Very highly recommended! I got my dogs ears cropped beautiful job, very reasonable price, very friendly sweet caring staff. I work inside a vet hospital and was very pleased with my experience. I will be referring people to them. I drove an hour and half 1 way and would do it again. Thank you for all the great care for my icey toe beans

I went to this office for my puppies ear posting. Technician wrapped the ears way too loose and they immediately came out as soon as we came home. I called the office next day and they mentioned that I would have to repay for the botched posting they did. Waste of time and money!

Dr is amazing. Front desk staff can be rude and dismissive. Especially sad when you pay a lot for a ear cropping then get horrible after care instructions and treatment. I went for a ear posting post crop. They immediately came out I called the office and was told I would have to repay to have their horrible job corrected. Luckily my vet said stop on by and she will fix my dog. Obviously this place is about money and not my dogs well being.

Had my girl's ears cropped here. The first crop (picture 2 with the long ears) wasn't great imo. I asked for a short crop with no bell, and they came out long. The vet and staff were all very nice though and offered a recrop which we did. On her recrop, they cut the tips completely off the ears. It IS the right shape/size though. I appreciate the kind staff though.

But for almost a grand for ears i'd ideally like a better job done. Overall a decent experience, no huge complaints besides having to drive all the way back for a recrop, and then cutting the tips off completely.

Got my boy cropped last December and he is now 6mo and they did an amazing job their customer service was amazing and they answered all my questions when I went to pick him up and we're always willing to work with my schedule to do his follow up appointments

My American bully had her ears cropped in February and they look amazing. We did the short crop and they are perfect. The post-op was a little rough but we got through it!

I would never recommend this vet for new owners. I had my second Doberman cropped here. Luckily, things have turned out well as of now but the day of my appointment, the vet who was to perform surgery on my baby threatened to cancel her time sensitive surgery over a miscommunication over the phone about which crop I had chosen. I sent in pictures of a beautiful dog that I wanted to use a reference for the ears.

The vet repeatedly tried to pressure me to have the ears done thinner so they're "easier" to deal with even after I explained, that this isn't my first time and I will work with her ears as long as it takes - I just wanted them modeled after the dog in photo. He said "I guess I'll do them your way but they won't post but sure okay" even though they were literally chosen because the ears are standing perfectly on the dog. Luckily, it wasn't my first rodeo so I stood my ground and got the crop that I wanted. I was just repeatedly told they would "never stand" despite the obvious. Happy to never return here again.

My cat was having some issues I call Quartz Animal Hospital and they were able to get me a same day appointment. Very friendly staff. Dr Pluckett was super helpful and explained in depth what might be going on. My cat needed to get on a special food and they recommended that I try it out first before over buying, just in case my cat didn't like it.

I am also super thankful because my phone was not working when they were calling to let me know my cat was ready to be picked up. I called once I was off of work after the office was closed and I had to leave a message. They called me back and were able to stay and wait for me at the office. Very good experience for me here!

Took my kitty for nail trim. Very prompt. No waiting. Great price and staff member I spoke with was so nice and complimentary. My kitty was treated like a king!

Took our Doberman in about 7 months ago to get her ears cropped. We asked for a bell shaped medium length and they look beautiful and healed well!

Great! Went above and beyond. Got me in quick. Renae was a huge help as well.

We took our puppy to get her ears cropped here. We requested show crop and got short crop. We can not even post her ears and she has them swollen and when you contact them they are unresponsive. You have to constantly call to get a response. We paid for show crop also and they did short crop. Never gave us the difference back. Find a better place for ear cropping. Update on our pup her ears are still swollen and another infection and we clean them all the time our regular vet is trying to help us since quartz mountain does not respond. Even sent them a picture and nobody called back. Our bet stated how bad her ears looked. They are not interested in animals just the money it seems like.

I couldn't ask for better service for my baby blue AZUL, We had her ears cropped, excellent service! I will be getting another blue soon this is the only place I trust to treat my loved ones just right! Thank you for your excellent service. I have added her photo she is beautiful thank you QUARTZ

READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR DOG OR PUPPY BECAUSE MINE DIED! Disappointed doesn't even start to describe how I feel. Took my Cane Corso puppy in the have his ears clipped. Gave the vet office my number but asked them to call my wife with anything. They continually called me at work to ask questions about ear length, if we wanted to do more vaccines and each time I asked them not to call me but call my wife who was off from work and available.

They again called for a 3rd time while I was at work. I ignored the call and they called back right away. I stepped of my work floor to answer the call and the vet let me know my puppy had died. Now I am out the $3500 I paid for the dog not to include my cremation expense they wanted to charge me for. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!
