VIP Pet Spa

The women who run VIP are just so awesome and truly care about their customers, furry and human. We've been taking our girls there for a couple of years now. Since then my mom has developed severe back issues and they have been kind enough to help with bringing the dogs in and out of the car. This afternoon when we pulled up, they actually came out to the parking lot to greet us and help right away!

Our pups were happy to see them and when we picked them up they looked so cute, clean, and smelling fresh, as always. I have been recommending VIP Pet Spa for a while now and will continue to do so!

My doggie had his first appointment here yesterday. They did such an amazing job on his full grooming which included nail trim, cleaning teeth, ears and anal glands. I usually get him brushed and de shedded vs a cut as he sheds a lot. What an amazing Jib they did. He was done within a couple of hours and he felt so clean and didn't shed all day yesterday! Thank you ladies! What a fantastic job! We look forward to coming back again.

I took my pup to VIP this month and was so impressed! My dog Pierre is notoriously difficult to groom, and groomers in the past have complained about him. I warned VIP that Pierre was an anxious groom with sensitivity in his paws and they were completely understanding and didn't make me feel bad at all about having a more difficult pup! Thank you so much, VIP!

Took my Pomeranian here, I explicitly told the groomers not to cut her hair too short and just to trim it. Pomeranians have a double coat and if it's cut too short it ruins their coat. They practically shaved her, her coat hasn't been the same since. I don't even want a refund I just wish I had a time machine so I could never come back to this groomer.

My dogs coat is ruined. When I picked her up and asked why they cut her hair so short, they said it was the longest trim they could do? 2 stars because the customer service was great. Never going back though.

I've been here several times, truth be told, because I found this pet spa on Groupon. The people that run this business are some of the nicest people on this planet. The Groupon was self-wash, so I witnessed firsthand how your pets are treated when you drop them off here for grooming. They are treated with the same love you & I treat our own pets. I highly recommend this business!

Cassidy is the best. She remembers my dogs and me every time I call. She is upfront and professional and it doesn't cost an arm and leg. Thank you!

Bio Pet Spa in incredible. Maltese and Shitzu dogs for 30 years. They have always looked funny after their haircuts until I found VIP Pet Spa. Every time they come out adorable. I didn't even know that was possible until I found BIP. Thanks Kristin, Sara and the staff for being so great a your jobs!

I took my 1 year old mini lab who has never been to the groomers and he came back looking so good! They let me pick his shampoo and gave him a treat when he left! Their pricing is really good and affordable. I will continue to go there and recommend to anyone!

I grew up with sheepdogs who roamed acres and never were groomed beyond my dad's annual shearing. I didn't realize what I was in for getting my own 30 years later in highly populated suburbia. To say I struggle to upkeep Olivia's coat is an understatement. She doesn't enjoy being brushed which makes it all the more challenging.

I am grateful to VIP Pet Spa and especially groom expert Brittany for having patience with us and helping us navigate the dog we want (a big fluffy longhaired hairball) with the dog lifestyle I can maintain (which results in a poorly managed coat and a stubborn dog with big teeth). I'm learning along the way how to be the best dog mom I can be to this critter who I love so much.

But there's been a lot to learn (yes you have to brush then almost nightly, yes you have to use a comb getting down to the skin, yes you have to do their entire coat including stomach, yes mats are dangerous for your dog, yes bathing with mats will only tighten them). I resisted all these wisdoms, but time continues to prove Brittany's advice right.

I guess I can be as stubborn as my pup. But Brittany always explains thoroughly why what needs to be done needs to be done. I've learned not just about coat management but also breed behavior from her. She's an invaluable part of Project Olivia (which is quite a project). Plus Brittany does fabulous haircuts. I hope one day to be able to bring her a calm dog with a knot-free coat.

I wish I could be an easier client because I like Brittany as much as I do. Knowing that may never happen, though, I'm so glad to have her as part of our Olivia journey, at least for as long as we're welcome.

Amazing detail work; I have a small 15 lb corgi mix, so small nails, small teeth, etc. in under an hour, dropped him off and picked him up, newly cleaned and dried. Supper job!

I've been bringing my dogs Patches (8) & Nana (17) here for the past 5 years. They always do such a wonderful job. Very pleased with the service and how passionate they are with the girls. Thank you Kristin, Cathy and the whole VIP staff you all are amazing.

I want to give a shout out to VIP Pet spa and say THANK YOU so much for the Amazing service they continue to provide for my Siberian Husky "Sasha" She is always excited to get there when asking her if she wants a bath. They are always so welcoming, patient, friendly and loving when she comes in! They do such an Amazing Thorough groom on her, especially knowing how Siberian huskies take forever with tons of hair.

Out of any other Groomer I've ever had they have done the very BEST Cut and groom she has ever had. Thank you to all the Groomers and Owner for providing such a Professional, Clean, Friendly and Loving Spa for our Fur Babies!

Kristin and her team of expert groomers take excellent care of our Afghan Hounds. Our dogs are rescues and get kind of nervous, but they treat them with patience and kindness which makes them comfortable. I see people bring in every kind of breed and they all leave looking as awesome as our furry family members. VIP is the only place we take our girls to be groomed.

They did an excellent job de matting and trimming my cats nails They were so polite, very nice and quick. Good prices too.

Poor customer service and bad costumer relations. Very disappointed after taking my dog in for a haircut and them returning him without his hair cut, apparently they didn't have enough time. Maybe then don't take the appointment or have me come earlier in the day. Still charged me $80 for a bath and comb out. They are the ones who said to come in for a hair cut in the first place.

Our mini Golden Doodle come out of the spa looking beautiful a fluffy. They are great with appointments and get her done quickly.

Such a great place! My kids and I used the self wash option and boy this is awesome! Everything u need including as many towels as you require are there! Put my kids to work to remind them, hard work pays off! Our dogs look and smell great! Met other friendly dogs too

Took my skittish big-dog hating terrier here and they were so gentle with him and he came out great! Will be sending everyone I know here! Great place, staff & pricing.

I love Kristin! I have sent 2 cats to her.from the sweetest to the most angry trying to bite your face off. She has always done the best job! None have ever been cut or nicked. And they always come out with the cutest lion cut ever!

Did a great job with my dog - small, 12 pound dog who is very friendly but does not like to stand still for a cut, bath, nail clipping, etc. My dog looked great and was in excellent spirits! They got him done on time. Very pleased!

What a terrific place! I was given the task of giving my friends golden retriever, Sky a super duper bath so off to VIP Pet Spa we went. What's unique about the place besides its ultra cleanliness and friendly staff is their self service dog bathing booths. It's completely stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, brushes and air dryer.

The water nozzle is the perfect pressure to super clean and rince. Sky didn't like the loud sound of the air dryer so one of the nice girls brought over a doggie ear muff. So clever. The owner Kristin stopped over to say hello and she runs a top notch salon. Safe. Clean. Great location. 5 stars.

This is the best place to take dogs for grooming. Staff is trained to deal with different behaviors, breeds and ages.

I take my baby's every 3 weeks for a bath and trim. The girls just love them and treat them like their own. The last time we were there, one of the gals noticed an issue with one of my pups and we were able to take him to the vet to get treated. The vet said, "I had a great groomer" for noticing this issue. (It's one of those private parts issue). They do a great job and glad we found them!

They did a wonderful job on my senior german shepherd. You can tell they really love animals here. Very reasonably priced, lots of availability looking forward to my dog's next groom.

I love taking my 3 pups to VIP pet spa :) They are always friendly and kind and take very good care of my 3 older pups. Their hair cuts are always done perfect and my pups seem happier after their bath time with the VIP staff :) Bear Teddy and Fancy thank you greatly :) Thank you

I love VIP Pet Spa, but more importantly my dog loves them! He looks so good after his haircut, and I can tell he feels really happy too. Kristen the owner is very thoughtful and kind, and the rest of the staff is great too.

This is long over due, I had been taking my cocker spaniel to VIP pet spa since the day I got her from the animal shelter. My poor little girl was very nervous around people but they took such good care of her on ever visit. They were exceptionally kind to her as she started to lose her eye site. It wasn't too long before she could only see shadows and would get very nervous in the crate waiting for her grooming.

They would allow her to hang with them outside the crate. Love all these girls! My Gracie is no longer with me, but I highly recommend VIP Pet Spa and soon when I am ready for another dog, they will be my choice.

We've used VIP for so many years, I cannot say enough good things about them. They really care about your pets and our dogs always loved going there, unlike other places. The owner and her staff are very accommodating when you have special requests or needs. That is why they've won tons of "BEST OF" awards in our town.
