This past weekend we boarded our chocolate lab here for our wedding weekend. She went a couple times for daycare to get use to the facility before her stay and we had a great experience then. She didn't like the weekend stay much (to no fault of the workers there), just had anxiety it seemed through the camera. Everything was fine until I picked her up (Sunday 4/24).
The girl that brought her out to me quickly tossed her leash to me (no "hi" or smile, very mean look on her face) and then literally THREW the container at me that I brought dog food in before I could barely even get ahold of the leash. She proceeded to say "there you go" very rudely and quickly turned around and left. I'm happy my dog had a safe place to stay for the weekend when all our friends/family were celebrating with us, but because of this 1 interaction we will not be taking her back there.
I'm sorry, but our girl is everything to us and being treated like that really turned me off to wanting to bring her or any future animals there. Animals are family to most and seeing that made me scared of how the worker treats the dogs. Loved the previous experience there, but just 1 bad one and I can't go back.

I'd called back in Nov 2021 end of month to register my new dog for day care at this location. I was told I would be on a waiting list. There was 3 calls back in November due to coordinating his documentation which they confirmed receiving & that I was on waiting list. I was told to expect a call in January 2022 sometime. When I followed up the end of January I was told they didn't ever have a waiting list & they didn't have his records.

I love how accepting and understanding you are of all fur babies. My fur baby is a little nervous when we leave him but you all help both of us know he is in good hands. Not to mention he has other puppy friends to play with. I love that we can peek in and see how he is doing on the cameras too! You guys are just always so welcoming, thank you.

My dogs (a boxer and a collie) like staying in the boarding facility, they enter willingly and come home well adjusted and happy. We enjoy the video service to see what they're up to and we appreciate the high quality of care and genuinely nice and extremely helpful customer service. When they are bathed at AAPRH, they smell fresh but aren't perfumed as requested, and our long haired collie generally isn't matted from being left wet.
It seems as though quality products are used because we don't see increased tangles or dry itchy skin. Overall, I feel good about leaving my dogs in their care and I feel that there is a lot of value to what is charged for their services. I'm not their only fan, make sure you book as soon as you think you need boarding, they're popular!

The staff is very friendly and professional! They took such great care of my puppy and were so gentle and calm with her. She is shy and it takes her a while to warm up, the staff made sure she felt comfortable and safe. They even give a report card at the end of the first day! I will definitely be returning my puppy for daycare!
