I have called everyday for 7 days first thing in the morning, afternoons and early evening before 6pm. No one answers can't leave voicemail "mail box is full" you can leave text which I have done 7 times again no call back. I tried to make appt online website does not work properly when creating new account and you can not book with out registering.
Again no one to help and assist. No prices posted can't get a consistent bid for services. This place has a great concept but a horrible execution. Owners should be more hands on so they can see how the operation is running or lack of there of.

I did not intend to write a review, however, I feel that it is only right that I share my honest experience. I found BellyRubz by chance. We had recently moved to Arizona in 2017 and did not have a groomer for our mini labradoodle. We were at a local dog park and came across the cutest mini labradoodle with a great cut. Got the grooming info from the owner and took our little guy to BellyRubz.
Great experience at first. I was even willing to drive out of my way. I was relieved to find a reputable place that I trusted. We have been bringing him there for three years now. The front desk staff is awesome! So friendly and attentive. The issue we've had is with the groomers. the reason we're taking him there. We've had 2 horrible experiences.
The first was razor burn around his genital area. It was so bad that he could barely walk and he wouldn't eat. This lasted for a week. I called and found out the name of the groomer so that I could request that she no longer groom my dog. Things were fine for a while, then again, I picked him up and he had a bad cut, opened and bleeding, above his nose that required a vet visit and cone.
Again he was miserable. In addition, his cut was awful. choppy, uneven, and he was injured. This lasted two weeks before he was fully healed. I called the owner who was very nice over the phone and offered me three free future grooms. I explained that it wasn't about the fee, but more about the experience that my puppy had. He said he would view the video recordings of the grooming and would get back to me after the weekend on Monday to discuss.
At that point I was expecting him to call me back as promised and was willing to give it another try. Unfortunately, I never heard from him again. That was extremely disappointing to me. He promised to follow up and did not. I'd rather spend the money to ensure that my puppy is in caring and confident hands, rather than have a few free sessions. I can only infer that he either did not truly care enough to follow up or he saw something that he did not want to share. It's too bad.

My experience was incredible. I live out in Chandler and this was the first time I ever boarded My 2 pups. (8 months old at 80 pounds) it was difficult to leave the both of them. They were so well taken care of and so happy. I have taken my pups to other groomers and BellyRubz did an amazing job! They looked great! I will never take them to anyone else! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE: this is for Sarah and her husband (OWNERS). My family and I have been taking out doodles to Linda (groomer) for 10+ years. Linda is absolutely fantastic and this review is in no regard a reflection on her work. This review is for Sarah and her husband (the owners). Ever since these two took over ownership the professionalism has quickly declined.
In August I dropped my bernedoodle off with Sarah to get groomed & I specifically told her I DO NOT want him shaved, she blatantly disregarded what was asked and when I picked him up he was shaved. I was not charged for this service & was able to talk to both Sarah and Linda on the phone and receive apologies from Sarah (I did not write a review on this occurrence because I THOUGHT everything was resolved).
Boy was I wrong, I went to drop my dog off for his appointment THIS MORNING and was met with inexcusable disrespect and unprofessionalism from Sarah. Things escalated and I did raise my voice and use profanity with her which i am not proud of, but I have never in my life experienced so much disrespect and was wildly upset and hurt by Sarah's actions- especially when I was under the impression that the original issue was resolved; which is the only reason why I even wanted to continue services.
I ended up leaving with my dog and I will not return. I apologized to Linda because this again has nothing to do with her & all to do with the horrible costumer service that Sarah and her husband have to offer. Please pay attention to how they respond to this comment and other negative comments. Pay attention to reviews & do not give these people your money. I really hope Linda chooses to to part ways with you guys.

I recommend twin tails CAGELESS grooming, yes CAGELESS. They strive in following all safety requirements for staff and pets, they have an appointment time of 30minutes to 2/3 hours depending on breed and service of course. As an ex employee of this (Bellyrubz/working with this owner) establishment I highly recommend you to try one of the four locations of twin tails CAGELESS grooming. You won't regret it, you also get to talk to your stylist so all your accommodations are heard and accomplished!

Been going for a few years, and loved the services they provided and how they groomed my fur-kid. Last time was a nightmare! Don't think I'll ever be taking my dog back there for grooming. The current owner is only in it for the money, doesn't care about you or your dog. Promise of a call back and investigating was pure lip service. Never a call back. Don't waste your time or money, or cause harm to your pet.

We were sent here by a good friend and it has been a positively wonderful experience for Finn.doggy day care and then grooming yesterday. We had a very bad experience (Finn was cut badly underneath his neck and the place never even mentioned it to us until we noticed the 3 large scabs days later) by a highly rated local groomer, and I was very hesitant to get him groomed again, but he had a great grooming experience yesterday. The staff is so kind, the facility very clean and Finn loves to play with the other well behaved dogs! My little 11lb baby is very happy and tired when he gets home

This is a fabulous spot for daycare, grooming and boarding! I've been taking my 'buddy' here for over a year and have always received the best of care for him. The owner knows and cares about all dogs as if they were his own. My buddy was a very timid dog that had been rescued from a horrific situation. The staff at BellyRubz helped him with his socializing- both with other dogs and people.
A year later and he is the best dog I've ever owned and I know I have Bill Kelly and his team to thank for a lot of that. Bill was in the military and runs a tight but friendly ship with his staff.
