Susan at Venice Pet Sitters is the best cat-sitter I've ever used. She was so thorough in her prep that I left on vacation with total confidence that my boy would be fine. She sent updates and photos after each visit so my mind was at ease. I can't say enough about her level of service and commitment to the pets in her care. Susan and Venice Pet Sitters are the best. Our 16 year old cat has chronic kidney disease and thyroid issues and we were extremely reluctant to leave him but we had to go out of state for a funeral. Susan and her husband Tom came to our home to meet us and our cats and cared for them while we were gone as if they were their own. They sent us photos daily as well as a report on what was done.

We did not have to worry about our cats while we were away as we knew they were in very good hands and getting everything they needed. I don't know what we would do without them.

I have been using Susan for a bit over two years and I could not be more thrilled to have her for my kitty. Each time I have to travel overseas I can rest assured that Kitty will get the best care and cuddles he can possibly receive. I always receive updates two times a day to let me know my pet is being well cared for, happy and awaiting my return. Highly recommended.

We wanted to find someone reliable and trustworthy (and of course a true animal lover), to stay in our home with our dog Zoey, and two cats, Toby and Bear, when we travel. When away, we received several updates a day, including pictures. Her updates were detailed and the pictures spoke a thousand words - we could see that all was very well! The house was spotless upon our return, our instructions were followed to the letter, and the bed was even made up with our fresh sheets (Susan brought her own to use!). Awesome service! Susan took great care of our dogs. We appreciated the daily texts and pictures of all the fun they were having while we were away.

I only wish my family had discovered venice pet sitters sooner. Susan was fantastic, both our dogs loved her right away. Suzi has cared for Winston my 20 year old male siamese for the last 9 weeks. He was not doing well when she first started caring for him. In a short period of time she had him eating and going strong. Best he has been in over 2 years. I can assure you that your dear pet will not be in kinder and experienced hands than Suzi.

We had such a wonderful experience with Susan and Venice Pet Sitters! She came to the rescue for us to care for my mother's dog during an emergency. Susan was professional, caring and went above and beyond for the week she cared for my mother's sweet puppy. I appreciated the text messages and constant communication when she entered and left the house.

This is the second time we have used Venice Pet Sitters for our cats. Courtney went over and above, taking care of issues that we never discussed, like taking our trash and recycling to the curb and bringing it back while we were out of town.
