Kathie is the owner of Platinum Paws and she is a Certified Professional Groomer. She received her certification from Animal Arts Academy of Pet Grooming in December of 2004. She is familiar with all breeds and is always happy to work with you to determine the most appropriate and attractive look for your pet.
Nutrition help and pet food selection assistance available! In addition to our dry and canned foods, we are proud to offer one of the most diverse line-ups of safe raw and freeze-dried pet foods in the area. I love Champion Petfoods and truly believe they are doing things different then everyone else.

I wanted an grooming appointment for my baby was informed no new clients ok get it but tell me if booked all year out these people aren't getting their pet taken care of for 6 months or more? I noticed on the reviews that lots of local guides seem to be able. To get in. That's fine there's others that are just as good or better. Soumd resentful? Oh well! Just honest.

Our Yorkie has been going to Platinum Paws his entire life, almost 11 years. He has only been groomed twice any other place because we were out of town. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Platinum Paws. They are the best groomers, thorough, kind, patient, and most importantly, do fabulous work. In fact, they are so good that we drive an hour each appointment. The fact that they are booked solid says it all.

Kathy has decades in animal grooming and settles for nothing less than the best from herself and those around her. I offered once a while back to help franchise out her shop. I said let's take this concept nation wide! I know just from discussions with other pet owners around the Indianapolis area that we could easily keep 8 to 10 shops busy year round.
Her reply was simple and the the point. David, I would never be able to hire enough staff of the right caliber to staff that many shops. I won't except just anyone to work on my customers pets. They must meet top level standards that i set even for myself. So when you people get your nose all out of joint because they will not except new customers, understand that it isn't anything personal of that they already have enough money so they don't need you.
It's because Kathy will never except more work than she can give 110% dedication too, she already works a good 18 hours a day from I have seen. She unconditionally refuses to sacrifice quality for quantity. I really hopes this helps everyone understand. I have been wit then since almost 1 day, Lakota was a puppy and is 11 now. Get on the waiting list, when you finally get in, it will be worth it. No one better exists in Indiana.

I was able to get an appointment on the first try. I had heard so much good about them and then found out that we had built a house for the owners parents! They have taken care of Max, the love of my life, for?4years now and I am quite happy with the grooming and the customer service. I bought a couple of things from the little store and plan on looking into dog food the next time I need some.
