If could give 0 stars for what we called lipstick on a pig I would but they have to get that lipstick(star) somehow it is not from being as falsely advertised. Keep driving that's my opinion. This was the worst run clinic an I say that because it was far from a animal hospital. Let me tell you what you can look forward to the horrendous bedside manner an customer service.
The problems an lack of respect to new clients unlike as I overheard her friends and neighbors an regulars this is the opposite of oath she swore to uphold and ignores it for profit. You will be on hold at least 10mins +to be misled over an over by the nurses maybe because lack of job enthusiasm or negative work environment? This Dr. Lopez puts her old clients needs over new clients and patients starting from scheduling surgeries, to giving price breaks, and treatments or medications she will withhold or not offer even if she would knowingly do for her neighbor clients and long time friends.
Employee turnover is rampant due to the ego and lack of respect to her nurses. Dr. Lopez is very disrespectful to her nurses an front desk to the point they are in tears after insisting them to forgo lunches and due to lack of staff because of the head Dr. from my observation of her way of practicing profit over having safe work conditions this one profit for inadequate services.
The attitude and belittling her staff in-front of me was pathetic. The nurse seemed more scared to be in that room then my own dog Doctors In this field I would think her bedside manners would be relatively easy with animals not like they can speak up for new clients or staff. Not sure If you want to overpay for a condescending doctor and a staff to afraid or probably family working there because-no one would tolerate that unless they are family. Reminds me of working with a man working with his mother in law they are both smiling while cursing under their breath at each other. but unsightly plumbers crack is ok and plentiful but not treating clients and patients equally if that's your thing DC Ranch clinic (hospital? ) is for you.
The cleaning is a after thought floors dirty from unclean mop water once again due to no one willing to work there that's just my opinion from my experience observing this Vet? treating her staff. for being In DC Ranch If you enjoy bad customer service this is place for you although more like a sunny slope clinic. Learned about animal hospitals that blow this place out of the water such as blue pearl which is owned by a candy company.
Truly pathetic representation of an actual animal hospital located in a astute area like this. Don't believe me ask just to see their fridge in the back I overheard nurses speaking of the unsanitary conditions an no time slotted to clean properly or staffed for because of the Doctor is more worried about padding her pockets then helping pets and their owners let alone the health of her employees. The manager Nina was the only good experience This lady was putting fires out all over the place give her the white coat cause the one there is very rude an conceded.

Just want to say what a great place DC Ranch animal clinic is. We were warmly greeted by Yesenia, then we had the pleasure of meeting Melody, that was extremely accommodating when it came to our very skittish cat. Entirely professional. Dr. Lopez is the primary reason we came to this practice. She is a consummate professional in every sense of the word. The care and consideration she gave our cat when he was a kitten, and now as a senior cat, shows her true calling. Thanks to everyone at D C Ranch animal clinic!

I came to DC Ranch Animal Hospital after a very bad time at another vet- I was scared, a little untrusting and very nervous about my pup's health. DC Ranch Animal Hospital immediately made me feel heard, and that my pup was in the best hands! They were able to diagnose her quickly and get her what she needed to feel better. I have recommended them to friends and am so thankful we landed in their care.

In my 50+ years of owning animals, Dr. Lopez is without question the finest and the most caring and compassionate vet I have ever known. I have an 18 year-old dog and a 17 year-old cat, and the care she has given them, and the time she has taken to discuss things with me, has been absolutely outstanding. i am deeply thankful to both her and to her staff.

My dog has had health issues for about 2 years now and he was first seen by Dr. Lopez in 2018. She was professional, compassionate, realistic and reasonable back in 2018 and still is. I know that when I bring my dog to DC Ranch, he will be in the best care with her. Melody is a vet tech at this hospital and is nothing short of amazing! They truly care about all the fur babies that come in to see them and will do their best to help the patients and the owners. This hospital goes above and beyond for their clients and I would highly recommend them.

My husband has been taking our dog here to get check ups and he has noticed there's never the same people in the front that he use to enjoy. I went in there to pick up our dog and was delighted to meet Lauren she gave me all the information I needed and I felt comfortable taking my dog here. However I wanted to meet doctor Lopez but she was nowhere to be seen I felt as it was very unprofessional and wished when I picked up my pet she would acknowledge that client. I'm disappointed. Wish the doctor here was better. Thank you.

Dr. Lopez is very knowledgeable and professional and has saved my dog's life twice now, correctly diagnosing a blockage, then a few years later suggesting treatment for an autoimmune condition. She also did acupuncture on another dog which successfully eased her arthritis. She explains options and the reasons for running tests (never overprescribes) and helps you make the best choice for your pet.

Dr. Lopez's compassion is insurmountable. I was skeptical of acupuncture and wasn't quite sure if it would really help. But, with a 12 year German Shepherd mixed dog who had hip dysplasia and could barely walk as she reached these senior years - I thought I might as well give it a try. I can't even begin to tell you the difference it made. With this treatment, we extended her life by at least 8 months - not to mention the quality.
Just remarkable. Dr. Lopez was compassionate and gentle during all treatments and when we started to reach the end of her life she went above and beyond checking in with us - calling us on her day off even. Can't recommend a better vet.

Dr. Tanya Lopez has been my fur family vet for over 13 years. She has just taken the lead DVM AND MEDICAL DIRECTOR position at DC RANCH ANIMAL HOSPITAL and I am following her there. My recommendation comes from myself and my fur babies, present and past. She's been there for me/us through a lot. Her love, attention, professionalisms, animal and people skills are over the top.
She always has time to listen to you-answer questions. There is always a smile on her face, my fur babies ADORE her. Her new location at DC RANCH Market Place Is a positive move for her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lopez to anyone looking for a Veterinarian. The staff supporting her has been highly efficient and available. I can not say anything other than I LOVE DR LOPEZ AND HER STAFF. It's why my fur babies have been in her care for 13+ years. You can't go wrong! Give them a call! 480-538-8300 Thank you!

This is a work in progress. Have had my dogs as patients since 2004. Exceptional until 2013 - the former owner then lost interest, the computer system was a disaster, the staff turned over repeatedly, etc. New ownership is in place and the former owner was fired. Last experience was fine with regard to the professional staff, but the support staff left a lot to be desired. Time will tell.

I've LOVED DC Ranch! My pup and I just moved here from Indiana and no more than 2 weeks into our move, she got very sick and a friend from work referred me to D.C. Ranch. Dr Bartz and staff have been awesome and incredibly helpful in my pups treatment. They always put me at ease and walk me through the exact treatment plan which I greatly appreciate.
They have been extra flexible and accommodating and I feel so lucky that we found such a great practice for Harleighs care! If you love your pet and want the best: this is it!

If I could give Dr. Dalrymple ten stars, I would. We have been seeing Dr. Dalrymple ever since he joined the practice. We had been going to DC Ranch Animal Hospital with our lab since he was a puppy and just recently got a new mini Aussie puppy and Dr. Dalrymple took us as his patients. He is very thorough without over treating and the most compassionate veterinarian I have ever come in contact with in 16 years of pet ownership. Tragically, we lost our lab and Dr. Dalrymple went completely above and beyond to help us find out what had happened. Making phones calls, organizing transport of our deceased dog, and even personally driving our dog's body to a pathologist. Honestly, I think he took our dog's passing almost as hard as we did, even though there was nothing that could have been done differently that would have given us a different outcome. Genuinely cares about his patients and their owners. I cannot say enough about him. We will see him as long as we have pets!

Absolutely love Dr. Bartz and her group at DC Ranch Animal Hospital! They are extremely caring, professional and competent. One of the most impressive things to me is their follow up on their patients. I always received a call asking about Lola after any procedure and even vaccinations. Fantastic place to take your pet!

Dr. Bartz is the most compassionate veterinary practitioner I have ever met. Our dog Ziggy kisses her before and after every encounter. She was early in her diagnosis of hypothyroidism and her timing, treatment and caring brought Ziggy back to full puppy mode. I highly recommend her and her amazing staff.

If you want a cheap vet, go to big corporate. If you want personal care and compassion, a thorough work up, and a family feel, this is the place to go. I've been bringing my 3 dogs and 2 cats here for over 7 years and have even worked, on and off, as a PT tech for 2 of those years. There are SO man vets around town, there's no reason to bring your pets to one you don't like. I've chosen to bring all my fur critters to Dr Julie.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS VET! I started going to her because she was walking distance from my house. But that was the worst decision I could ever make. I had taken my pet their for all his puppy shots and when he got sick and spent at least 500 dollars there. I constantly had questions for the Julie, but had never actually had the chance to talk with her in person.
I would call her and leave messages for her to call me back and I never once received one from her. Finally, I called her back and expressed I was frustrated that she would never call me back and wanted to go to another doctor. She calls me back and about screams my head off, telling me to leave. So rude, disrespectful, and unstable. I would not recommend DC Ranch Animal Hospital to anyone.

We have an abused rescue dog and were very unhappy with the first vet we used. We tried DC Ranch Animal Hospital and are extremely happy with the care and service. Our dog feels comfortable there and they treat her very well. The doctor's and tech's always explain what is happening and we feel quite at ease with this office. I would recommend DC Animal Hospital to everyone. They are extremely helpful and the people are very nice and knowledgeable.

Have used DC Ranch Animal Hospital for my dogs for the past ten years. I have gone through aging dogs to new puppies during this time and have used their medical, surgical, grooming, dental and all other types of care. Julie and her staff have been wonderful throughout. The care they give the dogs and the owners as well when the end is near has been superb.
As an MD I am in a position to judge somewhat better than the average person and I would say the use of lab studies, x-rays and consultants has been thoughtful, appropriate and helpful. I recommend DC Animal Hospital enthusiastically and sincerely.

Dr. Lopez and her staff are the best! My wife and I have never experienced such caring, personalized, and most importantly competent care as what we have experienced at the DC Ranch Animal Hospital. I would, and have recommeded her services to others. There is absolutely no unecessary upselling of products/procedures like at some other practices we have been to in the past. All procedures, labs, and medications are thoroughly discussed with the "parent" PRIOR to the service being provided. A+++

Here is an update to the following review. I have now recieved a childish phone call from the vet saying there are now DENYING our dog service for me stating the facts through Yelp. Stating that I am uneducated and that I was slandering their company (Slander is stating un-true facts). All I have done at this point is point out my EXACT experience.
If I was so incorrect why would they not try to correct my misunderstanding. But instead they would rather push me away and my dog that they never helped. THEIFS for taking my money with NO RESULTS. This VET is comical for taking money away from patrons with concerns and issuing nothing but a large fee. 3-weeks working with this vet and all we got were bills and our dog still in agony which as a Vet you would feel may care but not here.
Just wanting money. Sad that with my frustrations and wanting more then anything my dog to be able to run and play again this vet would rather collect a piece of paper for there own benefit again NO RESULTS and my dog is the one who is suffering. I will tell everyone I know this vets antics and how they just kept charging us and not giving us any solutions.
You would think a Vet would consider the line of work being a animal doctor for the love of animals not money. DISGUSTED! Glad my first review got your attention for really hurting us and my dog and not providing service in any manner unless their was charges involved. Making a yelp account on behalf of our dog and customers unknowing your practice being false was worth the time spent creating this. Hopefully this prevents others from making the same mistake we made.

When these guys told us our dog had cancer, I couldn't believe it. We were going to lose the little guy once and for all, I chuckled to myself. Then the really bad news. They wanted a god-awful amount of money to put him down. We discussed it at dinner that evening with friends, who generously offered an alternative knowing we were short on money. They'd take him to their ranch in WIckenburg, and in a ceremonial 'last fetch' Cindy would throw his favorite chew toy out into the desert one last time while Ed peppered him with his varmint rifle.
This rather than lay on a cold stainless steel table and go out like a death-row inmate getting a lethal injection! A pretty good plan I thought, considering he actually deserved both methods for twice shitting on my pillow in the last month. My wife disagreed and the conversation was over. Instead, we, or rather I, had to endure another three months of this little shitzdoodle or whatever the hell he was, crapping in his dinner bowl, ruining our oriental rugs, and once more crapping on my pillow before she finally threw in the towel and took him to DC Ranch Animal Hospital. Here's some cheap advice.
If your vet tells you your dog has cancer, pull the plug on him right then and there. Say a few words, give him his last rites, pay the fee, cough up another sixty five bucks for the cremation cost and get it over with. Trust me, it'll be worth it.
