Wag N Wash Healthy Pet Center

We tried this out for our golden doodle and we're happy with the results. They got us in the next day when I called, rather than a month out like our regular groomer. Dog looks fabulous and was calm and happy when we picked him up. Location is perfect for us. We will be back!

Very dissatisfied with this location. I understand that since covid it's tough to get people to work( Half the issue) and we need to book in advance but I've had my booked appts. moved to another date and time with no communication and then cancelled. Brought one of my dogs in Friday ( in the middle of my workday) only to be told WHEN I arrived that the groomer had covid and they needed to cancel.

No call. Nothing. I wasnt happy but booked for tomorrow and confirmed again yesterday only to be texted today that they are overbooked so they need to cancel. They offered a new date which is another week out and when I called to complain was offered nothing hit the "acting manager" was snarky and said " all I can offer you is a rescheduled date" no discounts. Nothing.

She blamed a new scheduling system on the issue. Sorry. Not good enough. I pay 70.00 for an average haircut for a dog. It's ridiculous that a manager isn't empowered to offer something for continuous issues. I'll never go back. You're better off going somewhere else. I'm ok with mistakes. I'm not ok with lack of communication and accountiblity.

I have bought my dog food from this wag n wash location and have had my dog groomed since they opened. This morning on June 11th, I had rude service from the owner. I was not given a notice to bring my dog's vaccination records and was not told they expired. The owner Amy had no compassion or empathy and did not offer to make things right. She was rude. I have referred people to this location and I regret it. I will never return to this location again.

I took my boarder Callie Mercy today for the first time. I used the self wash. IT WAS AMAZING! They had everything I needed and more! The staff was super helpful to get us started and even gave me tips for the best experience and results. Mercy and I will be visiting each week to keep my sweet girl looking and smelling her best!

Great place - the dogs looked and smelt great! Very patient with my dogs, would highly recommend.

I normally don't write reviews but this a great business to have in our community. Our 2 golden retrievers were very relaxed and calm when we picked them up after a day of full grooming. And they look beautiful! We are super impressed with the environment at Wag N Wash. No wondering what's going on because everything is behind glass and visible to the clients.

I strongly recommend making an appointment for your pet soon-most pet owners know it's very hard to get established if you want to make a change and with this kind of customer care I believe they're going to be very busy. Congratulations Amy!'

This is so great to have in the area. With the rain we had a smelly baby. It gave us a great opportunity to try this new business. The self cleaning area is more than I expected, lots of different options and made for all dog types. And it's the perfect location for when we come home from Katie's Trail.

I didn't know what to expect when we took Bodhi in for his first bath. What a great experience! Bodhi was nervous at first but settled in very well. The facility is very clean. They provide everything you need including shampoo, Rinse, brushes, conditioners and a dryer. Bodhi doesn't usually like a dryer, but they put a cap over his head which helped block out some of the noise which really seemed to help. Big shout out to Ava for all your help teaching me the process. We will definitely go again!

Super friendly staff. The dog washing area is great. A lot more space vs some of the others in the area and is affordable. Will be going back.

CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! The prices posted are not the prices in which you are charged. When I brought this discrepancy of $10 overcharge to the attention of the person at the register the response was. We changed it in our computer a few days ago and haven't changed, removed or even marked through the tags that are posted to the public. I also emailed the business and got not response or even an apology. We have been long time customers. guess it's time to go elsewhere.

I have a lab, and by nature, he always likes to get dirty. I just moved here and we were staying in a hotel in Lone Tree when Enzo decided to lay in a giant field of mud. Thankfully for the yelp app, I went to Wag n Wash since Castle Rock is where we are going to be living and I was greeted by some really nice gals. They set me and my filthy, filthy dog up at a station, helped me pick which soap, etc that I wanted and off I went washing him.

This shop was so clean and after we were done, we went over to the shop area where they carried all of the Fromm's food we use. This place is now my go to place for washing, treats and food.

What a great experience! Took my 3 dogs in today to self bathe them, after a hot day at Chatfield. They were all pretty swampy. As soon as we came through the door, every employee greeted us and had huge welcoming smiles. While washing the dogs, a young man was scrubbing the area down so meticulously that I am sure it was cleaner than a surgical room.

All very kind and knowledgeable. One young lady named Emily, was outstanding. She trimmed one of my dog's nails perfectly. And she explained how to trim a dogs' nails, when their nails are completely bkack. I have never been able to successfully do it, but I now feel confident, if I follow Emily's instructions, that I can do it. Emily stayed accessible during all 3 baths.

She offered great advice throughout the visit. Emily loved on all of them and showed genuine affection and enjoyment of the dogs and her job. Completely pleasant, helpful, and non intrusive at the same time. What a great visit. Everything was clearly explained and all the employees were helpful, and obviously happy and enjoying their jobs. Thank you to all, and Emily is a true rockstar for the Wag N Wash.

She never made us feel rushed or that we were flying solo. My dogs loved her sweet personality as much as I did! I am looking forward to three dirty dogs again, and visiting this Wag N Wash, and hopefully will get to see Emily and will again appreciate her sweet, compassionate, very knowledgeable assistance.

Kelley was so kind last week when I came in upset with another groomer. They took my dog right away. He looked better than he ever has. I'll be back on a regular basis.

We came in Sunday morning to wash our dog Tank. When we arrived we were greeted quite nicely by almost everyone that was working there. All the staff were quite friendly, the store was super clean and we were offered delicious doggy treats while we waited. There was a small wait to get Tank a bath. We were told about 20 to 30 minutes and we waited approximately 20 minutes. Kelley took care of us, she was very friendly and remembered us from our last visit. Kelley made sure that we got a bath with good pressure and everything we needed.

There were a couple of staff members inside the bath area checking on everybody as well as ourselves regularly, a nice touch. When we finished almost everyone in the store said goodbye to us and thanked us for being a patron of the store. I would highly recommend this wag n wash for the exceptional customer service, great product and overall experience.

The staff here is so kind and professional and make great suggestions. they clearly care a lot for animals. The self wash is so convenient and well maintained. Great place!

I would give no stars if I was able, we've never been here before, and we will NEVER be back. Signed up on a "wait list" to get dogs washed was told it would take 45-1 hour and they would call me, we waited for over an hour, when I checked back, they had lost the original list and just kept fumbling from there. During this very difficult time when small business are struggling, you'd think they would be on their game. Other choices are out there, other companies that care, this place is a joke

I took my yorkie here to get a cut and bath and when I got him back he had a nearly completely shaven nose and ears yet none of the hair on the rest of his head was cut to match it. The next day he was dragging himself on the carpet because he had horrible razor burn on his backside and his scrotum. Very close to his butthole he had a spot that was cut down to his skin. Whoever groomed him clearly did a rushed job.

My mom called to place a complaint and was told she'd get a call back within the next few days and a week passed no call. I took my dog in to show them the irritation and clear burns and was told by a different groomer that she usually doesn't shave near private areas and was also told I would receive a call the next day from a manager and it has now been a month that they have done nothing about it.

I have now edited my review. Instead of calling us like they promised the manager wrote a comment telling us to call them as if they don't have our information on file. We decided to give Wag & Wash another chance and we're promised a discount so he would be cut by an apprentice and it is obvious there was no one double checking and fixing work that needed it. I am disappointed in the fact that we were not given a discount and we will not be bringing our dog back to Wag & Wash

I Read some of the Reviews and am surprised! We had an amazing experience Here! We Have a very large 150 pound Great Pyrenees/German Shepard mix white dog! He was so dirty and we couldn't get him in anywhere! They were so welcoming and friendly! Our Dog was Happy and so clean and fluffy, he looked like a different dog! Kelsey Thompson did a great job! Jax and I thank you!

We brought our shedding husky in yesterday, for a grooming appointment with Kelsey. She did an awesome job. We are very pleased. We will definitely book with her the next time. Thank you

Hi! I took my dog in for a bath and nail trim and my dog came back with multiple nails cut too short and bloody. The rest of him is perfect, this is just something be aware of as I know it hurts them and takes a little to heal. Please be careful with getting them nail trims here. Just wanted to let other pet parents know!

The store must have recently hired a manger who is very rude to customers. Walked in one day and heard her talking down to one of her employees in front of customers. Bad taste! I think the owners should be more involved with who they hire as managers, make frequent visits, and possibly get real feedback from customers and their employees. People have a choice where they shop, I don't want to deal with a rude manager, she appears to require some training in ethics and good customer service.

You never yell at your employees in front of customers or embarrass them. I'll take my business elsewhere. 7 months later and the same manger is still working at this place. Someone needs to contact corporate about this manger. Rude and disrespectful. The way you hear her treat her employees and the way she treats customers. I'm going to encourage people to seek business elsewhere.

I seriously can't figure out how they are getting rid of there good help and keeping this woman working there. In addition, everyone should be mindful that this place has hired a dog groomer that has a questionable past. Do some research. The owners obviously did not do a background check. I have been a customer since the store first opened. I have two dogs and use Wag N' Wash for all my dogs' needs (wash, nail trim, food, .). Today I brought in my very old dog for a nail trim. This was my last visit to Wag N' Wash after my old (blind, deaf, and pretty weak in his hind legs) dog and I have been treated like dirt by one of the employees.

Her name is Sky. Employee turnover in this store has been pretty high recently. Our favorite groomer left as well. This is not the store I remember and liked to bring my dogs to. We won't return.

We were in the area and stopped in to see if they had a particular dog toy that a friend of ours recommended and said he got here. They didn't have the toy, unfortunately, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I will say, similar to many other reviewers, the free-roaming cats also took me by surprise. My puppy really took a beating from one of the cats, he was pounding on my puppy's face and head when he went in for a friendly sniff.

We have a cat and he's never experienced that sort of interaction with her so it took him (and us) by surprise. I wouldn't say it particularly upset or offended me, but it's something to be aware of if you're bringing your dog into the store.

I had flashbacks to my own bad hair cuts when I picked up our dog. Even though I showed the groomer a picture of what we wanted and was very specific about what we did NOT and she left me with, "so long and shaggy." Yes! I responded. The cut looked nothing like the picture -short- not long and shaggy. And everything I specifically said not to do, she did. To top it off, I called after our dog had been there 5 hours, "oh, yes, she's ready." No call to me. Seriously bad experience

After our recent service problem we were contacted by the manager Kim who not only apologized but resolved the issue we had with the grooming services. It's always great when a representative of the company steps up and treats the customer right. We'll continue to shop and get our dogs groomed there.

Easy breezy fun washing experience with my puppy. My only recommendation is to bring more of your own towels.

This is by far one of the best pet stores around Castle Rock. I do not tend to shop anywhere else in town for my dog "Daroku." Great service, knowledgable staff, broad selection, and quality products. Their self-service dog wash is the BEST around. You can have the shampoo integrated with the sprayer head, different types of shampoo and conditioner offered.

They provide every product a family may need. From various brushes, towels, fur products, aprons, and driers. In which if you need to use more material for larger breeds, like my boy. The employees are more then happy to help. Also was told that if a food we tried out, didn't work out for whatever reason. That I could bring back the rest of the bag and exchange it to try something else. That's fantastic!
