The Spa is composed of two open grooming areas where dogs are free to socialize while they wait for their styling. Our bathing room has a glass wall, so you can see exactly what your tail-wagging friend is experiencing! Our professional bathers use only the finest shampoos and conditioners to prime your dog's coat for their fabulous style.
Anesthesia-Free Teeth Cleaning provided by Canine Cares LLC Serving the Valley for 17 years! Perfect for in-between grooms and mini home spa treatments. After testing grooming and spa products over the past decade, these products have continuously ranked as our (master groomers and myself) top go-to products! 3 weeks ago groomer here gave my dog an ear infection by not cleaning water out completely. Went in for my appointment today at 10:30 and was told by owner JACKIE GRIFFIN she couldn't take my goldendoodle because she was matted and that I needed to take better care of my dogs hair (shouldn't be too bad if she was just at oh my dog 3 weeks ago). while I was walking out she slammed the door on us both HITTING MY PUP causing her to yelp. The worst service I've ever had from an owner. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE UNSUPERVISED.

Best grooming experience hands down. My little girl always looks great, always has the time of her life. Thanks for providing exceptional service. Best groomers in town. Jackie and Griffin are doing an amazing job and the staff are always so sweet. They were amazing to work for as well, which is a bonus. You guys are the best.

This review is long overdue. I've been taking my dogs to OMD to get groomed and also to stay for boarding. I know my 2 anxious dogs will be taken care of because everyone on their staff loves dogs and treats them as if they're their own. Their staff genuinely cares and they know how to handle any dog personality. I love getting the daily report card update emails they send when I board my dogs; it's a really fun and cute way to see how my dogs are doing and what they're up to (ex., Santa visits with squeak toys around Christmas time ha). OMD is truly the best, I can't emphasize it enough--from their amazing staff to their conscious selection of quality food and treats to their fun toys and insanely soft beds/blankets--I will always be a customer and super fan of OMD. Thanks for being so awesome, OMD!

I have been a customer at Oh My Dog for 3 years now and everyone is so nice and so great and loving with my dog. You can imagine my surprise when last week I took my 3 lb yorkie shih tzu for a groom and picked her up with 4 gashes under her armpits. I still had to pay full price of $60. My dog was really matted so I understand it was a difficult session.
I do not believe they did this on purpose but it did happen and the owners did not handle the situation in a professional manner. I ended up having to take Penny to the hospital because she was non stop shaking, not eating or drinking and vomiting. The hospital gave me antibiotics and pain medicine for Penny. Her hospital visit ended up being $200.
I contacted the owners letting them know that penny was not doing well and I had to take her to the hospital. They felt bad but were not willing to refund me for her haircut or pay for the medical bills because they said it was not their fault due to her being matted. They offered to give me a "discount" on her next groom. I am really upset that they are willing to loose a 3 year customer over a few hundred dollars.
It makes me sad that penny won't be coming here because I really do love this place but I can't forget how they handled the whole situation. It has been 4 days now and my dog is still not herself.

I love Oh My Dog! I always feel safe leaving my little guy there, the staff is always sweet and helpful. The owner, was sweet and helped me pick out a car seat for our dog and actually came out and put it in for me. They have amazing treats, food and cute dog accessories. Highly recommend Oh my Dog for your little ones!

I needed a place to bring my beloved Caviler puppy on days when I wanted him to get out of the the apartment and play with other dogs his size when I was unable to take him to a dog park due to the fact I am a full time student. I was nervous dropping him off the first day, just like a mom would be dropping off a child at daycare, but when I came to pick him up they said he did great and had lots of fun.
I like the fact that they only allow dogs that are under 30lbs because I know he will be safe. The best part about OMD is that they send you a report card every day with a picture of your dog and a description of who (other dogs) they played with and what they did. It makes me feel so much better to get an update on him and see that he is having fun.

Maybe the cutest dog salon you'll ever find! I love all the cute clothes and collars at this shop. The groomers do an amazing job on my yorkies. I'm really particular about their haircuts and I've always been happy with the service here. The store is also set up so you can sit and wait if you'd like and watch your dog being groomed. Some places I've been to make it impossible to see what's going on but this shop encourages it. WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF! Thank you for taking care of Gigi and Ollie!

Fun cutsey boutique with a nice selection of quality products to choose from. Owner very engaged with customers offering great information on all her products and what would work best. Lots of dogs in the spa area getting services and looking so doggone happy. Their menu boasts a variety of services and I definitely would bring our lil pug Miso.

We take our dog to the daycare side every so often when she needs a break from our apartment. Staff has been wonderful throughout the whole process; first you need to have them perform a behavior check and all shots/medical records need to be up to date. I was nervous about this because my dog is friendly but extremely shy around strangers, but we had no issues at all.
They handle her so well. 99% of the time we do get the doggy report card, where they update you on how your dog is doing complete with photo, which is one of the biggest reasons I chose this place. Prices are very reasonable, hours are great (7-7 usually), and they keep your card on file so you can just drop off the dog and not have to go through a whole process.
It couldn't be easier. As for the boutique side, it is a smaller selection, but I expect that from a small boutique. A lot of really cute outfits, collars, toys, and treats can be found here from $$ to $$$$. We have bought a few items and the quality is there.
