We went in out of sheer boredom, and came across this beautiful baby girl who we've named Indie. Jamie helped us out and she was immaculate! She noticed we loved our little indie at first sight and offered us some one on one time with her. Then we decided to maybe take a look at the boy rottie as well. Which only lasted about 5 minutes and we wanted our little girl right then and there on the spot. Jamie answered all of our questions, and walked us through the process and made it so simple.

And her patience with our two little boys running around was also incredible. There's a large stigma against pet stores, which made me a little nervous, but Jamie was sooo concise with every question we had about where she came from and made us feel so comfortable with our decision. 10/10 we don't regret our decision at all. Indie is the perfect addition to our family

This was such a great place and great experience for getting a dog. We were helped by a woman named Linda and she was fantastic. She let us take our time meeting our new dog. She walked us through the entire store and helped get us everything we would need and gave us tips and tricks for our new dog. The staff is so friendly and we had such a great experience. Would highly recommend coming here for a new pet.

My family went to Pet City to get a couple birds for our household & both of the employees who helped, Miss Jah & Linda, were very knowledgeable about their animals. They knew exactly what we needed & helped us to make sure that our new bird friends wouldn't be uncomfortable. They definitely made the experience stress free as well as fun. The facilities were nice and clean & the rest of the staff were very friendly as well.

Very friendly staff, all very willing to help my family to bring home our beautiful Rottweiler and give him his forever home. They offer special financing which makes bringing one of those little fur babies home more doable and affordable. I am very pleased with my service there not to mention the very LARGE good bag they send home with all the puppies and other pets there.

They make sure you have everything you need before leaving woth your new addition and make followup calls to offer more support or answer any questions even after you take your pet home. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had while purchasing a pet.

I can say that my experience at pet city was amazing I walked in and they all greeted me asked me if I needed anything or if I was looking for anything. This coworker named Alexis was so happy and excited to show me all the puppies she though was best for me and after I just didn't click with any of the other dogs that she showed me she helped me find an amazing, beautiful strong, and playful puppy that I've always wanted and I'm very lucky for her because of the fact that she helped me out and she made sure I knew everything in just made my experience at pet city so much better than the last time that I went. I just am so happy that she's home with her new family running and playing, her name is lena.

This morning my wife and I decided we would try to get approved through United Consumer Financial Services Company before heading down. We were approved right away and spoke with Mrs. Linda on the phone. She walked us through everything and had us scheduled for puppy viewing an hour later. Mrs linda was waiting on us when we arrived and went above and beyond for us in every way.

We were there for a couple hours filling out all the paperwork and Mrs Linda was with us each step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. Every worker there was positive and understanding. Such good vibes. Mrs Linda shared knowledge with us and was obviously very patient and passionate about what she does there.

Although she wore many hats in the process (cleaning the play areas after we spent time, running our paperwork through financial, reading contracts and gathering paperwork, general guru knowledge, providing info on merchandise) great care was shown throughout. Mrs. Linda is an outstanding professional and deserves all the credit in the world for the work she put in and the one on one time she spent with us.

She even let us have an extended play with our 2 new puppies before leaving. We will be picking up our new babies Monday and are so excited. Thank you Pet City staff and Mrs Linda for the extra care and patience shown today. You guys rock! Sammy

It was love at first sight! On a whim we stopped in (they have fantastic window displays) and looked around. We had two types of dogs in mind we wanted to just. see. We didn't see a Pomsky on the floor and when Jami walked by she knew we were looking for someone special. Our sweet little boy came out and it was an instant bond with our family. Jami is extremely knowledgeable and was so friendly throughout the entire experience.

In fact she told us she would bring our items out to us, all we had to do was pull up - EASY! Honestly, it's rare to find this level of service; I am so thankful. It's obvious the love and care everyone has for these puppies. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to find and welcome our new love. Thank you SO much, Jami you're the best! We will be back to refill on the food and of course bring our little alumni in to say hi!

I know pet shops have a lot of stigma and bad reputation but this place is wonderful. The staff is great, super friendly, and very knowledgeable! The shop is ALWAYS clean! (I visit to play with pups regularly) Most importantly, the pup are well taken care of and loved by the entire staff. I recently purchased a Golden Retriever from them and my little man is perfect!

The vet checked him out and he was in perfect health, no sign of mistreatment, good weight and hydrated. And, when you make a puppy purchase, they include a PLETHORA or goodies to take home! Including a kennel, food, treats, toys and, so much more! You are sure to enjoy your puppy purchase when buying from Pet City at the Citadel mall!

Ever since I moved from Florida 7 month ago, I have been visiting this shop every Saturday. Is very clean and the animal are well taken care. Staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, understanding and patiences. I finally got our new family member a beautiful silver lab and the process was so smooth and beyond our expectations. Corey was wonderful thank you for helping us through the process. I highly recommend Pet City 100%

Great customer service. My kids and I decided to stop by and look at puppies. We met Taria, she was so happy and excited to show us a beautiful baby ferret. My kids were so happy. I walked in and I asked some questions about the puppies. I recently lost my beloved dog and even though I know I can not replace him, I always wanted a small dog. She introduced me to my new baby Bandit.

It was love at first sight. The sole reason he is now part of the family is because she took her time to talk to us and understand what we wanted. My husband had a question about the breeder and she was able to show us the credentials. Not a puppy mill, but a local owner. Thank you so much. He is so loved by our family
