Wonderful place to take your pet to. They treat your pet like its their own. And the front counter girl is very helpful and super friendly. I would definitely recommend taking your pet here.

They took great care of our dog and cat as usual. We rest assured that our fur babies will be well taken care of when we are on vacation.

Wonderful experience! We boarded our dog (who is quite anxious) for a long-term stay because we were having bad luck with Rover, and we were impressed. She was happy when we picked her up and adjusted quickly at home. The ladies working were so kind and they genuinely love the animals that are coming in. I highly recommend this boarder and we will definitely be coming back regularly when we need to board our dog again!

Our Boxer came out looking better than went she went in! She is our love, our baby and our family. We couldn't be more happy with the care she received during a last minute family emergency trip of five days. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and concern for her, our family and the last minute accommodation that was given.

We made a last minute decision to take our dog Oreo here and it was the best decision we made. Incredibly reasonable rates and loving staff all around! You can tell the staff love the dogs like their own. We left him for a week and we were updated in a timely manner when we reached out. We will definitely be taking him back if the need arises! The staffing shortage has affected them just like everyone else but other than that 5 stars!

Very accommodating on short notice. They trimmed out dogs nails just because they needed it and even though we hadn't paid for that service. They truly care about the pets they take care of.

Professional and offer a ton of extras to comfort you pup. Even if you don't want the extras they offer great things just with the stay. Would recommend and have used this board location multiple times.

My wife and I had to do a last minute drop off of our little old miniature poodle on way to the airport, after our boarding plans for him fell through. The staff was friendly, thorough, and respectful of the limited time we had to get to our flight. We were able to text, and receive photos and updates of our little guy from the staff while away, which put my wife and I at great ease.

They even graciously washed the bed we had brought for our pup and had it, and him, ready to go when we got home. We will definitely be returning to Willamette Valley Dog and Cat Motel when we need to house our dog in the future!

We've boarded our animals here for 20 years and they have always been amazing. Things seemed a lot different this visit. Still good care but not quite the same. Gone a re the little touches and friendliness as in the past and it has us wondering if they've changed hands.
