After moving to Eugene, our most important decision we had to make was to find the best groomer for our two dogs. By some stroke of luck, I got an appointment with Katie and the rest is a fairy tale. She is amazing! The other employees are fantastic. I know they are getting great care and lots of love while they are at the spa. How much better does it get

Called today after I was told they are awesome. Booked till after the 1st. this to me says you need to hire more staff in order to meet your demand. I really wanted to give them a chance, but I am not waiting that long for a groomer. Sorry not sorry. Being busy is a good thing, but deterring new business because you are not equipped to meet demands is off putting to say the least.
