Their day care services are great, as are their overnight services. I've been a customer for three years, I've been happy with them the whole time.

The team is always so helpful showing my pup, Lionel, a welcoming hello! They are also great at accommodating pick-ups. It is great to be able to look in throughout the day to see how he is enjoying his time. They also offer great add-on services, such as walks or obstacle training.

Our go to for stay & Play. When we go out of town our two girls can stay and play with their friends and we can rest secure that they are well cared for.

I've been coming here for years and the staff has been so consistent and I feel like they have a wonderful bond with my dog. They always have done their best to keep both us and the dogs safe through Covid and all. I don't feel comfortable taking my dog anywhere else, they just wouldn't handle her like paws does. They give me comfort when I drop off my dog and always answer my questions when I call to check up on her when I become a worry wart. Also to mention you can pay for pool time so with the summer coming, it's such a nice treat for them.

This place has mostly great reviews so I wasn't hesitant on boarding my dog here while my husband and I went out of town for 5 days. We called two days in to our trip to check on him and see how he was doing with the other dogs and they told us he was great. All was well until my husband went to pick him up. They informed my husband that our dog was in an altercation with another dog earlier in the day after another dog became aggressive towards him.

This was new to us. We received no phone call to inform us of what happened. Our dog came home with a noticeable bite wound on his snout with swelling and multiple scratches on his stomach. They had no explanation for what happened. Since being home today our normally energetic dog has been anti social and skittish around us, even shaking when we speak to him. Safe to say we will not be returning to Paws in the future. Update: we found another puncture wound on his face this morning

I typically don't write reviews, but I will go out of my way when a business does a great job. I've been taking my dogs to Paws for the past 10 years. The entire team is very polite, responsible and always does a wonderful job in watching, feeding and walking my dog. The main reason I'm writing this review is the training. I recently adopted my dog, who I was told is 1 1/2 year old.

He had some issues as it relates to getting aggressive when on leash. Seth who leads the training and Morrigan have done an amazing job in teaching my dog Zeus. They have changed all of his behavioral issues after the 8 week session. This after I took him to 2 other trainers who made NO progress. I highly recommend taking your dog to Paws for training. I had my dog there for 1 night and she came home sick. $300 after vet visit 3 days later I found out that she had kennel cough. I told the vet office when and where she had been and they were surprised that they did not inform me that kennel cough had been at their facility. A couple of days before my dog went to the kennel they had 2 different dogs at their vet clinic being treated for kennel cough that had been at the same kennel.

My dogs kennel cough moved to her lungs and she is now being treated for kennel cough and a lung infection. She is on 2 antibiotics along with 2 types of medicine for her cough. The vet bill is now over $1000. I called Pets Paw Resort to let them know and they told me that there is nothing they can do and that this is the risk of putting my dog in a kennel.

I am aware of that, but for my dog to have been at the kennel for only 1 night and becoming so sick makes me question just how clean this facility is and if they really disinfect it regularly.

The staff are very sweet, they make sure to walk you through and show you the facility so you're comfortable leaving your pet. Boarding prices are pretty reasonable. We sprung for an updated package and loved getting nightly pictures of the dogs

I've taken my corgi here several times now and she seems to like it. But the last few times I've asked for nail trim and deshedding and when I get her back home she is still shedding like crazy and her nails were not trimmed. I called to ask about it and they tell me she does not like nail trimming and referred to the deshedding as "brushing". They gave me a $30 refund this one time for not doing her nails ONLY after i inquired about it.

Super lame. I feel cheated. I'll be doing the nail trimming myself now, hoping to get her used to it. (Wish us both luck) And I'll be looking for a boarding and/or grooming place that is more forth coming about what's going on and not charging me for things they couldn't do. And finding someone who is better at dealing with dogs who aren't particularly happy with one or two aspects of the grooming process.

I've taken her to places in Costa Mesa that also noted that she wasn't crazy about the nail trimming but they still did an awesome job. The fact that these folks couldn't make it happen (in a humane way, of course) makes me think that they really don't know what they're doing.

Very nice staff, clean and dogs were having fun. Our first time and our dog who has separation anxiety had no problems going with staff and running around with his new friends. Definitely going back.

I picked up my dog and once we got home I noticed there was dried poop all over her behind, on her tail, and her paws. I don't recommend this place.

Wonderful place to keep your pup. We have gone here for 5 years and had no bad experiences. Another dog nibbled on our dog (of course, they are dogs. Sensitive people should refrain from dropping dogs off if you are gonna freak out if they get into a tiny little argument- it happens) and we were notified immediately by paws. Great company. Highly recommend.

Very good and caring place to board your dog. We left our two dogs for a week and they even washed all of our toys and bedding and did a nice grooming on pickup. Thank you Paws!

Dear owner, Thanks for the response but sorry to say, it was your place. It was prior to your shutdown. I just got around to posting how horrible your groomer was at the time I posted. People beware of this place.

Brought out golden puppy here for his first day care experience. Couldn't have been happier with the experience from the first phone call (they called our vet for us to get vaccine records) to the complementary bath he got at the end of the day (he got messy and they cleaned him up!). Sent us home with some sweet Valentine's Day treats for humans and puppy.

So excited to have found a place to drop our puppy off for the day. He loved it and arrived home happy and tired. I won't even look anywhere else - can't be better than this.

I did not know what I was going to do with our 11 week old puppy when we had to go out of town and this place came to the rescue. Everyone was so nice and informative. I loved that we could watch our pup on the camera. We picked her up and she was clean and as happy as could be. Definitely recommend.

First time using Paws, they were very accommodating on a somewhat last minute basis - having the ability to see what's going on with the nanny cams is awesome. Although, we really couldn't get to know the staff, the people we did come into brief contact were very nice and professional and I even think our Kona girl, missed some of the buddies she met at the resort! Definitely would recommend!

We love bringing her to you for play day - and she of course LOVES coming to you! We especially appreciate your safety measures during this unfortunate time of CODIV-19 and for setting up curbside drop off and pick-ups. It was my first time leaving my dog Oryx. I was a little anxious about boarding, but it was extremely comforting to watch him have so much fun on the doggie cam, and recieve so much love from the workers! I decided to give the grooming a try as well, and he is so clean, smells so good, and is extremely soft and detailed! Every worker I encountered was so wonderful, sweet, and welcoming.

I felt good about leaving our Oryx with them. The prices are so reasonable, and we will be buying him a pass to come back and play every week. He seemed so happy, and at peace when we picked him up. We are so glad we found him a second home where he can get social time, and where we can trust others to watch our boy.

My dog has been going here for 6 years. He loves it! He gets so excited whenever he goes because he knows he gets to play with his friends all day. I love it because the staff is great and always so accommodating. I have recommended it to other friends and they agree. Great place!

I highly recommend this place I take my dog coco for doggy day care and she loves it! They have such friendly staff and there place is very clean they are very welcoming and professional! We love going there!

Was welcomed by staff as soon as I brought Ziggy, my miniature pinscher chihuahua puppy mix. The staff gave Ziggy attention right away, which she loved. It also helped with having me stay there to fill out paperwork just so Ziggy was comfortable. As you walk in, it's nice to see all the dogs through the window. I felt like they didn't have to hide anything.

I also liked that they took Ziggy's toys/bed with open arms so she could smell her bed and toys for comfort. The staff is super friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there. I was super comfortable leaving Ziggy there and she had a great time.

Thank you Bryan for helping me out last minute and making sure my baby was safe and taken care of.! You guys were the best!

We love paws. They treat our dogs so well. Our dogs love going there. Great for puppies to burn some extra energy during the day. I always feel happy if I have to leave them there when I go on vacation. Prices are fair. Never had any issues.

Our puppy loves going to Paws and we love taking her there! Great staff, fun and supervised playtime, and the training has worked wonders! The best part? Our 6 month old, high energy puppy comes home EXHAUSTED and HAPPY at the end of a long day. We highly recommend Paws!

Love this place! I've taken my dog here on many occasions for multiple days at a time. They staff is great and my dog LOVES it here. He's always so exhausted when we get home. Although I haven't left town in a while to drop my dog off here, I have stopped in for a nail trim and it's only $10! Make sure to call ahead to be sure the groomer is in. It's super quick!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Paws Pet Resort. We adopted our beloved Chiweenie pup named Dash from them a little over 18 months ago. So sorry this review is so late. But this was our first rescue, so we were a little hesitant. But the staff and the owner at Paws Pet are all great. They also have a great selection of dogs that are up for adoption. You should check them out first if you're thinking of getting a new dog.

For the first 2 months of his life he grew up at Paws.getting socialized and making friends. No matter where we go, everyone knows Dash. We are so glad we found Paws. We still drop him off there from time to time.it's like going to visit family! :- Update: We have a new addition to the family and her name is Chloe! Chloe was surrendered at Paws Pet resort and we are so happy she found us. We get to see them playing from the sites webcam and they both just love playing at Paws!
