Raintree Pet Resort

Admitted my dog on Thursday for a 5 day stay at Raintree. This is my second visit there and have future visits in July and August. Perhaps this will be my last visit after the run around I had on Monday when I returned to pick up my dog along with Tuesday. I did all the admission paperwork on Thursday and with the distractions and going out to the vehicle to obtain phone numbers (cell phone in car) for the paperwork and then having to stop filling out paperwork and having to remove her harness and leash reel for the kennel then going back to the paperwork before leaving the facility caused some later problems. Returning on Monday, I couldn't find my leash and harness in the vehicle so I asked the receptionist if she could look for me since I think I left the harness and leash reel on the counter when I left last Thursday.

She came back in a couple of minutes and told me that there wasn't anything here? So, I received a complimentary leash from Raintree so I could get my dog into the vehicle. Later that evening, I opened the large insulated dog food bag and found more food than expected telling me that my dog wasn't fed properly along with a missing dog's toy(3) and a t-shirt which had my smell on it for her stay at the kennel. Tuesday morning I called Raintree and talked to an operator, telling her that I think I left my dog harness and leash reel on the counter on Thursday and I am also missing toys and a shirt.

Three hours later Raintree seemed to find everything including the harness and leash reel and the SAME plastic bag that I brought her toys in on Thursday.amazing! Why couldn't the check-in receptionist hold the harness and leash reel under my name on Thursday when I left them on the counter? Lessons learned: Make sure the receptionist inventories everything including the toys, shirts and food on admission.

Don't get distracted from the paperwork to leave your leash and harness on the counter because nobody cares there? Raintree QUESTION: Why can't your facility email the required paperwork out early so there's less distractions and a more seamless admission? Doctor's offices have been emailing out required paperwork prior to visits for years? Update: Canceled my July and August reservations and only took 3 emails for someone there to acknowledge the emails.glad I found a cheaper and more managed facility other than Raintree. My sister also canceled her reservations for 2 of her dogs for August 2022.

Rain tree always has the best staff that takes care of me and my dog. We utilize their doggy daycare and boarding and it is great! They are one of the few facilities with an outdoor pool that my pup loves and are ALSO a medical center if there is ever an emergency. I have also used them for boarding and it is the same awesome treatment of my dog, A++

Very appreciative of Dr. Savard. RTPR provides great vet and boarding services. Entire team truly cares about the wellbeing of our pets.

We called ahead to ask if they could fit in an emergency c-section for a rescue dog in our care. They quickly adjusted and fit us in. We had called many other places including emergency vets and no one else was able to help (no hate or judgment to the vets that couldn't help, we are just super thankful we found Raintree)! The moment we arrived they got to work.

They saved not only our sweet pregnant mama, but delivered 4 healthy puppies! A minute more would have been too late and they truly saved the day! The vet who closed mama up (Dr. Ikard) took time and care to ensure the sutures were placed in a way where mama could still nurse if she wanted to. This mama is so attentive to her babies; I think she would have been incredibly stressed if she wasn't able to nurse them. Overall, we had such a great experience here, and I'm beyond thankful we found them. Their whole team -- and especially their vet techs and vets -- are fantastic! Raintree Pet saved the day and our sweet mama and puppies are doing great!

I went in this morning to emergency board my cat. The hospitality and customer service was 2nd to NONE. I've never boarded him before and I was just all out of sorts. The receptionist was awesome and walked me through everything, showed me where he would be staying, everything. The cat condos are awesome. Spacious with levels to hop on to which I know cats love.

I went in a nervous wreck and left feeling completely comfortable leaving him in their care. Didn't even want to wait to p/u to leave a review because I was so satisfied. Rates and vaccine prices were also very reasonable and I actually anticipated paying more. I will def be a life long with these folks. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. :

I took my dog in for a 3 day, 4 night stay at the pet resort. She looked very happy and heathy when she came home! This place was a one-stop-shop for everything I needed for my animal. I got her groomed including nail trim, updated vaccines, and they even socialized her for me. Great place!

Great service for my dogs! The staff is so professional and so friendly and they genuinely love my dogs! I am so relieved to find a place that I trust!

My cat had to have surgery and he was treated LIKE A KING. They really put a lot of thought into calming animals. The vet was FANTASTIC as were ALL of the vet techs and the office staff! I wouldn't go anywhere else. BRAVO to the entire team!

My pup has been going to Raintree for several years - almost daily. At the present moment - I am completing chemotherapy and I must board him 4 nights a month - i do this because they take such great care of him. They always have updates & I can just concentrate on chemo. I really can't say enough about the staff - from Abby Gigi Laura Hannah Lola Alicia & (Bret the outside gal who knows my pup inside & out.) Bret has my 100% trust - as she spends the most time with him.

The medical team are simply wonderful & a special shout out to Shantel - she is a dog whisperer. I don't know how she gets him to sit still when he is having treatments. They probably have many Max's. However, they treat us like he's the only one. A great place.

This place is FANTASTIC and really treated my Milli bear with the upmost love and respect. This was my first time boarding her and they were just great. Very attentive when I called to check in and I can tell she had a great time because she came back as happy as can be. I did individual play since my little frenchie is an alpha dog. They are all very well trained! This place wasn't even on my list I was just driving by, found THE place to be. I will also be bringing her to the vet here!

They give my Sid a lot of TLC, and I k ow he is in good hands. Dr Savard & staff are very kind and caring, I'm so happy that I found them.

I visited the clinic tonight and was welcomed by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor was very personable and made sure she explained everything about my pet's condition. Having a scary diagnosis followed by a very detailed explanation, made me feel better about my pet's recovery. My experience was amazing, and I felt that my dog was very well cared for during the exam. Instead of insisting I pay an absorbent amount of money, the vet, Dr. Duffy, made sure I was aware of all option price points. I will definitely visit their office again.

Called over 20 vets on a Sunday trying to get my puppy in same day or next. This is the only place that had an appointment next day! Facility is very clean and treat customers well. Bonus $1 exam for new customers which helped alleviate other costs for the day. ALSO NO MASKS and you can sit in the room with your pet unlike other places are still doing.

We are so glad to have found this office. We have not had consistent quality service for our pets since moving into the area 12 years ago. We are so glad to have a place to take our animals where we can be confident that they are getting the best care. The doctor was very informative and spent a lot of time with us so that we can also know how to best care for our pets at home as well as make informed decisions regarding their medical care and treatments.

First time ever visiting this business. You can tell that they really love pets and were excited to meet my doberman puppy. They treated him as though he is a regular. The prices were much better than I could paid anywhere else. I am looking forward to bringing him back for doggy day care. The building is clean and everyone including the Doc are very kind and gentle. I observed how they treated the other dogs and their parents. I am moving about 35 min away in January and I will continue to bring him here.

BEWARE! SCAM ARTISTS! Scheduled a check up for my 8 year old lab. She was also due for her rabies booster. She has been seen by many different doctors, we take her health very seriously, as if she was our child. After her FIRST visit with this place, they quoted us over $500, saying she needed to be put under anesthesia for a deep teeth cleaning just "in case" there is an infection.

So they wanted to charge us over $500, and put our dogs life at risk with anesthesia, when there is absolutely nothing wrong with her. She does not have an infection, no health problems, and we have never heard from any other doctor that there is something wrong with her teeth. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS that should be ashamed of themselves.

We could not have been happier finding Raintree to board our cat, Labrador and senior Pomeranian for over a week's stay! The entire staff was so welcoming from the first phone call to when we brought them to their exam/vaccine appointment - we immediately felt comfortable leaving our pets there! All the pets needed updated vaccines and Dr. Savard was awesome in checking previous vaccines, noting the advanced age of our Pom and vaccinating accordingly.

All of the staff are very kind and we really appreciated the accommodations to the needs of each pet. We will definitely board our pets at Raintree in the future & highly recommend!
