

When we got our puppy, I wanted to find a place where he would feel at home while we traveled. Bruno loves going to Sylvia's house! Leaving him at her home where he's not in a crate all day and given personalized attention is all I could have asked for!

Sylvia was very professional, responsive, and patient in answering our questions about care for our dog. She provided frequent updates during our dogs stay with her, administered his medication, and provided such a caring environment that he was almost reluctant to come back home. Nice work! We will be a repeat customer.

Sylvia is incredibly kind and thorough in her work. I would recommend her services to anyone--especially if you have a puppy. I wish I knew about Sylvia when my dog was very young, because Sylvia has dog-oriented cats and children that puppies can socialize and learn from.

We did extensive research and visited several providers before using the services of OC Pet Nurse. We selected Sylvia to board our Border Collie as we felt that the attention and services provided were the closest to the experience that our dog has at home. It was important to us that our dog had a "family" environment, minimum of two walks per day and human supervision. Sylvia also provides daily photos and videos as well as a brief status of how our dog is doing. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

When I needed a day and night- always present dog sitter I was lucky enough to have OC pet nurse recommended to me. I found I could count on Sylvia de la Para to treat my dog like she was a new member of their family. The dog was played with, taken on walks, and carefully fed and watched. Sylvia was very careful to try to follow any instructions I gave Her about the dog. She brought years of experience caring for people's pets and her experience as a Vet Technician to reliably and kindly taking care of my pet.

OC Pet Nurse is the absolute best! I have too many stories to list of Sylvia helping me out in a bind, giving me training advice, taking my dog to the vet, doing overnights, and offering a wealth of information about all things animals. Sylvia and her family have the biggest hearts, love animals, are so kind. Sylvia has been helping us for almost 2 years now. We're lucky to know them!

My puppy, Sage, loves Sylvia! She's our go to pet sitter. We love how even though Sage is boarding, it's still in a home setting. It's her home away from home. Sage has been boarding with her since she was 2 months old, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Sylvia also sends lots of pictures and video updates, which is a total bonus!

Sylvia is simply amazing! I was in a huge bind and needed to find someone to watch my French bulldog puppy for 10 days! I was desperate and kept calling local boarders with no luck. Happened upon OC Pet Nurse and I'm still counting my blessings! Sylvia took my puppy and treated her like part of the family! I got daily texts and videos and pictures!

Sylvia and her sweet family did a great job watching my dog at her home for 4 days. My dog and I met her family and another dog who she sits for during weekdays beforehand to make sure everyone got along. The entire process was very professional and Sylvia is warm, caring and knowledgeable. My pup had a great time there and was well taken care of. She sent daily updates and really beautiful pics! I highly recommend her!

Sylvia is absolutely incredible. My story with her starts almost a year ago, when Cuppy (my maltipoo puppy) was only 8 weeks old. At the time, my mom and I were looking for a place to have Cuppy stay, because I had JUST adopted him, and we already had booked a family cruise months before. My mom found and reached out to Sylvia, and received the warmest and most amazing advice for care.

We ultimately had to keep Cuppy with his vet, because of his vaccination schedule, but I never forgot about Sylvia. Fast forward to now, and my brother was getting married. I had had some bad experiences with Rover, and I remembered Sylvia from all those months ago. Cuppy is now 1 year old, and he had the most WONDERFUL time with Sylvia. She kept me up to date with tons of photos and videos - and I was almost afraid he wouldn't want to come back home, because he was having so much of a blast there! :P Sylvia did such an amazing job that the next time I ever have to leave Cuppy, she will be the ONLY one I contact. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her. Not only is she super knowledgable, but she also is so careful and intentional with the way she cares for her dogs.

I have always been hesitant about leaving my dogs at a boarding facility or with strangers because of all the horror stories. But I had a weekend trip and needed to find someone to watch my husky last minute. I did an extensive search for boarding facilities and I remembered seeing a post on my neighborhood Nextdoor app, and saw someone suggest OC Pet Nurse.

After reading her reviews and knowing she was a pet nurse, I knew my dog would be safe with her. I contacted her and she responded right away! On the day of drop off, we were greeted by the lovely Sylvia and was given a tour of the Dogz House. We were also greeted by another dog she was petsitting for. I had great vibes in the home and knew my husky, Koda, would be well taken care of.

She asked me to bring some of Koda's items such as his bed and toys so he felt at home. I received daily texts and pictures of Koda and he looked super happy, and knew he was being spoiled! I would definitely recommend Sylvia to anyone!

Our dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes so we were searching for options for overnight boarding for him and we are so glad we came across Sylvia! Sylvia took care of both of our dogs this past weekend, and they were so well cared for with her! We received updates and photos about how they were doing and it was obvious that they got a lot of attention and love while staying with her and her family! We will definitely be boarding our dogs with her for all of our future trips!

We were so lucky to find such a great pet sitter like Sylvia! She answered the phone promptly and we were extremely fortunate that she was able to accommodate a last-minute booking for my Cookie cat while we were out of town. It was obvious from the meet-and-greet that she is very knowledgeable about cats and would take wonderful care of my fur baby.

She sent multiple pictures of our cat throughout the cat sitting visits and texted us updates on how Cooking was eating and such. She even brought a little toy for her to play with! Sylvia was a dream and I have no hesitation to book her. In advance this time!

Our family went to Hawaii for 7 days and we boarded our Coonhound/Labrador puppy with Sylvia at her home. I'm so glad we did. I did not worry for one moment about our puppy. I was given daily text photos and updates and saw what a fun time our dog was having playing with the other boston terrier that was also being boarded. We also use Sylvia for occasional walks during the work day too when long hours require extra attention for the puppy. I'm thankful to have OC Pet Nurse as an option for our pet - it's just nice having piece of mind and quality care for our beloved pet.

We used Sylvia over a long weekend in December. Despite this being a busy time of year for her, she jumped right in on short notice. This was the first time we left our dog home alone, rather than boarding her at a facility. We were worried parents, for sure! Sylvia put our minds at ease every step of the way, and very quickly proved that she loves dogs, far beyond the scope of her "job".

She gave us regular updates and pictures which showed that our Jossi was having a great time visiting and snuggling with Sylvia. Given that she is a medical tech, also put our minds at ease in case something were to go wrong. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her services :

Sylvia is amazing! She was taking care of our 3 fur babies while we were away for a few days. Always kept my husband and I in the loop with texts and pictures. We felt at ease while being away. One of our cats can be very temperamental, but with Sylvia he was at ease. We're very thankful for her services. Definitely recommend her to anyone!

Sylvia stayed with our dog Louie for 6 days while we were on vacation because of his strenuous medication schedule. Louie suffers from several medical conditions (heart and respiratory diseases, and pulmonary hypertension), which require that he takes 3 different types of medications (one every 8 hours and two every 12 hours). As soon as we met Sylvia, we knew she was the right person for the job.

Not only did we trust her right off the bat, but she was excellent with Louie who is really weary of strangers. Sylvia immediately put us at ease because she's a licensed vet tech, and understood the issues of Louie's medical conditions. While we were away, Sylvia would give us updates on how Louie was doing and when his medications were given.

She would also send pictures and videos of the two of them hanging out. She made every effort to bond and establish trust with him, which we greatly appreciated. We are so lucky to have found Sylvia, and will definitely use her in the future. She has given us the ability to travel again!

We are very grateful to Sylvia for watching our new Golden pup, Moby! Since he's too young to be fully vaccinated we had limited options for while we were at work. Honestly, I'm often stumped as to how new puppy parents are able to work full days with a fur baby at home! Sylvia we very nice right off the bat. We spoke for almost half an hour on the phone.

She went over options for us, drop off and pick up times, and options for walks and day care. Currently Moby stays with Sylvia throughout the day as we build up his ability to stay in his crate alone at home. Sylvia takes the time to send plenty of updates throughout the course of the day, including a GPS map of the walks that they take. It's nice knowing that she has vet experience as well in case anything should happen.

Given that she is a small business owner, I feel comfortable in being able to discuss any adjustments needed to our care plan. During this transition time, we are so so thankful for the services that Sylvia is providing to our pup!

Sylvia is absolutely amazing. My dog Pie is very protective of me and doesn't like anyone right off the bat. It actually takes her multiple times for her to get comfortable. The first time she met Sylvia she was barking like crazy and wouldn't stop. The longer Sylvia was around she calmed down. Pie let her walk her while I was with her. Then Sylvia came back today when I wasn't around and Pie took to her right away.

They played and walked. It was so great and relieving that Pie likes her. Sylvia is so calm and knowledgable. It's very relaxing knowing my little baby is with someone who loves her too. I would highly recommend Sylvia. Your baby will love her too!

OC Pet Nurse Sylvia handled our rowdy boxer puppy with care! She will be our new puppy sitter going forward. We had a great meet and greet first and she got to know our family and out puppy's needs. So far we have had pet sitting at Sylvia's home for a very long Disney day. Then we did a 3 day stay for a work conference. It was so much easier to leave her at their safe home environment and we got pics throughout the day to know she was having fun and getting tired.

I wish we knew Sylvia when we had our older boxer before he passed, as she would have been very familiar with his complex medication regimen. We will definitely board our puppy here if we need to go out of town. When she gets older, we would hire Sylvia for walks as well. Sylvia had some great training suggestions for us as well. Highly recommended pet sitting and boarding from OC Pet Nurse!

Boarded my two French Bulldog puppies at Sylvia's place. I don't believe there could have been anyone better to care for them. They received so much care and attention from her and her family which included young children. She has a great sized grassy yard and a huge playpen indoors. Sylvia is patient, attentive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and professional.

She taught my puppies to sit and even started training them basic puppy manners. She offers great advice, too. What an added bonus! She sent me tons of photos everyday. I could tell my pups were very happy with their stay. I highly recommend Sylvia.
